We found this deal online and no other vendor's prices were as low as this company. We purchased this right before Christmas and the delivery was fast. In addition to the great deal, we also received free delivery. We thought the holidays would have delayed shipping but we were pleasantly surprised on how fast we received it. The tv looks great and works great as an extra tv for our kids to play their Xbox games. I will definitely buy again from here.

Headline says it all. Set didnt work out of the box. Keeps rebooting to the ViewSonic logo over and over again. I'm 5 emails deep and on my second tech support person and I still have yet to get an RMA because of tech supports failure to read emails completely. I have submitted required info to them twice. Serial number, model number, my name, address and phone. Last email I received from them states it will be 15-21 to have the set ''repaired''. I should have bought a refurb and saved myself the hassle and I am going to end up with a refurbed unit anyway. Maybe I just received one of the bad ones, but thought I would let everyone know. Informed tech support this is my first and last viewsomic purchase.

I bought this tv as a Christmas gift for my husband. Thus far it has been a good product. I absolutely love the picture quality. It has a very bright clear crisp picture. I would definately recommend it to a friend.It was money well spent. As always delivered on time and it was packaged well.

I purchased it as a gift for Christmas and got it mounted soon after. I was surprised as another poster wrote that dark scenes were terrible on the TV; I initially thought it was the old DVD player. A few days later the ViewSonic logo came up black and white and then the screen went completely yellow. Returning it and hopefully have better luck with a new one.

The product worked well that day I received it. The next day the logo kept recycling and did not go to TV mode. The customer service was good. They walked me through some tests and determined that there was a problem. I got the shipping label and mailed it back the next day. they refunded me back also. Great Customer service and return policy, but this did not work for me..

Bought this unit as a Christmas gift. It setup fine, but contrast and brightness is very disappointing... if the scene on screen is dark it displays it with little visible detail. I adjusted the picture, but alas it's not much better. Hooked it up to an inverter, and it's only drawing 20watts, not the 60watts specified... could there be something wrong? Wondering what to do...

It had a great TV picture quality and PC resolution. But it died in two days after arrival. I have been in technology for past 25 years and Viewsonic monitors used to be best of best. Very disappointing.

Beside paying 20$ to much (the price drop one week after I purchased it)I am pretty happy with it. The picture is very clear, sound is not a problem. Shipping is as usual very fast. Nothing to complain about!

Took over a month to receive as 1st one shipped was lost before it even started its journey. They put trace on a second item in order (which was received) and auto-closed. I found all this out after I waited the 7-10 days and called back to get update. They then shipped it which was received fine a couple days later. Even though mistakes were made, their customer service was very good. Now to the the TV... We've had it for a week or so now. The TV works very well: The picture is quite sharp and bright although not great for off-angle viewing. The tuner did great on analog cable and digital channels. The analog channels are stretched by default but can be adjusted easily with the remote's aspect button. The sound is not great from the built in speakers, which is only reason I gave performance a 4 - I've never seen a small computer monitor with great sound either. The HDMI and composite channels also worked as expected. We are not using the computer VGA input.

I ordered this TV as a gift for Christmas in early December. When I received it, I took it out of the box to make sure it works. It was fine. Wrapped and put under tree. On Christmas Eve morning, my stepson opened his gift, hooked it up only to find that it was completely dead. I called Viewsonic and they had no fix. I then boxed it back up and sent back. Had to go out on Christmas Eve to buy replacement. Very dissappointed!

Sound is really weird. You try to adjust it. It has 3 preset sounds and 2 of those sound the same. Adjusting manually doesn't seem to help much. The other one is more muffled. Sounds better when we added speakers. Visually, the TV is clear and very very nice. Graphics are very nice HD quality. The style is also very nice. Good price for HD 1080p quality.

Viewsonic is the best monitor on the planet. This is our first Viewsonic TV and it as good as anticipated. I have connected it to use as both a monitor and a TV in the bedroom. The only thing that would have been nice is to have a DVI connector on the TV. It only has VGA and HDMI.

I use this only for TV watching with cable, sat, and DVD use, along with outputs to external sound system. Lot's of inputs. Great picture. So happy with it that I bought another unit for my shop.

This is a great monitor. I'm using it set at 1680 x 1050 resolution and the picture is perfect. The high adjustment is good and it swivels and tilts to any position you want. As a professional photographer I would recommend this monitor as very good for retouching photo images.

Fast shipping from TigerDirect. The TV tuner works great on both Analog and Digital. Watched few Blu ray movies from PC and the picture looks great. I am running Sli 2X EVGA 8800GT with max resolution 1080p, 1920X1080. Didn't test the HDMI yet (odering DVI to HDMI cable next week). Great product from Viewsonic.

I received this product in a timely manner, and had purchased this for my daughter as a Christmas gift, To my dismay, after she opened it and tried to hook it up, it did not work! It would only turn on, but would not load any of the channels. I called the Viewsonic company and described the problem to them,and they said it was defective(they blamed it on UPS, saying it was probably damaged in transit)At least Tigerdirect, let me return the tv, and get my money back, and i did not have to pay the shipping.

Got TV very quickly two weeks before Christmas. Tested and set up on Dish. Great Picture. Reboxed it and set up on Christmas eve for 10 yr old daughter. Boot-loop same as other posters. Birds, reboot, Birds, reboot. Same deal with viewsonic customer service. Told to return to TD and order another for quick replace... Better work this time. Waiting to see if TD will refund shipping on return and resend.
