The sound was not incredible excellent, but for ฤ, it met my expectations. The neck of the microphone broke near the base where it meets the ball that rolls forward and backward for adjustment... On the microphone's second use (Just setting it gently on my desk).It is attainable that it was a defective part (slight crack in the course of fab. etc...), but the tapered style is clearly constructed for aesthetics and not durability. Super disappointed.

It is a Mic, I am told it sounds wonderful on ventrilo. Easy set up correct out of the box. I have two in my residence and we use them to talk amongst bedrooms, sound is awsome with no a bunch of tweeking. None that I know of. I am not confident this is the mics challenge or my usb's concern, but if I plug in my USB printer subsequent to the USB mic, The mic loses energy and I have to unplug the printer and reboot my machine to get it operating right once more. Like I said it could be I will need a new ps or something else.

Mic is affordable price wise, superb stand, eliminated alot of the echo coming off of my speakers. I no longer have to yell for the other individual to hear me the joint where the mic swivels back and forth is sort of low-cost and currently BARLEY holds the mic up. Nothing at all I can feel of I know this is a low cost item but I use my Net cam built in mic over this. The mic falls in the stand due to the fact it's not tight enough, and the sound is terrible. It's washed out and won't choose up clear unless you are inchs from the mic. I don't recommend this product at all.

Filters out background noise, fantastic clarity & volume. Not substantially... requires quite a bit of fiddling about with settings to get it where it demands to be? If it's too close to your keyboard/mouse, it WILL pick up the sounds from them. Adjust accordingly.

Noise canceling works wonderfully, wonderful clarity, power button for when I'm not using it--don't have to unplug. Weighted base. Adjust program mic volume to fix any volume troubles. None. I have owned this microphone - 1 year to the date of this critique. I have no complaints on the sound, or how effortless it is to get to work. Plug n Play. I lowered it one egg mainly because adjusting the boom is tricky, and many instances it will just fall down. I have to maintain it comparatively high, or it will fall. I was accustomed to keeping it low so it would fit under my monitor, but it was evident quickly with this mic, that would not function. I would get it once more, unless a better usb mic comes out.

Almost as well sensitive, not truly a con though. I was reticent to purchase this mic due to past expertise with logitech Mics. If you, like me, have ever tried Logitech Mics from a few years ago, Logitech sold a mic that LOOKS just like this one particular for half the price tag. The mic was muffled and you mouth had to be ON the mic to use it. It's cord was thin as floss and the base was a light, cheap plastic. So if you are searching at THIS mic, it is absolutely nothing like some of the low quality mics Logitech sold prior to.
