My very first IDE power cable is full currently. I guess I will need to have to purchase an SATA to IDE power adapter. I wish this power supply had LEDs, but just a wish, not a con. I'm a sucker for LEDs. :) But I will take the top quality of this unit any day more than a more questionable unit with cool lights. Great PS... the Modular cables are a true boon with 6 sata connectors and you only have to use the ones that you want. Top quality product, incredibly quiet and power effective. I purchased form New Egg to power a new video card that necessary a lot more power than the oem 300 watt PS had Don't hold your breath waiting for your rebate. I submitted tenቪቦ, they approved 11Ǘ and didn't mail the rebate till 1ቱ񳏋. Ouch! But it is effortless to track the status and they are extremely good at receiving back to e-mail inquiries. This energy supply is super quiet and it delivers my computer with sufficient energy for my new graphics card. If you are operating a graphics card that requires at most 500W of energy I strongly reccomend this energy supply for you. Only con I could assume of off the prime of my head is that its capped at 500W. This doesn't give you the capability to run some of the newer graphics cards that demand a larger energy provide.

Easy to install (except cabling was confusing - but this was most likely additional my lack of Computer developing knowledge than any fault of the product or product instructions). Worked effectively for 9 months. Uncomplicated warranty return / very good buyer service. Failed following 9 months. It was tricky to diagnose the failure as the Computer front panel lights and motherboard LED lit up and the Computer would energy up, but would not boot into BIOS or OS. Regrettably - as advised by a repair center - I replaced the motherboard devoid of success. Then replaced the CPU - without having good results. Finally replaced the power provide below warranty and the Computer now functions. Disappointing to have the energy provide fail like this. Like I stated although, OCZ was easy to perform with on the warranty return (although OCZ DID NOT spend return shipping on the defective unit). I bought the OCZ psu since I have other component in my tower that are OCZ and have had fantastic achievement with them. Cable lengths are a bit lengthy for my case but that's to be expected (I'm using SilverStone's SG03). I've got them tucked away fairly great now so it's a non-problem.
