XFX GeForce 9800 GT PVT98GYDLH Video Card
Comment:
This card is awesome! Not only are the graphics incredible but the price cannot be beat. I run my card below the reccomeneded power supply requirements and it still works fine(need to increase to a 550 WATT) It's miles ahead of the X1300 Radeon card I previously used. The only drawbacks are the size(it's huge), the cards a bit noisy when it runs, and it doubles the system start up time. If you by this card you should be able to run any game on the market.

XFX GeForce 9800 GT PVT98GYDLH Video Card
Cons:Really noisy if fan is at 100%

Pros:Superb bang for buck, single slot, dual dvi's + s-video, usually has game bundle (i got it with Far Cry 2, seen other people commenting that had COD4 with it), lots of headroom for overclocking, can somewhat closely keep up with higher end cards that cost waaaay more.
Comment:
I seriously think this card is the best bang for buck out there for GeForce.I got it during boxing day special with Far Cry 2 included for $159 with $30MIR. I was gonna buy it anyway, even if it would've been around $200.It is easily overclockable, lots of headroom. I got it to around 735/1070 with rivatuner and i could probably go higher but i just like to keep it safe.It is kinda noisy if you keep the fan on at 100% all the time tho. I leave it on auto control and it seems to run at around 40% at any given time and keeps the card at around 50degrees or so while idling.I've finally been able to play GTA4 with some "decent" graphics. My rig consists of an Athlon64 X2 dual core 5000+ on windows XP with 2gb of OCZ 800mhz ram. So it looks kinda ok now. Can't wait to try Far Cry 2 and some of my other games in high graphic details. All around, i'd suggest it to anybody willing to spend close to $200 (or less if it's on sale) for a graphics card.

XFX GeForce 9800 GT PVT98GYDLH Video Card
Comment:
I have two of these and are same, thier performance is a little slower than an 8800gtxxx 65nm version, they run way hot, 8 to 10 degrees more than 65nm version! 55nm doesnt run cooler like is said. and clocking them up to xxx clocks works but still runs a little slower than 8800gtxxx 65nm, and they draw 20 more watts, at least mine do than 8800gtxxx. example COH test for 8800gtxxx 65nm stock speed is 86fps average and the 9800gt clocked to 670 is 78-82 fps and runs 8 degrees hotter!

XFX GeForce 9800 GT PVT98GYDLH Video Card
Cons:Not many, gpu cooler is the same one as XFX had on the 8800GS which is noisy.

Pros:Performance for Price...ExcellentVery Strong Performing Card. I have an 8800GS to compare it to, the 9800GT cleans up a lot of the graphics nicely in COD World at War.
Comment:
It came with Call of Duty 4 full version. I replaced the gpu heatsink with Accelero S1 heatpipe heatsink which I like but now cant close my case properly, will change cases to compensate. The best video card / game bundle I have bought to date.

XFX GeForce 9800 GT PVT98GYDLH Video Card
Comment:
Well this graphics card is awesome yes. Best graphics card out there for the price if you plan on playing the games out today, like: CoD 4, CoD WaW, Red Alert 3, Age of Conan, FarCry 2. I get all of these games on on Max. The gaphic's card does seem to run hot, but that is on stock fan speeds which typically seem to run pretty low and I just use my overclocker to adjust the settings for the clock speeds on the shader, memory, and core. And I set the fan speed up just so that it can stay cooler, typically 20 degrees cooler. Other than that, if your system is well cooled enough this card can still make a low budget overclocking card that'll run any game on Max (excluding Crysis, I'm still running tests with it and I only get around 30fps with the clock settings at a 25% increase). Other than that, it is the best card out there, no need to buy the $200+ cards to get that little tweak of better performance.

Been running this for about a month or 2. Awesome performance on the Geforce 8200 mobo, AMD Dual Core 4600+, w/ 8gb of dual channel ram @ 800mhz. I get around 120fps or so on COD4. About to get another and run in SLI. Highly recommended, Tiger Direct delivered earlier then expected through UPS Ground.

Cons:none for now

Pros:very nice product for price

I bought this product around 130$ with 30$ of mailinrebate (so 100$)This is a great graphic card. really powerfull. I play a lot of games and i did not lag yet even the graphics at maximum.I strongly suggest that you use this graphic card in sli. If you can buy it for 100$ like me, then for 200$, you would have an unbelievable computer.I give 5 stars for the quality/price i paid.

XFX GeForce 9800 GT PVT98GYDLH Video Card
Comment:
It came a day earlier than i was expecting which was awesome. its also awesome that i can play Crysis on High/Very High! I upgraded from an 8500gt, which was ok for some games but just not cutting it when it came to newer games. its very nice looking in my case although can get a bit noisy when playing more graphically demanding games like crysis, but its nothing to get stressed out about. i would recommend a decent PSU if you dont already have one, atleast a 500w. other than that its just an awesome card. BUY THIS.

I ordered the card on Saturday and it was on my doorstep Wednesday. Had to upgrade my power supply for this card, but I was planning on a new one anyways. The card I had was a GeForce 7300LE and what a difference. As far as performance, on WoW I have all my settings maxed something I have never been able to attempt until now. The game runs beautifully and I'm really happy I pulled the trigger on this card. It does run a bit warm, but hey it's well within it's limits. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great card without breaking the bank. Thanks TigerDirect!

I just got this card the other day b/c it was a steal of a deal and picked up a Ultra LSP 650w PSU The new one. I got it all for less than 170 bucks. You can't get any better for the money anywhere. I looked at every place, an TigerDirect.com had them all hands down! I also got COD4 FREE with it.

I just got this card yesterday, and all I can say is wow. I had a 8500 gt, and what a change. As soon as SLI supports dual monitors I am going to pick another one of these cards up right away. I guess one thing I need to do is get some more air running through my case. Thanks again Tiger direct, you provide great service.

Bought this card for a new system build. Running card on a EVGA 680i sli mobo. I am running EVGA precision to O.C. @ 670core, 1675shader, 950mhz mem. Cpu= E6550 o.c. @ 3.26ghz. 4gb OCZ sli 800mhz ram (o.c. @ 930mhz Linked/sync). 3dmark06 score of 12404. Card is great for the price thinking of adding another card in sli to really boost my 3dmark06 score. Playing Crysis @ 32 fps on avg pk @ 64fps on high settings with no problems. If you cant afford a $250-$500 for a 200 series than this will do everything you need.

I know that a 5 out of 5 is difficult to take. When I upgraded my system last I bought the xfx 750a motherboard with a Phenom 9550 and the Evga 9600GT video card. All went together fine. Then I installed the Physx driver and that card failed. So I ordered this one. I like to play COD 4 and this card came with the game so I figured it'd work. And HOW IT DOES now I only have a 17 inch monitor so its not set to the highest setting but they are high for me. I am running a thermaltake TR-430 power supply and it works fine. An odd thing though is when I run the card hard in a game and then shut down the computer my keyboard lights up the CAPS Lock lite. Not sure if its the motherboard or the video card causing this?Great card though, highly recommend it. IT flies! Thanks Tigerdirect!!
