Heavy duty, nothing at all lacking in the quality of craftsmanship. Shipping is soooo costly. Not so poor here though. Check out Tiger Direct, I feel they look at shipping some form of high priced sales tax. Will last forever and the if USB nonetheless exists, my kids can use it.

Excellent Item, it doesnt miss a beat with my mouse or keyboard, and they seem to be decent high quality cable with excellent ends on it, longer then you believe, I ordered 3 and only needed two, need to have performed a negative job of measureing, oh nicely Ill use it someday. None Employed two of these cables to run from my Computer in my residence theather over to my desktop so I could have additional of a perform station with out two computers, also purchased a monitor cable but it isnt as good of high quality as these usb cables. My Dell keyboard has a built in usb hub that I have my mouse and printer hooked into, havent tested the printer but it ought to function fine, it shows up in the properties just like it always has.

bought 2,ş of two: works 100% and adore it Š of two: works %, DOAto lazy to RMA it, my fault cuz I know if I returned it back to Newegg I would have no difficulties when it operates does a great job, would be cool if USB had an additional typical with a twist-lock connection. I have this hooked up to my laptop and a wireless LAN adapter to get internet from two houses away, so some instances when I move the WLAN adapter the connector comes undone but thats neither here or there

I have two of these, now ordering a third. Both worked with out concern beneath Windows Vista.

None. Laptop does not recognize the cable; it gives a "device not recognized" error. Sabrent provides no drivers for this product, and their site has no relevant facts to help with the challenge. This cable is properly a 16.five-foot length of rope. Will steer clear of all Sabrent items.

Fantastic and affordable active extension cable. I required to move my all-in-one Lexmark to the opposite side of the room. Originally, the program was to go wireless, but right after reading about all the headaches people had with that, I figured it wasn't worth my time or the fairly high expense. Certain, I have a cable running along the baseboard, but it's not terribly noticeable, and greatest of all, it just operates. I've even got a 10 ft. usb cable attached in between this cable and the printer. I could wish for it to be a dark grey or black rather of the silver. But, it is okay.

Could not be easier. Unplugged my device, plugged the extension cable in, windows XP recognized it instantly, plugged my device into the extension cable and it worked perfectly. ZERO If your technique is working correctly and the cable is not "Dead On Arrival" then this Affordable cable operates flawlessly.Newegg is number 1...never ever had a difficulty of any type and I have ordered from them multiple times.

Worked ok under vista Mainly aesthetic. It should be black. It would be good if it had a clip on the finish to preserve the input USB jack in spot.

None I got this cable to be able to sit a little bit farther from my Television than I do now, I use my HDTV as my monitor so yeah being in a position to sit a small bit farther back from such a huge screen would aid my eyes out a small, but the cable I got (this 1) sucks! I plug it in and it only works for five seconds at max prior to something occurs where it doesn't perform at all! My suggestion is to not buy this and get a far better cable as I have yet to hear from the manufacterer on my issue...

It does what its supposed to. I use it for my headset to call home and roam about my space. this is basicly a USB hub and most likely to have problems in linux. It can be slow to recognize devices given the way it acts as a hub.

That NewEgg will refund/replace this product Does not function at all. Sending this back, not sure if I'll try this brand once more or go with yet another variety of extender, but disappointing that I'll have to wait longer to get this.

I hooked up to my keyboard for my Mac Mini and it worked just fine. Unfortunatly it will quit perform and want to be unplugged and replugged in to work again. Takes place every couple of minutes Didn't function in the lengthy term. would cease operating every couple of minutes and want to be unplugged and replugged in. Sending it back to Newegg.

Superb product that truly does work with Logitech G15 keyboard (as well as G5 mouse- and every thing else I've used them with- USB DVD Drives, USB FD's, ipods, zens, zunes, flash drives) Everyhting works precisely as though it had been connected directly to MB's USB ports- no lags, no hiccups. As a matter of fact, I'm here to order 2 much more for that really use (G15 & G5). And I'm typing this review on a G15 cascaded 2x's to my pc. I cascade two of these to a different room to keep my fighter jet sounding pc's in a distinct room. FWIW, I have tested these with EVGA 680i MB's and ASUS P5B Deluxe MB. Wonderful value! Can't beat length- or can you?

Basic, it works and the cost is unbeatable. Slight odor that fades promptly. I have 2 of these and just ordered two far more. I connect them finish to finish for more than 30 feet of extension. I use it to move my wireless mouse receiver across the room for my residence theater setup with a Media Center PC. We just got RockBand for the XBox 360 and it works perfectly to assist give us added range on the instruments.

Immediately recognized by my pc. The tough dive it is connected to seems to be working at full speed. Price is awesome compared to what even simple USB cables of this length price at the shops. None I purchased this to connect to a MediaGate media player in my living room to transfer large video files and use as a backup drive. This was the finest ten bucks I've spent, it simplifies the setup immensely.

Worked wonderful, two daisy chained together to move my neighbors wusb54g closer to my access point died after about 8 monthsfollowing further inspection of the repeater finish, there had been brief circuits in both, and the wires had been very loose beforehand apparently Other than the truth that they died they worked fine. if you can follow directions on how to get them chained together in windows the seem to be very good

I'm utilizing this cable with a USB KVM switch to connect a USB mouse and keyboard to two computers about 20 feet apart. 1 laptop or computer runs XP, the other runs 98SE. There is over 20 feet of USB cable between them. This factor just works. No erratic mouse movement, No nothing. The braided shielding under the clear plastic casing looks cool too. None so far. Ordered on Sunday night. by tuesday morning it was on my doorstep. Egghead gets my vote.

15 ft long. Affordable. The "repeater" doesn't rather repeat properly sufficient. Doesn't hold the signal strong sufficient to get to the all-in-1 printer. Cheap enough that I'll just maintain it for other purposes.

Price and availability from Newegg Did not work. Hooked 2 together, device not found. Removed one, device not discovered, removed both and replaced with stock 6' USB cabel, device found.

Tested this under WinXP (desktop) and Windows 7 (laptop). The cable shows up as a generic hub. It works great. No drivers are required. I am using the extension for a USB printer.

Anything you hook up loses its signal and you have to unplug and plug back in to reinstall device. It states that it would run faster on USB 2.0 but all my ports are 2.0. Not worth the shipping cost to send it back so it went in the garbage can. I should have read all the bad reviews before buying.
