Gives lots of options. My motherboard didn't have enough extra connections to utilize all the inputs, but I am using the ones I bought it for.

Product seemed a little flimsy, and the memory card slots weren't lined up correctly with the faceplate when I got mine - I had to pop the unit open and bend the PCB down until they were in the right place. Instructions are a little vague, but once everything is hooked up, it has so many features you'll want to buy another one. Short size (only about half the length of an optical drive) gives you plenty of room to stash the 4,000 extra cables it comes with.

From reading the install pdf, it looks to be quite simple. you need an empty sata port and a front empty front USB connector on your board the rest is up to your bios. For those with problems I would recommend a bios check.

I didn't give the features a 5 because like all stuff you buy these days this product could have uses a little more detail in the instruction manual. For a novice like me it's nice to have some detailed illustrations to help you feel like your computer won't smoke when you power it back up. Other than that it was everything I needed. Before I had to transfer pictures from my cameras flash card to my laptop then my desktop which was a headache. Now life is a little simpler. Fit's well and looks great.

Over-all I'm pretty happy with this product. Everything functions as advertised. I marked this product down in the performance catagory due to the fact that if I hook the connetor up to my sound card, the connections on the device function poerfectly, but it causes the speaker output of the sound card to cease to function. Perhaps if I fiddle with it some more I can unlock the mystery of this glitch. As mentioned before, everything else functions perfectly.

Just received mine and got it installed. I have a Intel Pentium 4,3GHz processor,800MHz,and the motherboard is a microATX which has a 4pin set up for the fans. The MD3 did not work. The only thing that did was the temp. guages. I figured it was defective. called support for the company it came from not much help. So got ahold of support Immediately gave me an RGA and in turned shipped me a new unit and sent me a return label thru UPS. NICE! Like a company that stands behind the product it sells. I hope this one works, but if not I know That Tiger Direct will Take it back. Thanks guys its nice to know that I can purchase product from you and you stand behind it. PS as for the fans I purchased two 120mm for $8.00 per that r a three pin set up. I have the room for extra fans might as well use them.

I am on my second. The first one's temp sensors went bad. Now the second one the blue led back light went out. These are junk. It would be nice if it actually worked.

At first, I didn't like the odd fit in the bay. But then I realized it gave me plenty of room to stash all the wires I didn't need.

I never got to install this into my Ultra eXo aluminum mid-tower case. This dash is just too small and the holes wouldn't line up unless I sat it wayyy back in the drive bay.

How do you connect it to the usb on the mother board tried it all different ways can't get it to read my cards.Oh yea i have installed two of these in two different computers and both times the 4 pin has gottin the best of me! PLEASE HELP! Thanks,Scott

Hey dude with the headphone problem, my jack didnt work either, but i figured out that if you disable front panel jack detection in the realtek hd audio manager it works through the headphones.

Everything works except the heaphone jack.It's plugged in.I don't need it anyway no biggy for me.But it should work. Doesn't anybody test these before they are sold? They should have left the feature out if they don't want it to work right.Everything else works so I'm keeping her.Would not buy another to cheaply made.

Only the USB ports work, no card readers or microphone and headphone jacks.

This Product let me realize that my CPU was getting too hot for comfort. Without it I might have damaged my CPU. I recommend it to everyone with a gaming computer.

I bought two of these, because the new cases I bought did not have card readers. Fan controls are okay. The alarms are annoying and go off early and often. The thermocouples appear to be labeled backwards for the chipset and the CPU. I say this because on both motherboards I installed I compared the temperatures of the CPU and the chipset in BIOS and they were opposite. Also compared them with an infrared pyrometer, also backwards. Simple fix is to swap the wires, but if you are going to sell a product, get it correct. Cheap plastic case and the ports don't align with the face.

This is one of the best features on my new PC. it has all of the connections that i need and it looks sharp too. great quality/functionality with a great price. i would recommend this to anybody.

The dash board is sharp looking and is loaded with features, including numerous memory card readers. The temperature displays are especially nice for peace of mind to monitor system performance. The existing fan speed controls themselves are quite useless however, as the cable connectors are old-school and don't fit newer motherboard pin connectors.

Works great, but the Firewire id not come with the cable splitter as in the earlier models so that if you do not have a Firewire Header on the Motherboard, but have a firewire port available, they should be able to plug in to that. Other than that... great product

The memory reader works great. HOWEVER THE FAN CONTROL MODULE WILL ONLY WORK WITH A FAN THAT HAS A 3 PIN POWER CONECTOR, IF YOU HAVE A 4 PIN CPU/SYSTEM FAN YOU WOULD NEED TO MODIFY THE POWER CONECTOR TO MAKE IT WORK. IN ADITION TO GET ALL OF THE FUNCTIONS TO WORK YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING CONNECTIONS AVAILABLE ON YOU MB. 2 SATA 3 USB 1 FIREWIRE

one of the fan connections doesn't work and there is an alarm when the temp gets over 20c thats annoying and the caseing is plastic so it moves a little after installation but it looks cool and does the job also the flash drive is a little tricky
