Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son. Arrived promptly, as usual, direct from Tiger. Sturdy, well-made unit. Used it to house a i terabyte Hitachi HD. Went together just fine, and my son reports no problems whatsoever. Thanks, Tiger!

I got this enclosure for Christmas (I ask for it) and I had a Western Digital drive to go in it and it sucked. I finally thought I had a bad drive so I ordered a Seagate sata 250 gig. Let me tell you this thing is the stuff. Top quality and with a good drive it flys. They give you everything you need to get going (except the drive, of course) and it even come with a screw drive to put it together. What more could you possibly want. you guys rocks BF in Shaven

That's about all you can ask for is good quality, good price, easy installation and it works the way it should. This is two weeks after it was recieved and installed.

Very nice product and goes together easily and looks great! Some lack of quality control in that the enclosed esata to esata cable had a broken connector at one end. A call to Ultra informed me that they no longer replace defective parts. It took 4 phone calls and one detailed email along with over three weeks of time for them to finally send me a replacement cable. End result: very pleased with the product despite weeks of aggravation.

Very impressive hard drive case. I bought this for the eSATA interface which works great. These guys think of everything! They provide everything you need in the box - an eSATA connection for your PC, all cables, and even include a screwdriver to put it all together!

Went together quickly, and had great instructions on how to format the drive since I was using a new one. Great buy, love the eSata connection for the back of my PC Box

USB works flawlessly, eSATA will not work with a 1TB Hard Drive I had intended on using (drive will not initialize, and shows two drives, one with 1.3TB and one 500GB ??? ). Tried it with an older 80GB and a 750GB, and they worked no problem, with both eSATA and USB. The support website is just another T.D. sales site, no driver or firmware downloads to be found... disappointing to say the least. If you have sensitive hearing, you will hear the control board emitting a high pitch squeal when transferring data... They need to implement some better R.F. shielding with their printed circuit board. My 2-cents.

Dude!! Bought this to replace Cavalry case and logic board. Worked first time . Money!!! And looks way better and takes up less space. Next time I buy the case then the drive after. By the way don't by Cavalry, they use WD drives, but their logic boards blow!!! My drive never worked right from factory. Problem with the power. Slid drive into this case and tah dah. Perfecto!!!!

The brushed aluminum enclosure looks great. It contained everything needed to get going, but the hard drive. After putting the hard drive in, it just worked exactly as you'd expect it to.

This comes with everything you need and is a great bargain. See the video for details. I bought this to replace my old external hard drive. It's easy to put together and can be easily expanded to a larger hard drive in the future. A great buy.

At $40 this is a great enclosure. Quality is high, box contains EVERTHING you might need except the drive. I'm using the eSATA connection and it's slick. Case stays surprisingly cool too.

I purchased a fanless enclosure to reduce noise in my office area, and was concerned about heat dissipation. This enclosure works great without any noisy fan, I'm very pleased. The status light is a little bright at night. The assembly was easy with all needed parts and cables provided

Was very easy to install a problem hard drive from pc that would not boot. Discounting the hard drive's issues, the enclosure worked fine and seems ok. It does run pretty warm so be sure to give it room to let heat escape but that is the drive of course.

Everything included; instructions were good. Vista failed to format drive through eSATA connection, but format worked in USB, able to use eSATA after. Vary fast, and quiet. Be careful when enclosure opened - some edges are sharp.

This is a quality product. It looks good, is delivered with all advertised items (despite previous comments) and works flawlessly. Negatives: As the HDD is mounted metal to metal there is a slight vibrational noise dependent upon the HDD itself.

This is a quality product. Very easy to assembel. Pluged in and booted right up and was recognised by Vista. I would reccomend this harddrive enclosure to any one. Every thing you need is included.

A sleek hard drive enclosure. However, the packaging was missing the screws that secure the hard drive to the enclosure. I had to go to a computer store to ask for extras.
