i cut a few corners on my last build, and just used the free off-name supply they threw in with my nzxt case. loud from the start, and within a week, one of the fans failed, and sounded like a blender. i ordered this one as a replacement. the large fan makes this almost silent. it feels really solid, and the wrapped cables look great. my only gripe is the difficulty of installing it upside down, as i had to do. why wont they make a ps with holes for either configuration? good company. good supply. lifetime warranty. good choice!

Powers my 9600gt now problems, and is completely silent, and completely cool. In a small case it gets a bit messy with all the cables, but otherwise worth it for 40$. Would buy again.

I understand. Bought this exact PS for my computer and has worked like a dream. Bought the same one for my nephew and it didn't work out of the box. Haven't got around to sending it back to TigerD but when I do, I know it will be a no hassle return. Good Power supply, just not this particular one. I'd order again if I didn't have a replacement already. It was bound to happen as much as I order computer parts.

Bought this to run my new 9800 video card and my second SATA drive. Had all the connectors I needed and then some. Cables were wrapped and orderly, which is important in my relatively small case. Shipping was very prompt. Packaging was a bit pathetic, but PSUs aren't exactly fragile. Looses one performance for some fan noise, but it is not bad. Very happy with it, assuming it doesn't random die.

Product arrived promptly and was exactly as described. Install was simple, plenty of connectors. The fan is very quiet and you can't beat the warranty.

I bought it 3 weeks ago for $29.99 plus 14.99 Shipping and Handling and installed it as an upgrade into my HP a6537c PC. I had no problems with the installation. It works wery good and it's quiet. I'm completely satisfied with this power supply.

Solid power supply. Bought for a build for my wife. Had no trouble at all. Pleased enough by this one that I purchased another for my computer.

Has plenty of power leads, installs easily. Only issue with install was I had to remove the CD writer drive in my case because the drive is an older long drive to fit the power supply in then put the CD drive back in because the power supply is also long but both fit with plenty of room in a full ATX case.

Does everything I need it to do, used this to replace a old psu from an old pc (300w) and stuck it in a new build I made, only wish it had 1 more molex power connector so i can have my h50 water cooler hooked up without having to unplug something.

Worked great, easy to install, and it is surprisingly quiet! It has a nice big fan to move air but makes much less noise than the older 300W power supply I replaced. It had all the connectors I needed at an unbeatable price.

I bought a XFX Geforce 8800 ULTRA, and didnt know it needed 2 6-pins. So i was looking around for a SLI Ready PSU, and all of them were ridiculously priced over $80, and i wasnt willing to spend that much. Then i saw this. probably the best deal on Tigerdirect. Very nice power supply with 2 6-pins, i could not have found a better deal anywhere else. Now my geforce 8800 is running beautifully and i'm enjoying any game on max settings, even crysis!

I have been needing a new power supply for quite awhile, I have wanted to move up to get a better video card. When I seen the Lifetime Warranty, along with the great reviews this power supply was getting, I knew I had to get it. Just finished installing it about an hour ago ( my first power supply install ). I have no complaints this far, working like a charm.

It works greqat for me been 1 month. Has all the right cables, but the only negative is the 8pin power cable could be a little longer to reach the top of my board (I have the PSU on the bottom) it reaches but to nicely move to the side to display my board is asking a little too much. I have a mid ATX case.

It has been over 5 years now and I have yet to have Any of my ULTRA power supplies fail Some are even operating devices that recommend greater power supplies than I currently have equipped Ultra power supplies work above and beyond the Call of Duty BUTTER TOAST

This is a good example of you get what you pay for... I have two of these dead right out of the box. If you get a good one and don't have to pay to ship them back, twice, it's a good power supply. It has all of the new connections for newer and older mobo's.

This PS is running a system with a lot of extras in it. Ultra Power Supplies have never let me down and this one is no exception. Plenty of cables and every type of connection I needed. It should be noted that the 4 SATA connections are daisy chained on 2 cables. This wasnt a big deal for me but may be for some if you have a larger case.

Needed to replace a power supply for an older machine at our church. Saw this one and could not believe the price for a brand name product. Wasn't expecting much but boy was I surprised. Product came on time and was easily installed. Product is much quieter than the previous one and because it has twice the power than the original, it even cut out the lag when doing projection for over an hour. Thanks for another great product and an ever better deal!
