Gigabyte's monitoring application says it idles at 13 C (i'm going with the BIOS on this a single). I place it on my old Fx 5200 GPU, kept it good and cool as nicely.

Utilized on several CPUs and a NorthBridge cooler in many computers. Every thing is operating at regular temperatures, so no complaints right here! none. This seems like a little amount of thermal grease, but if it is used adequately, you will have more than adequate in this one tube for quite a few projects! Oh yeah, and be cautious on your 1st use! It does spurt out of the tube...
