AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
Cons:lacks L3 cache, otherwise none
Pros:quick processor, 45n technology, cheap price Comment:
I bought this today and put it in. I didn't edge up the overclock on it but took some numbers I thought I'd try and wow instant 3.458 Ghz overclock. Haven't tried higher yet...I have a sense of ease in this overclock and that it can go way higher...but hey 3.458 is a real decent overclock at stock volts.I will try more later. |

Unlocked L3 Cache!
Comment:
they say the propus core was built without L3 cache, according to mine it is the propus core and ACC unlocked 6 MB L3 cache. Could it be a Deneb with a changed label? That im not sure of, but what i do know is ive always preferred amd and hopefully they keep providing quality for price like this. And when somthing new comes to outperform athlon and phenom we can only hope they use AM3 sockets!! |

AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
Cons:None, it is what it is "a budget quad"
Pros:AMD valueQuadOC's decently Comment:
Awesome price for the speed and multitasking capabilities. I under volted this 620 and it doesn't get hotter than 42c under load using the stock heatsink, being OC'd to 3ghz and remaining stable. Highly recommended for a budget quad build. |

I bought this as a combo with the ASUS M4A785-M motherboard. Works great with my 4gb DDR2 1066MHz RAM. I've used it for a few days with XP Pro 32bit and for about a month with Windows 7 64bit. Blazing fast! |

I bought this to upgrade from a athlon XP 3500 and it works well with the ASUS M4A785-M motherboard combo it came with. I used 4 GB DDR2 800 mhz memory and it works well with both WIN 7 64 bit OS and XP Home 32 bit OS. |

Great Processor
Comment:
What more can be said, where can you get a quad core for this price?? All the great features of the leading edge AMD processors, but much less in the price. Benchmarks put this processors very close to even more expensive AMD chips. A comparable Phenom 2, is only a little faster than this chip. Check out the benchmarks!! |

AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
Cons:Not Black EditionCheap OEM Heatsink / fan
Pros:Quad Core for 100$ Comment:
I changed my AMD Athlon X2 5000+ 2600Mhz (13x200Mhz) x 3000Mhz (16x200Mhz). Altough this CPU is "only" 2.6Ghzm, the quad core beats my old 2 cores CPU. Great performance gain, Now GTA4 is finally playable x 1680x1050 with my 9800GT. Before the 2 cores where nearly at 100% Cpu usage when I played, now it stays much lower. Multitasking made even better. |

Good CPU for the price
Comment:
I think its a good CPU for the price. It seems to perform well. My first one arrived DOA but everything was handled well and the replacement is working fine and it even comes with a fan. |
i overclocked this to 3.5Ghz each core i got this to replace single core and it works very very well im using windows 7 64bit the cpu usage never goes above 34% and its usually 0%-3% when at desktop on chat programs
