Saw a video on youtube about this enclosure, and when received it was every bit as easy to install the drive and use as they said. Seems very well made, everything you need is in the box.

Although a little pricey compared to other items, I'm actually pleased with this enclosure. You can actually see the quality and the only noise you'll hear comes from the drive, which I stuck a WD Green drive so that probably won't be an issue. Had to replace one due to a defective power supply, but TigerDirect was awesome with an exchange (they provided a paid UPS label), I'd rate them better than Newegg on that department.

Feels sturdy. I can barely feel any heat. I don't know if that is that my drive does not generate much. Drive is working fine with my Linux box formatted ext2. All the cables you would need, and one extra (USB) that I can't figure what they had in mind for. I received all hardware needed to secure drive.

The only screws included are to hold the case together. There are NO screws to keep the hard drive inside. So you'll need some from somewhere else, which seems silly since everything else is included. But otherwise it's a nice unit and works well.

This HDD enclosure is rugged looking, sleek, simple to install and has worked well. It has 1 bright blue light on the back which, in our case, lights up the wall. Because the blue light is on the back, we only see the shine on the wall which is better anyway because the blue light would be too bright to stare at all day.

This is just an enclosure, but it's a very slick package indeed. I got it to put a 320 gb SATA drive I got for free from my friend. I like that I can use it either as an external USB drive or as a SATA drive connected to a PC that has that capability. It even comes with a cable and slot device for installation in a desktop machine. All the parts were in my packaging, nothing was missing.

Great product, easy to install. I was missing the screws to secure the drive to the enclosure so it is simply floating inside. Not a big deal for me but thought it should've be included.

some reviews state that not everything comes with this kit, well he must have gotten something else or they messed up his kit, because I ordered both the 2.5 and 3.5 kits, both came with the screws to hold your drives, the esata and usb cables, power cables even a screw driver to put it all together. Very easy to assemble and works flawlessly with vista so far. Thanks Ultra and Tiger, Great products!!!!

First off this HD enclosure looks very nice and sleek. The installation was easy too. The best thing I love about this enclosure is the ESata interface, it is really fast!

This Drive bay has eSATA and D link connections. They both work flawlessly, however if you format with the D link cable, the eSATA cable may not work. You will need to decide which one your going to use, and stick with it. Other then that, the Ultra drive bay is a Fine piece or work, and a handy tool for technicians.

I put this together with a 1GB Hitachi HDD. Easy to assemble and works great. Much quieter than my other HDD enclosure. And with the bright blue LED on the case, who needs a night light?!? That thing lights up the office.

Easy instructions to get up and running, great heat dissipation, very quiet, well laid out LEDs, several connection options (I love the eSATA), great price and well made. I'd recommend this to everyone.

This is a great product. Got it in 3 days, took it out and put it together rather quickly, everything that was suppose to be there was (including a sata cable, which is much faster than usb). Bought a Hitachi 1TB Hard Drive to go with it to format half for my ps3, other for my pc (if anyone needs partition software, use EASEUS Partition Master 4.0 its free, but takes a bit to figure out) Only problem I have with this, is that my harddrive isn't flush with the case. If moved, it rattles and hits the sides, stationary its fine, but I thought it should fit better. I put a piece of paper inside, seems to of done the trick. Other than that, great product, very sleek, and well built.

I purchased this product because it was a good value and had an esata connection. Other reviews state that it comes with everything you need to assemble and use but this is misleading. There is no esata cable included. Be forewarned!

It took five days to get to me. The enclosure is one of the few enclosures that include an eSATA bracket. 3 Years warranty, that's beast. This enclosure is housing my Caviar Black for my HD Video. It gets warm which means its doing its job taking away the heat from the HDD. I highly recommend this product.

Very good construction and appearance. Not recognized as a bootable drive for my Mac as I had wished, but functions as advertised for my 300 GB SATA. Using the USB interface, not the eSATA link. Kit provides all cables and attachments as need to assemble - even a screw driver.

I needed an external hdd for a machine I was building, to save an old drive. I have never bought nor installed an external drive before...this product exceeded my expectations with it's quality, performance, and ease of installation of the old drive. I did have to add some padding inside to prevent the old drive from moving but, I am very happy with the product.

Looks good and build quality is excellent. Feels very sturdy and durable. Seems a little bit pricey for just a hard drive enclosure with no fan... but is one of the better looking ones out there.

I was sold after watching the video but getting it home and using it was even easier than I thought. If you need an external hard drive this is the one to get.
