I bought this card in November and I couldn't be happier! Max settings at 1440x900 I get around 120FPS in TF2 & 90 in L4D.

Still one of the greatest cards out there!
Comment:
The greatest feature is that it doesn't require plugging in a PCI-E power cable.

Beastly powerhouse
Comment:
THIS is a video card. I was able to play Crysis, Farcry2 and all my other games at max specs excellently, with one card. Wish i had the money to get a second card and a few more monitors to test this card to its limits but I would definitely recommend this card to anyone i know and anyone I don't.

Good Card

This is a replacement for an older 7900GT that got fried. Runs WoW great. The picture and description are not quite accurate. The card I received does not have the 6pin power connector, looks identical otherwise.

AWESOME CARD
Comment:
For the money, this card is perfect. I can play Crysis on Medium to Medium High Settings combined with a C2D E8400 and 4GB RAM. Pretty sweet card if you're on a budget. I wish my PSU had a 6pin connector though, not sure if the supplied 4pin-6pin connector is performance draining or not. Other than that, I love it! Plus a lifetime warranty from XFX, which is a sweet company I might add and excellent customer service.

Great package
Comment:
For the price I cant complain about this card. 4G RAM and Core2Quad 9450 allows for Crysis on Max settings. NO OC! Seems to work fine with Windows 7 even using Vista drivers.

Well worth $100!
Comment:
this has to be the best video card you can get for $100, it has improved since i bought my first one in september, now it has a copper heatsink and some of the electronics on it look different. it runs great i play call of duty 4 on 1024x768 resolution and i have 2 of these cards on a bridged setup, and they fly! it's great!

Performance at a great price
Comment:
I bought one of these and was instantly amazed. I am able to play Crysis (1024 x 768 since I am still using a 17" CRT)in XP Pro on all high settings, with the DX10 hack with no lag. Fan noise is somewhat loud when fan is above 50%, as I have either speakers real loud or headset on when gaming, it doesn't bother me. I bought another one of these cards, but i am waiting on my SLI bridge to get here to hook it up. I CAN'T WAIT!!!

Great card for the money!
Comment:
I've had mine for about 5 months now, and with the lifetime warranty... I have it maxed out in every game i play. Video Card is by far the loudest i've ever had, however, you cannot hear it over headset/speakers. So, pretty quiet. I'm considering buying another and linking them!

killer card. i got it to replace a slower, outdated card i put in an AMD quad-core system used specifically as an HTPC. this card makes live TV in VMC move absolutely seamless, as well as smooth DVD play back. it is VERY true that is runs HOT. but i have enuff air going thru my system to hopefully keep it from melting down. I also use nVidia nTune the adjust the fan speed to help keep it cool as well, but it makes it run loud. anyways, it is a good buy.

Awesome Card

I bought this card for my bro's computer, wish i had bought one for my own now. This card is so much better than the radeon 4830 that i have. Much nicer looking coloring and better fps. I've have no trouble at all with overheating. As long as you have good ventalation in your computer your card should be fine.

XFX GF 9800GT 2xSLI + XFX Mobo
Comment:
I'm a committed XFX customer, having built my current gaming rig w/ an XFX 680i motherboard and with two identical video cards in an SLI configuration. Great performance with all visual features - AA, AF, and view distance - maxed out and my monitor at native resolution (1360x768). At this point, the bottlenecks are the dual-core CPU (I may get a quad-core) and the games themselves - only a few run in native x64 mode. FYI, I do not overclock (yet) since I want to preserve the hardware.

Great Card, this is the second one I've bought
Comment:
Bought the first one for my wife's computer, photographer. She uses lots of pro editing software and this card is fast. The second one I needed to support 2 monitors (engineering). The card is great, easy to set up and FAST. I haven't tried it on games, yet, but the professional response is better than I expected.

Great Video Card!
Comment:
This is a great video card and is very easy to install. It worked great right off the bat. The only thing that I can say is that you have to have the correct power supply with the correct connectors. We had to get a new power supply and got a great deal here so now it works better than ever! We probably needed the power supply anyways! Tech support from Tiger Direct helped with that and they were great too!

Decent, for the price
Comment:
As has been stated by other reviewers, the heatsink and fan attached to this card are a joke. When I first put it in and ran Far Cry 2, I could barely make it into actual gameplay without my computer crashing, due to the card overheating. I added 3 extra case fans and replaced my cpu fan and heatsink and this thing still goes into the 60 C area when I play games. Tech support said that's normal, but I disagree. It's not bad for the price, but the BFG counterpart is probably a better card, simply due to heat issues. It does run Far Cry and Crysis and others on relatively high settings with good results, the heating is a serious issue though.

I installed this videocard just over two weeks ago, and I am extremely impressed. I upgraded from an 8500gt, and the increase in performance is hard to believe. I am playing Empire: Total War on "high," and it looks like a freaking movie! You can see the all the detail in the soldiers faces, uiforms and weapons. Incredible! I am so glad I made this purchase.

Works Great!
Comment:
I got the card, because they didn't have the one I wanted. Ended up giving me a deal on it, Tiger Direct Rocks. Card Runs Great, I monitor the temperature, and it idles at about 37c during regular activity and around 40c when gaming. Seems like a great card so far. Quiet, wish it came with all the cords for like HDTV and stuff.
