Only about 70% signal 10 feet from the router with frequent drops, and many times it wouldn't even register as being plugged in. It finally completely died about a month ago and I'm glad to be rid of it.

TRENDnet TEW-432BRP Wireless G RouterIt work great. The signal it's great with my isp of 5mb/s i have more than 4mb in a distance of 150'. The only thing you need is to download the most recent firmware and you have a great router for 26 bucks.

You can't use non broadcast of SSID because no matter what you cant connect to it even if manually setting up SSID. Signal range is not far at all. Can't get wireless from the other side of house. Able to forward ports and able to access router remotely listening through port 8080. Router is decent for the price but this is a definite case of you get what you pay for.

TRENDnet TEW-432BRP Wireless G RouterThis is a so-so router. The new firmwares caused the router to completely lockup at random times, so I have to use the old version. Some of the features are lacking, for example generic port forwarding (aka virtual server) requires targeting a specific machine if the port is not one of the 10 preconfigured ports (ftp, http, smtp, etc). I have no idea how the statistics page that tracks bandwidth usage gets its completely inaccurate numbers. And the documentation barely explains most of the options (sometimes 1 short sentence on the option or none at all). A cheap router, but I'd say spend a few more bucks on something better.

TRENDnet TEW-432BRP Wireless G RouterI bought about 5 of these things as I travel to 4 different clinics for work (and one for home). I have never had a single issue with the product. Although the range is not as good as some other products, if you pick up a cheap hi-gain antenna it fixes that problem. I've run WoW, PS3, XBox360 through them just fine on multiple networks.

TRENDnet TEW-432BRP Wireless G RouterI wouldn't get paid to take this router! Nothing but problems. It won't recognize my computer, then I can't get it to stay connected, then I can't set a password. I had someone else more computer savvy come over and they were able to get it working by NOT using the included software. Still needed to restart it 2-3 times a week. Moved to a new place, now it always says it's restarting. Called Tech Service, they admit something is wrong and want me to mail it in...shipping is more than a better router would cost. I have wasted more hours of my life then I ever believed possible. It went in the trash.

I've used it both as a router and as an extra AP hooked up to an older D-Link router. No problems at all. For $25.00, this is a real bargain!

I'm only using it for simple internet connection, file, and printer sharing for now but after I'm settled in I plan to check out the other possibilities. This is also an excellent price. A similar router was $55 at Wal-Mart! LOL

I'm more more wired than wireless inspite of having a wireless router I have upgraded to the latest image .. no use I set WPA2/TKIP security setting and wireless disconnects in less than 10 mnts

TRENDnet TEW-424UB USB Wireless Network AdapterOK, the installation instructions in the book need to be updated for newbees that don't know how to explore the CD in Windows. However, the chipset is standard RealTek 8187b, so the drivers are even available through Windows Update, or from the RealTek site if you have a Mac or Linux machine. Once updated, the thing runs great, has good range, and has a lot of features for a USB wireless adapter.

TRENDnet TEW-432BRP Wireless G RouterI read most of the negative reviews. Personally I did not have those type of issues. I keep it powered 24/7. Just use it for internet and TONS of P2P downloads. It is connected via a single desktop LAN and a single notebook on the WAN port. I can not speak for other or more advanced uses. I've owned the router for more than 6 month. It is my first router. The few times I've had trouble only needed a cold boot(disconnect power from my cable modem and this router for more than 60sec). Other than my own learning curve no problems to report. The thing was almost free at three or four dollars (after rebates) so I didn't have much to lose had it not worked. I went with this product because I've read more bad reviews of routers at much more expensive prices ($50 or so price range)

When I bought my router I got a cheep Net Magic program but I didnt use it. Rebate return time was quick and painless.. I have had this router about 6mo.

TRENDnet TEW-432BRP Wireless G RouterOur office has been using this router, TEW-432BRP, for couple months without any problem at all. It is a noisy environment that co-exists with other wireless routers/points from other nearby office rooms. We use it with WPA, as an Access Point. It connects everytime, yes everytime and keeping connected, wireless and wired, both G and B bands, all kinds of Windows OS, PDAs, notebooks, and desktops. Transferring big files. Set it and forget it. The signal range is stable and strong. 4~5 bars at all rooms. I am not sure why it fails at others. So, maybe we are just being good luck. Since it has no problem, so never ever try the technical support and no comment on it. And it is a really really a steal deal. Only cost us $2.99. (All rebates were received. From TRENDnet and CompUSA). We use it to replace the one from Belkin F5D7230-4 (the newer version, a small one with one antenna) (cost a lot more) which constantly drops signal when transferring big files (happens everytime).

Do not let the low price tempt you because all you will get is an inferior product. Even after updating the firmware it still frequently drops the connection with both my wired PC and wireless laptop and quite often the router must be rebooted in order to re-establish the wireless connection. Avoid this product if you want to avoid aggravation.

Apparently lots of people have had issues with this router, so please dont base your decision to buy it on my review alone. I am a hardcore PC gamer and for weeks now, in addition to my wired PC, i have had another wireless PC and 2 wireless laptops using the router at the same time playing Team Fortress 2 with great pings to all the computers. I also have the router hidden away behind a picture frame on my desk shelf, and its not running that hot, even without great air flow. Its easy to use and for the value... at least in my personal opinion, cant be beat.

It cannot maintain a connection with my TRENDnet router, and the USB drivers malfunction periodically. In fact Windows warns you that the installation should be stopped because the drivers have not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP. I do not recommend this adapter, especially if you are not computer savvy.
