XCLIO GOODPOWER 500W 500W Power Supply

Economical, at ฽ this is a good deal, it does have the two 6pin energy connecters necessary for a couple cards in crossfire, but I'm not positive the 500W would energy that along with the rest of my method. Based on a number of other testimonials of this power provide going out at about a year, I'm a small worried. I'm eventually going to do a far more beastly crossfire circumstance, so I assume I'll be replacing this energy supply shortly. I hold upgrading my process and I want a new power supply with virtually each and every new piece I set up but this unit just won't give me an excuse also. Now it's running a Q6600, three x hard drives, 4GB RAM, GTX 260 core 214 and far more. I overclock the heck out of anything and run the machine tricky each and every day, all day, with every new game that comes out. The Goodpower does its job quietly and with no complaint. Sometimes I wish it would mess up simply because it's the oldest item in my machine but with this kind of overall performance and loyalty I have to stand by it. For me, it is a magic black box and when I do ultimately upgrade I will be going with Xclio once more. It never ever skips a beat so I can't get some new, cool PSU with a quadruple rated energy output. Only evaluation I've ever posted on NewEgg (I consider.) The most boring piece of hardware in my machine is also the ideal piece of hardware in my machine.

Looks incredibly great, tons of cables, decent price tag for quantity of wattage. Laptop or computer ran beautifully for a year or so till I installed this PS and started finding the Random freezing challenge. Even if no processes were running or if my comp was idling it would freeze up. I switched this 500w PS out with an old 300W PS and the issue immediately stopped. Can't discover any consumer support anywhere to maybe get a refund or exchange.

This psu worked good for me for about a year. Than died. The xclio client service is quite poor. They supply no telephone number and when I e mail them I am returned with this discover "Your message could not be delivered. The User is out of space. Please try to send your message again at a later time."that's occurred 5 instances so far. I will under no circumstances purchase from this manufacturer again. if you only plan on utilizing it for a year - go for it!

Price. All the connectors you will ever will need. Reliability. Quiet. Uncomplicated install. Stays cool even after staying on for a week. In no way had a hitch and I don't count on a single. I'll be getting from XClio once more when it's time to upgrade. I can not consider of a single con from the day I opened the box. According to the Newegg wattage calculator, my power desires are 430w. Been that way for a although now. If you're not going SLI or CrossFire, this PSU will do it for you. The truth that this PSU is "SLI-approved" is actually only for the lower-end SLI models from GeForce 7 series.

this power supply is great for the income it gives good dependable energy so far newegg says that this energy supplie has two PCIe energy connectors this power supplie has just a single but coms with a converter for the second one. wich i purchased this PSU becaues it has crossfire help wich implys it has two built in but that is not the situation so that is wy 4 eggs instead of 5 my program amd athlon X2 4600,4GB of ddr2 800 radeon 3850 512mb 250GB HDD and a gigabyte MA790FX-DS5

Great 500W PSU, Worked for what it was meant to do. Was to replace 1 that failed following 3 years. Started out to have negative voltage fluxes immediately after a few days of running my comp and had to RMA. I blame these sort of factors on the fact things get made to rapidly.

Even though it worked, worked excellent.A lot of cables signifies everything functions.Fit into my tower well. Purchased in 1ቷ񳏊, and is dead. Didn't place the PSU into a power house machine so not confident what gave out on it. For the price tag I expected a lot more out of it. Right after unhappy incidents with other Xclio merchandise, I will not be creating far more purchases with them.

Assistance is terrible.Emailed assistance two days ago - no reply.No telephone # on their internet site, and when you attempt to hit the english-component of their help on their website it doesn't perform.What the f? (Gave five stars so I wouldn't give a three-star and 1-star.... it evened it out imho).In this evaluation just evaluating their assistance which is pretty terrible.two days into my e mail, no reply, and no way of reaching them.This is virtually as terrible as Flagship studios' assistance where they have NO phone number and they don't reply to any of your inquiries... Virtually.

Worked for a year, Decent Price tag Broke Down following a year This worked wonderful in my rig for one particular year. Nonetheless, currently I upgraded my cpu from an E4300 to a Q6600 and the computer won't Post. If I unplug the 12v rail it will post but shut off after a handful of seconds. I have a 550 watt power provide in my other rig took it out and plugged it in, everything works fine. I plugged this power supply in the other rig and it doesn't Post - so it need to be the power provide. It was fantastic although it lasted unfortunately it didn't final too lengthy.

Whisper quiet. Solid Construction. Plenty of connectors SATA and Molex to power your drives. It even has a floppy connector for those of you who can't let go of the past!! Istallation was simple. four screws plug in the cables. The directions clearly describe all the connectors and exactly where the go (lots of pictures) A great bu!!! overkill on the molex connectors for my method.....perhaps some one particular nevertheless has some drives that require it???

I bought this energy provide for a spending budget rig about a year ago and it performed extremely nicely. I employed it to energy an Intel e5200 and a 4850 usually with a medium more than clock of about three.25 from 2.5 stock. I'm fairly certain mine just failed. i was undertaking some overclocking got to three.five just fine going about 1.38 volts but when i bumped the voltage up over 1.4 i just got nothing. At first i thought oh no i just blew my CPU up. But when i attempted turning my laptop back on immediately after a vicious cycle of restarts with no display but all the fans and hdds started i remembered my friend had the exact same dilemma all the fans and stuff but absolutely nothing happened he required a new psu. But now when i try and energy up totally absolutely nothing takes place so I'm pretty sure its the power supply not the processor. but if your searching for a good affordable energy provide i would still suggest it. As long as your not stressing it like crazy for a year straight it should work just fine. O yea and I'm sort of glad I'm acquiring a new power supply since i hate stuffing that large wiring harness any were I can locate it looks like cr@p.
