I was screwed by you know who. The phone never worked....had to buy an expensive replacement at no discount price. Can't get a refund either. Thoroughly disgusted, call me Caveat Emptor

I bought this phone as an emergency replacement because I was having so many problems with my Rogers Va76r. This Razr works perfect with the Rogers sim card. This phone has excellent call quality and clarity - head and shoulders above my other phone. It was delivered in 2 days. Way to go!

my phone's screen went out and I did not want to go to Tmobile and sign a new contract. this unlocked phone was listed as the number two best seller. It came in five days, with all peripherals, and worked great right out of the box by using my sim card from my damaged motorola phone. I downloaded motorola phone tools off the internet free and was able to transfer phonebook data from one phone to the other. Uing the RAZR I now sych to outlook, calendar, and my wifes calendar to my phone. Not bad for $69.00 The quality of the audio is loud and clear. This phone looks like a winner and I may even buy another to have as a backup

this phone works excellent with my at&t sim card even though when it is switch on it says t-mobile that has no effect on the performance of this wonderful phone. that person who mentionit did not work with their at&t card is an idiot or a liar, they just wanter another phone.

I ordered this phone for my daughter going to university this fall for security reasons. For 80 bucks this can't be beat as it was sold for $400 a few years back. Works great on Rogers except for internet, which is locked to T-mobile. This could be unlocked by flashing the phone if necessary. All other features work perfectly without exception. Excellent phone, amazing price, like lightening delivery. Thanks again.

we use att for our carrier, the phone received was a t-mobile phone.we can make calls and receive calls, same with standard text messages. We are NOT able to send pictures or receive picture to the phone. Called the help line and this phone cannot be configured, so we are unable to send/receive pictures. otherwise phone works fine.

Looks good and works. Sound quality is excellent in both directions (my wife says she can finally hear me in a call). Reception is great. It picks up a signal in places I usually couldn't with previous phones (bad news for my brain cells though). Battery charging time is longer than desired but is forgiven by long charge life. Only downside is that it apparently was a T-Mobile phone, so there are a few T-Mobile-specific icons and menu entries here and there. I'm planning on trying a firmware update to see if I can get rid of them. Having been a T-Mobile phone, however, did not negatively impact the fact that I am an AT&T user (smart chip is Cingular).

I ordered this phone for a gift for a family member thinking that it would work with the GSM networks listed. When the phone arrived it was programed for T-mobile and would not work with ATT network. Tigerdirct issued a return order and I have since returned the phone and reordered a another one. I was assured that the new phone would be ATT compatable... we will see. I recomend that you not order this phone online but thru customer service and make sure the phone you order is compatable with your service network. I will let you know if customer service lives up to there part of the bargain. Just because they are unlocked they are manufactured for different networks.
