Comment: I got this set 4 months ago, trying to move my GA-P35C-DS3R v1.1 motherboard to 8GB. It installed and detected easily and has worked very well since. I was a little hesitant since my board has combo DDR2 and DDR3 slots, but it worked fine (note to other owners of this mobo: you can't mix DDR2 and DDR3 with it, though I knew this ahead of time). It's given a little more life expectancy to my Socket 775 rig.
