Cons:None

Pros:StableCheapLooks really good
Comment:
I bought this kit a while back when I built a 6-core amd system. It has been performing flawlessly since then. I have had no issues, so when I went to build an Intel system earlier this week, I chose this same kit. Worked flawlessly again, in a totally different system. Seems to be highly stable and compatible. When my 6-core vmware box needs to jump to 16gb, it'll be getting another one of this kit for sure!

Comment:
Quickly- clock occasions matched up. My complete rig is upper-middle finish, this is no diverse. Everything's reliable, rapid, and inexpensive. Very good WEI scores, and so forth, and so forth. None For my very first build, RAM almost certainly wouldn't be my 1st alternative to upgrade from a part like this. The dollars I could spend getting faster clock speeds on my RAM could in all probability be far better used squeezing far more efficiency out of yet another component of my rig.

Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons:Nothing Much.

Pros:Awesome ram. Did not notice a difference between this ram and my 1600 ram. I thought I would but I didn't.
Comment:
In terms of ram - I don't think its the most significant component as compared to an SSD or the GPU. I think getting a 4 or 8 gb in the system is enough.

Popped right in devoid of worrying about spacing troubles. Gigabyte 890FXA-UD5 picked it up right out of the box with no bios update necessary. Timings had been excellent in the bios and it operates fantastic in the unganged mode for me. None, very good sticks I like the low profile heat spreaders. I'm operating stock, so they function like a champ. 8 gigs for much less than 贄 is awesome!

Comment:
Value is excellent, the pair operate when on same channel. Does not operate on my ASUS P7H55-M/CSM motherboard in dual channel mode. Crashes early at boot, or does not boot at all. Every single single module from the pair works fine when installed alone, the pair also functions fine when installed ino the same channel on the motherboard. (the mobo is not to blame - tested fine with other brand of 2x4GB memory) The pair is almost certainly way too unbalanced to perform on separate channels. Returned on RMA, minus the restocking fee :( Manufacturer Response:Greetings, Please guarantee that you are running the newest BIOS. This memory ought to work just fine in this board. If you would like assistance with replacement, please make contact with me at nick@mushkin.comThanks!

Functions as advertised on a Gigabyte 890FXA-UD5 board beneath Win7. I have 16 GB installed, all 4 the identical sort, and the technique has no concerns with them. I bought one particular pair from Mushkin, but then purchased a second pair from Newegg when the price tag dropped. The cost keeps dropping - wish I could get a refund on the difference among currently's value and what I paid earlier in the year! Mushkin's help forum helped me figure out that this RAM would work with the 890FXA-UD5 prior to my obtain. The RAM also fits just fine below a Noctua NH-C12P SE14 heatsink. Haven't tried OC and don't intend to. The real test will come when I lastly get Arch Linux back on the new technique.

Very good value Didn't operate with my Asus P7F-X. With just this pair of modules installed, my technique wouldn't POST. With an extra pair of working modules installed (should be 16 GB total), the BIOS would recognize all four memory slots as occupied, but only eight GB was usable. Manufacturer Response:Greetings! We apologize for the inconvenience. Please feel cost-free to contact us at support@mushkin.com or 800.569.1868 and we will perform with you to get this problem resolved. Thanks!

i got these a little while ago for a budget build for 25$ and some change and they are great and look good. they are not the quickest out there, would have preferred 1600mhz but since it is a budget build i cant complain, especially for 25$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

four GB modules - purchased for my VMware machine. An additional kit like this and I'll be maxing my motherboard. Coming from 4GB, this kit enables me to run five much more virtual machines simultaneously. Low voltage - 1.fiveAffordableWorked in my motherboard - Asrock M3A785GMH렘. If left on auto, the timings were 9-12-12-30, so I changed them to 9-9-9-24.Shipping was fast - bought on Oct 25, this morning the Purolator guy comes with the box. Nice one particular, Newegg!!Free shipping!MIR! Hopefully I'll get it, which is kindda hit or miss with RMAs these days. 1) Not a con, but I had to migrate to 64 bit Windows 7 to take advantage of the complete capacity of the memory.2) Before manually setting the timings to SPD MemTest86+ 4.ten gave a single error in test four. Right after that it passed two loops with out hick-ups. I'll be carrying out on overnight test tonight ahead of I send my MIR.3) A tad slower (WEI 7.4 vs 7.5) than my earlier memory, but than again I paid for the 4GB kit a couple of months ago practically as substantially as I paid now for double the size. It functions nicely with my system:Cooler Master HAF 932BFG 550W PSUAsrock M3AGMH렘Phenom II X2 550 @X4 B50 three.6GHzCorsair Hydro H50 Push-pull2xWD Black 500GB RAID Lite-on 24xDVD-RWPowerColor HD 4830 512MB6 CM 120mm Greeen LED fans 90CFM 19dBA28" I-INC/Hanns G 1900x1200

Cons:Not as overclockable as blackline/redline.

Pros:Price. Minimal difference between 1333 & 1600.
Comment:
It's great quality ram even though it's the low end line from Mushkin. Can be overclocked to 1600mHz without any issues, and for what I need it works perfect. Without overclocking, it runs just fine below the advertized voltage (1.35V vs 1.5V).

Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons:maybe slightly slow but that is value, the closest competitor is the Corsair Vengeance series of rams at 1600

Pros:Cheap, good quality, low profile, value.
Comment:
One of the best series of memory you can get and it really doesn't matter about the speed if your doing not memory intensive work or any work that you don't need ram to work very fast. I'm pretty sure that there are faster more higher quality of ram but that pushing the 60 to 100 dollar limit and this ram is just fine enough for me, and I'm doing video editing and rendering work and I can do tbat in 30 minutes with a 20 minute long 720p video with a intel core i7 2700k.

It's RAM. It's not expensive. It does what it says it does, it hasn't blipped in 4 months, what more could I ask? No, I'm sure there are faster RAM sets out there. Certainly there are more expensive ones. But this is quite good enough for me.

Works as it should. Running a bunch of stuff right now like a memory hogging firefox with 30 addons and Catalyst Control Center and only using 2.7GB of RAM in Win7 64-bit. Does CCC really need 343,300K of RAM?! It doesn't matter when you have 8GB of RAM.
