It's 4GB for your notebook, low-cost. My MacBook performs substantially far better now, operating Parallels and several other apps at after. It doesn't make my coffee. No issues in MacBook. Apple's memory rates are insane.

Completely compatible with my 24" Intel iMac ƒ.4GHz Core2Duo) - unbuffered, non-ECC, PC2-5300 黛MHz), SO-DIMM configuration. This upgrade was swift, simple and somewhat inexpensive, in particular right after the rebate. Do your self a favor and max out your personal computer's memory if you have the money. The switch from 1GB to 4GB adds snap to the user interface, rapidly user switching, launching applications, etc., especially if you like to have a number of apps open at one particular time. I have kept a close eye on my iMac since the upgrade, but I have not noticed any reduction in its higher level of operational reliability. In reality, I think that it has essentially improved slightly. It does not appear to me that it is worth spending extra income for memory 'labeled' for Macintosh use. Nor is it apparent to me that 'premium' memory presents any advantages more than 'value' memory. This memory meets the specs and has performed just fine so far.

Cheap and it works what more can you ask for nothing but If you have a 32-bit window it'll only show up as 3gb. You require 64 bit to use all 4gb

Flawless.Wow Vista in fact functions when you have enough ram! no a lot more freezeups due to excessive hard faults. none Linux never even uses the swap drive with this significantly memory in my laptop.

Fantastic price, good efficiency. Runs great in my dell vostro laptop and tends to make a large distinction from the 2x512 sticks that I had. You cant beat this memory for the cost. Totally free shirt is huge. Wish there was a way to ask for a size, but free is free :). After carrying out a small bit of research I found that it genuinely wasnt worth going for the ddr 800, as the speed increase was minimal. I suppose if you can uncover ddr 800 (Like the OCZ stuff if its ever in stock), it may be worth it.

No concerns whatsoever in C2D-2.1 macbook. Does not look to run hot, ten.5 addresses all four gigs (earlier macbooks will only address two or three gigs). a buddy of mine with a powerbook mentioned that some people had concerns with this ram in their powerbooks, but I can't genuinely verify this claim. My rating would (in theory) be lower if the rebate does not come by way of. On the other hand, if it does, this is an excellent worth. Otherwise fairly typical.

Wonderful Deal and excellent top quality memory. None I can assume of. Acer 5570-2067 specs say it maxes at four Gb of ram, but it maxes at 2 Gb not 4Gb as indicated. Installed A single dimm- worked fine, installed second- wouldn't boot. Switched and set up second dimm alone- worked fine. Set up 1st dimm in second slot- wouldn't boot. Referred to as Acer- verified 2Gb max- NOT 4Gb as documented. Had to RMA.

Memory is Quick and Reliable... Comes at a good price tag as well. Haven't had any yet. Set up this on an MSI MS-1222 notebook with vista... also bad vista only sees 3gb worth, even though I think it is utilizing all four gigs

Upgraded my brand new MacBook RAM to 4GB. The rig flies!! The installation was uncomplicated and the memory flawless.Thanks Newegg for producing it all feasible in such a brief time frame. Mushkin costs are typically greater than others but a Porsche expense much more than a Ford.

Performs as advertised and you can\'t go incorrect with this memory. Excellent fit for a 2008 style 1.83 GHz Core two Duo Mac Mini to upgrade from 1 GB of RAM to 4 GB RAM. None.

Dropped into a Dell Inspiron 1720. No issues at all. Passed the windows memory test cd overnight. The method appreciates the newfound breathing room. It's not totally free? It's not 8GB? Excellent value for rock solid memory. I'd obtain once again

Simple to open packaginglow-costits 4GB! none I finally sprung for this upgrade to my macbook (white) and am very content with it! I just popped these babies in and it runs like a champ- passed all memory tests. I look at myself extremely lucky for obtaining these when I did- all DDR2 SODIMMs appear to have all but doubled in price in the past 2 weeks!!

Vista 32-bit was capable to use 3GB of RAM. While Vista alone requires up almost a Gig of RAM, it's only using ten% less RAM now that there's 3GB as an alternative of 2GB. Couldn't use 2x2GB RAM. Vista 32-bit wouldn't boot under 4GB so I had to use 1 1GB RAM stick and I was only able to put in 1x2GB RAM stick that I ordered. The other 2GB RAM is just laying about for me to preserve until I risk buying and putting in 64-bit Vista hoping that it will boot with 4GB of RAM since my processor is 64-bit capable. I did my analysis and I read that people had been able to physically place in 4GB of RAM beneath 32-Bit vista but it only indicated three.00GB or 3.50GB in the program properties. But for some purpose, with my Compaq C769US, I couldn't swap out my 2x1GB RAM for the mushkin 2x2GB RAM devoid of the trouble of booting Vista.

Incredibly easy to install! three simple methodsŋ. Unpackage2. Slide memory in3. Begin computer with four gigs The packaging was actually uncomplicated, the memory is tucked in there quite tight so dont attempt to rip it out, push the plastic to get it out. Now I have to wait for the 10 dollar rebate...

It's 4 GB and a excellent cost. Had to RMA the 1st RAM kit I received since 1 of the sticks was defective. newegg rocks as usual, and super straightforward, rapid RMA course of action.
