Motorola V3 Razr Unlocked GSM Cell Phone

This phone came up working as soon as I inserted the SIM card from my old AT&T phone and turned it on. Easy to use. Battery life is excellent. Gets good reception. Only issue I saw was every time I turn it on, I get a message from AT&T saying wrong ID number. I delete the message and all is well. That is more an AT&T issue than the phone. It is just a minor nuisance. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

The battery that came with the phone looked used and didn't store its charge very well. I called the customer support line and they promptly sent a new replacement battery. I haven't used the phone much myself so I really can't comment on the performance or features. I just wanted to leave positive feedback on the customer support.

Got this phone as a direct replacment for a RAZR that was wearing out. Arrived quickly; worked without problems with old SIM card; some features better than original.

Most features including browser don't work in Canada. No documentation even on manufacturer's site. Makes basic calls only!

Love the phone, but cannot connect to AT&T MediaNet or web of any kind. Also cannot download pictures and other files from e-mail. Very disappointed as product description does NOT warn of this issue.

Got the phone as a replacement for my son. He had it for about 6 weeks. it came in a plain box with the stuff you need. No frills. Didn't looked used, no scratches or other blemishes Its a t-mobile but works on ATT. No issuesso far.

Recieved phone as ordered. Battery was not compatible with phone. Get solid invalid message error. Phone sold by different company. Sent new battery but it did not work either. I am not happy with product as it is useless in condition received. Have return policy but shipping is at my expense. Not satisfied with product at al.

I had read reviews, mainly negative, on this product prior to my purchase, but if you want an obsolete phone like the V3, I found it to be a good deal. Condition was good & features were as expected. Still get a pesky TMobile ring on my AT&T service, but that seems to be the worst of it. I already had a beat up V3 & like this one just fine. Great if you just want to make & receive calls.

My phone arrived in good time and working. However, what I didn't realize is that because it is an unlocked phone from the US all of the features do not work on my network in Canada. I cannot send or receive media. I have difficulties sending and receiving calls at times, probably 30% have to be re-tried. When I tried to return the phone, the rep I spoke to referred me to the limited return policy on this item. I guess you get what you pay for. I do like motorolla products however, and the phone itself is of good quality and the reception is good as well.

I received a defective phone for $76.99 shipped to me. It smelled of burning electrical connections when activated, and emitted a buzz to the receiving party. It picked up my wiring in my home. In short it was defective, perhaps a return; as the plastic covering was not on the keyboard. They just sent it out to another. I am very disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY.

DON'T BUY FROM A BANKRUPT COMAPNY BECUASE THEY SUCK. DEFECTIVE PHONE RECEIVED. TAKING FOR EVER TO RESOLVE. PRICE DROPPED IN 3 DAYS, DO NOT WANT TO RETURN THE DIFFERENCE. AGENTS ARE COLD WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

First I would like to say this is my just experience and its possible this is a great deal but certainly didnt happen for me. My phone arrived defected. It would turn off every few secs by itself. There was no way I could use it. The service provided by PDGiant (thats the company you'll be dealing with, not tigerdirect) only allows you to recieved the exact same model. So after I shipped back the phone at my own expense, I'm forced to wait for another one of the same phone that may or may not work. Just beware! the service is slow and the phones are likely defective, you'll be roped into getting this phone no matter how long it takes!

Thus far, after 1 month, I am very happy with my purchase. This phone is easy to use aqnd has the features I feel are necessary. This phone replaced a damaged phone and has fit the bill to the letter.

Bought this phone for my wife to replace a Motorola Rokr that she despised. She has been extremely pleased with the Razr V3. Good battery life and easy to use.

Unit is fine, the problem is the battery The battery doen't hold a charge. If you leave unattended for three days it is dead.

Recieved this phone recently from TD. The phone works great. Just took my sim card out of my V300 and was up and running in no time. Great audio, great signal strength. I have only two complaints. One is the way it was packaged. The phone was in a Motorola box, but it was loose and bounced around. The other is that the battery life on this particular battery SUCKS!!! I'm not your typical cell phone user. I use it rarely. It might be on for a day, two max, with NO CALLS and the battery needs to be charged. I'm going to research a extended length battery, but love the phone otherwise.

Bought phone for son. He did not abuse phone. A charged battery seems to power phone fine but without power supply you can't charge it. Look on line for problems with phone not charging. BTW: PDA Giant ships phone ok but called at 3:15pm and their phone said I reached them after business hours.
