Overall one more good item by Mushkin. I have never ever been disappointed with their goods. I slapped this into a brand new Macbook two.2Ghz and its been operating smoothly ever due to the fact. Nothing, the upgrade went smooth and the product functions as advertised.

So far so very good. Quickly installed in a C2D Late 2006 Macbook. Functions like a charm. Programs boot quicker than they did with the stock RAM ƑGB). The MacBook cannot use the entire 4GB, but I knew that when I bought it. It's a fantastic upgrade, though! None yet. The MacBook can not use the whole 4GB, but I knew that when I purchased it. It's a good upgrade, although!

Applied in 2.6 Macbook Pro. Quick 4 GB in my already rapidly macbook. None so far. Effortless to install, but memory sits fairly snug in the lower slott.Newegg could not tell me the distinction between their laptop memory and Mac memory from Mushkin.

Does its job properly. Superior value with rebate. Works effectively with my Dell XPS M1330 notebook (OS can use 3562MB in Vista 32-bit with integrated graphics & PM965 chipset). N/A I have stuck with Mushkin for memory on my personal PCs for the past couple of years and I've yet to be disappointed. It's the brand I suggest to other people when they ask me what to get. Their support is A+ and their goods do specifically what they're supposed to. As for newegg, I opted for the "value" shipping alternative, which took a bit longer than I am applied to. I wish they provided a straightforward, USPS Initial Class shipping solution for little items like memory and case fans. Stuff would get delivered reasonably rapid, and it'd be a heck of a lot cheaper!

Lot of memory. Random resume failures that do not happen when I have the factory original two x 1GB in it. Also fails completely when you try 2GB of these and 1GB of original. Vista 32 only sees 2.7GB of it on my HP. Could just be my notebook. If not for resume difficulty I would preserve these.

Worked fine on my two.2GHz white MacBook with the Santa Rosa chipset. None so far - only have been employing it for five days. The MacBook's memory slots are quickly accessible and the old memory is very easily removed. Just make positive that the new memory is seated effectively - it takes a firm and balanced push with your thumbs.

Saves you a chunk of funds more than the factory based upgrade. None. Installed in a brand new Lenovo T61P laptop. Works just fine. Make certain you seat the memory right the very first time. The upper slot can be tricky to seat if you rush. If you do not seat it proper, the T61P might boot and only display the 2Gb.

I had some issues on my HP desktop with installing mushkin memory so I was a small cautious about buying for my HP Laptop but I bought anyways and it is working fantastically! I will certainly try mushkin once again! extremely recommended and excellent cost! No Cons, I replaced my 2GBs with 4GBs and it is working significantly much better with Adobe CS3 goods. I am trying decide if I ought to try Vistas new ReadyBoost now that I have max'd out my RAM...Vista does take a lot of memory, 4GB is not too much.

Functions. Installed in my HP DV9700t without a difficulty. Much cheaper than HP upgrade. None so far I am operating 32 bit XP and Vista which only see 3GB but that is the OS and not the memory. With a T7500 CPU vista rates memory speed as four.8

I've had this set in my HP Pavilion dv6500t laptop (went from stock 2GB to four, along with some other substantial parts upgrades) due to the fact August, flawless efficiency from day 1. It may not be the fastest RAM out there, but it's absolutely reliable. Windows 7 x64 and Linux Mint ten x64 both function perfectly with it (btw you require a 64 bit operating program to use 4GB or more of RAM, 32-bit (x86) OSes won't recognize far more than ӯGB depending on your computer) Purchased in August 2010, submitted a rebate form with all the needed supplies, still didn't get my บ rebate check. I'm fairly sure I submitted it on time as properly, unless the postal service took too long to deliver my types. This would have been five eggs if it wasn't for Mushkin balking on my rebate Manufacturer Response:Greetings, For help with your rebate, please contact nick@mushkin.com I can help you track it down. Thanks!

Installed in my HP dv2660se laptop without any problem. Vista Small business Edition runs a lot better now. It is not a memory dilemma. BIOS recognized 4GB but Vista shows only 2.99GB. I ordered this memory from Newegg.com on Monday (Feb 11) and received it these days (Feb 13) and that too with Totally free 3 Enterprise Day shipping. No other vendor can even come close to that. I really like newegg.com!!!

Inexpensive Purchased two sets of 4GB for two different Dell Latitude D530s, and in each situations I had numerous troubles with the RAM sticks. If the laptop got jolted slightly (which takes place frequently with laptops), the memory had to be reseated (system wouldn't post, indicated memory error). I've never ever had this concern with this model laptop before, so I can only assume it's the RAM. Manufacturer Response:Greetings, We apologize for the inconvenience. Please get in touch with us at support@mushkin.com or 800.569.1868 and we will function with you to get these replaced. Thanks for deciding upon Mushkin Enhanced!

Works excellent! Just installed into brand new Asus V1S-B1 notebook, registered with no challenge, method POSTs with no issues and program flies. Was unaware that board on notebook is 64 bit, running a Centrino Pro Intel Core two Duo processor at 2.4 gHz. 32 bit systems will not use full 4 gig (Vista OS limitations), but reads 3.25 gig with no difficulty (may upgrade to 64b OS to take full advantage of ram). Board reads all four gig with no problem and I would highly recommend this to any person with a 54k ram need. In truth, I'm buying this once more for my wife. about 15-20 bucks a lot more than I'd like to have paid, hardware wise; greatest ram I've purchased in a lengthy time! Know that if you have a 32 bit machine your OS will not recognize the full 4g. If you have just purchased notebook with a 32 bit OS I would suggest you upgrade to a 64 bit OS ahead of setting up your method (so lengthy as your board is 64 bit compatible). Fantastic buy!

even though my dell e1705 laptop suppose to only support 2 GB of memory due to its age , I was able to get it to recognize three GB out of the four GB installed... I am so pleased that i was able to get yet another gig of memory and Mushkin is a leading notch product!!! Just read the critiques.. Also I called mushkin about my small project and they were so helpful !! They told me to stick it in the machine to see if it would recognize much more memory than what was written in the operations manual and if it did not recognize any far more than my previous two gig to send it back for a full refund !! Thanks Newegg and Mushkin !! None

Plug it in, it works. Extended Memory test showed it as 100% dependable. three weeks in and no strange behavior. Price is rising as RAM manufacturers are moving on to producing modern memory. Older 667Mhz is falling aside, and costs are rising once more. 4GB kits 18 months ago were half the price. Tech marches on I guess. Installed into a 2007 MacBook Pro.
