Good worth for the income, robust construction, works just fine. Not the very best for ultra-performance. An excellent buy for gaming computers. Good for upgrading from stock specs. |

Good looking heat spreaders, low-cost Did not perform on my PC Got two pairs of these for 16 GB total. 1st boot-up will show only 8 GB then the boot will abort and only following the succeeding boot will 16 GB be recognized. I attempted setting speed multipliers and timings manually ྪx for 1333 speed and 9-9-9-24 for timing) in the BIOS and even played with the RAM voltages Ƒ.4V - 1.6V) but the same concern happens. RAM sticks were also quite hot to the touch.I installed the most recent BIOS (F14) for my Gigabyte P55A UD4P ver 1. motherboard prior to installing these. |

Pros:Seems to work perfectly so far. Comment:
Kick ass price. If they keep this up they take over the market or go broke. I can't imagine Kingston and Patriot are selling many units if you put them side by side with these modules.Load up!! |

Cons:none so far
Pros:works fine at 10666 Comment:
I bought this memory to put in a Giga byte microG41 main board that I recently purchased else where. Seems to work fine running at 10666 so far. Its basic memory, nothing special, but it does the job I ask of it. Also bought a 2 x 2GB memory kit for another main board, which is also working fine. Hope to get my rebate soon. Must mail today. |

I believe it's sexy. Silver and plain without having all the glam. Ordered two sets of these ྰGB) for a VMWare server create. Booted proper up with no concerns. It didn't wink at me when I took it out of the box. I didn't bother tweaking the timings and stuff. I just want it to run with no drama. |

Comment:
This 8GB of Mushkin Enhanced Silverline solved the most frustrating issue I've ever skilled with a PC. I was experiencing random lockups with odd noises from the speakers. Absolutely nothing in the event logs gave me any clues. My ram problem was not caught by memtest or the windows memory diagnostics. Nevertheless, I put this generate in and no lockups.Mushkin has been a premier product for as long as I can keep in mind. I'm in no way running any other memory. Specs:GA-MA770T-UD3P 1. Worked fantastic in GIGABYTE GA-880GA-UD3H AM3 motherboard, even though it wasn't on Gigabyte's approved list.Low profile, so the heat spreaders don't get in the way of an aftermarket cooler. I can't figure out why in the globe so a lot of organizations are putting giant fins on their ordinary RAM -- it is unnecessary -- doesn't run THAT hot... give me a break.Works at advertised speed and timings. Not too flashy -- clean and easy. Can't think of any. |

If you can get a better price for 2x4gb DDR3 1600 mhz ram go ahead. But this ram is one of the best ram I ever bought for the price. If you are looking for ram that will not cost you a arm this is it |

Cons:- Had a rebate (still waiting)
Pros:- Very cheap- It works Comment:
At $45 with a $10 rebate for 8GB this is a very good deal. If I get my rebate it will mean less then $5 per GB. 8GB is also perfect, it allows me to give almost 1.5GB per VM...It also never hurts to run a single quick memtest pass on new ram to make sure its working. |
