Sweet mother of sales!
Comment:
Funny lil chip, will OC to 3.2ghz on stock voltage with reasonable load temps 42C, perfectly stable on my crappy foxconn a7da-s 3.0 AM3 mobo. I have seen 3.5 to 3.8 on better mobos. Got it on sale for $50!! so the price performance ratio is insane...even at $100 Probably new AMD budget gaming king. Not so good for crysis if you wan't to run max settings thought, need phenom 720 power for that.
Great

Purchased this along with a Gigabyte AM3 785G DDR3 motherboard and some Crucial DDR3-1333 RAM for a new budget build. Installed and system booted up first try. No issues with it so far. Great quad-core CPU at a really great price.

AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
Cons:-None

Pros:-Cheap Entry To Quad Core-Backwords Compatable with AM2/AM2+-Low Cost
Comment:
This is a great product for me because it is a cheap entry into the quad core rigs. Most of the customers I have don't really need anything super fast but would like to run multiple apps without slowdowns.

AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
Cons:-no l3 cache-not a monster phenom II

Pros:-Cheapest quad core-Compatible with am2+ motherboards
Comment:
Upgraded from a athlon x2 5000+ to this, the performance increases is not so significant but I do see that my computer is more responsive. Cheapest quad core cpu iv seen on the market so far and it's compatible with my Asus m3a78 pro after a quick bios update. The temperature is decent it runs stable at 2.76Ghz.

AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
Cons:small cache

Pros:Low temps, overclocking headroom
Comment:
This is an excellent budget chip. I picked this up for a new build and I have to say it is far more then I expected. Quad core for under $150.00...?? that is crazy. Now that is not to say that this is going to be beating the $400.00 chips out there but this is more then enough to run anything you want. HIGHLY recomended

Awesome!

A new processor on the market, 4 cores for $99! Put this in my build with an asus mobo. Windows xp see's all 4 cores and uses all 4 cores. Had several apps open at the same time and processor usage only showed 15 percent, and that was at stock speed. Currently am running overclocked at 3ghz, running stable and nice and cool. Stock fan that comes with this provides plenty of cooling, quiet fan too. No need for aftermarket fan for me.

AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
Cons:Unless it dies (unlikely) suddenly, then none. The only difference (VS a PH2) I have noticed was somewhat slower performance under Virtual Windows XP in Win7,otherthen that.....none

Pros:Exceptional ValueEasily Over clocked (CPU 3.5-3.6ghz |NBghz-2.7 for 24/7-365)Using DFI JR 790gx M2RS (DDR2,mATX)Runs very cool (about 15c cooler then Ph2 955 -at full load)DDR2/DDR3 support
Comment:
I've been waiting for these to come out,the only questionwas whether it's a "Propus" based or "Deneb" in otherwords is there an L3 waiting to be unlocked. The production date was 093x - that tells me it's a"Propus",which is fine.In fact guy at the store said"(about the production dates) "There are all the same"so don't get your hopes up.It plays fine in Arma2 btw, will beat any dual core in thisgame - guarantied.

AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
Cons:only 2MB shared cache memory

Pros:It is quad core and speed at 2.6GHz
Comment:
If this CPU has 4MB cache memory, it would be great. I installed it on the Asus M3A78-VM, stable but feel not faster than Intel Q8200. Intel Q8200 and AMD 620 both are entry level Quad Core processor but AMD 620 has much better value and save your money.

AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
Cons:No L3 cache. Non other that I can think of considering the time I've had with it.

Pros:Cheap, Overclocks fairly well. 20% is as far as I can push it so far(245 x 13). 3.18GHz. Huge improvement in ProTools over the Athlon x2 7750 BBE n3.2GHz.
Comment:
I've seen a review at Tweak Town where they were able to get it up to 3.9GHz! That would be impressive. Still this cpu was able to beat out a Phenom II Triple core and several Phenom Quad cores and even a Phenom II quad at 2.6(according to Sisoft Sanra). This was at my overclocked settings of course.Runs "The Last Remnant" very smoothly with very short load times. 3Dmark03 ran frame rates up to and above 105 but as low as 30fps. Both in the standard benchmark. Final score was around 9300. Not great but passable for a non gaming home desktop. Passmark gave a rating of 1720. Also pretty good. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase. A very good upgrade for my system at a very acceptable price. If budget is a concern, this is highly recommended even for a base gaming system. AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
Cons:No L3 cache if you game

Pros:Price, cheap 4 cores cpu
Comment:
I bought this because I am not a gamer and I know L3 cache don't matter much with the software I am using....Ripbot264, this cpu beats (slightly) my friend's Q6600 at stock when encoding MKV files with above software.Best bang for the buck if you pair it with Gigabyte MA770-UD3 and DDR2 or MSI 770-C45 with DDR3.Nonetheless, if you game and most of your software does not take advantage of the extra two threads, the Phenom II X2 545/550 may be a better choice since they are similiar in price and L3 cache do play a part with games.I am very satisfy with this cpuUpdate...I decided to try overclocking with this cpu, set FSB to 250mhz and NB link to 8x, my memory can handle 1Ghz (500mhz) so no change there.default voltage ie 1.4v, primed overnight without error...btw I use a Scythe Samurai Zz Cooler instead of stock cooler and the loaded temp with this overclock is 51c This review was modfied by poster i 09-27-09 07:11 AMUpdate, moved my gear to a Themaltake Element T case and my full load temp dropped to 42c, ready to push higher soon.
