This is a very silent power supply. It is replacing a 3 year old Ultra 600w that has two 80mm fans and had gotten to where they ran at full speed and very loud. Cable lengths are ok for normal cases. If you have a large case, sata cables may be an issue. My hardware: Gigabyte MB with E4600 2.4ghz Core2duo,4 GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD3870, ATI TV Wonder 650, 2 dvd and 3 sata hard drives, usb hard drive bay, 2 case fans. Works great to keep an older system going.

This is the 2nd Ultra power supply that I have purchased, to up grade mine and my wifes computers. The first was an SLI ready 600 watt. Have been running that one for over a year and it runs constantly with no problems and is very quiet. will buy Ulta again when needed.

I see this GPU has gone up $20 since the holiday season. Oh well, better off next time. Regardless, this is a great GPU. It has multiple power cables, enough to power your mobo, at least 4 case or CPU fans, two graphics cards, two ide hard drives, two sata drives, and a combo media drive. The power is clean with two 12 rails, AND there's a LIFETIME warranty. You CANNOT go wrong with this purchase.

This is a fairly expensive P.S. for it's class and features being sold at a huge discount. Truly a great value. Only con... the cables take alot of space. I put it in an ATX mid tower and was bothered by how much space is required at the cable end of the P.S.

This PS replaced a defective power supply in an older case. Only problem was a shortage of old style (4 pin drive connectors) needed in this PC. Fortunately I had a 4 pin to dual 4 pin splitter that did the job. Unbelievable price for this much power (was on sale).

I bought this power supply to upgrade an older one that I thought went out. It was a 400W ultra, which was also a great PS, but it turned out to be my motherboard. Anyways, I got a new MB and installed this PS. It works great and powered right up with no problems. It had all the connections that were listed and I am very happy. It also runs quietly too. I bought this as an upgrade for my computer original power supply (complete trash) and this works great really quiet compared to my old power supply. so many comectors!!!! Thats a good thing for me since i have 2 hard drives.

It's a power supply and it works. It's quiet and provides power just like a power supply should do. One word of caution when buying ANY power supply is to make sure it has all of the plugs you need for your application. If you're changing MOBOs the new one may have different needs. This one has plenty of plugs.

Easy hook up, nicely made, performs well, runs power hungry video card no problem. It's a bit noisy, like having a fridge on your desk constantly, am considering moving computer under desk for this reason but at sale price this is a steal.

Great deal! Was easy to install with no problems!! Love the wrapped cables. Only thing I can fault with it the connectors could be marked a little better. It arrived a day ahead of the original estimated date. But that is typical for this site! I needed the eight pin connector for my new mother board and this psu had it. I like the wires being covered and it has every type connector that I needed. Fan is big and quiet. It's working like a charm right now. Would definitely buy again.
