ASUS Rampage III Formula ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons: Can be picky about RAM. Atrocious (ugly and bloated) included software (TurboV EVO).

Pros: Great layout. Voltage reading points and on-board button (nice when you are using it outside of your computer case). Dual BIOS is nice when overclocking or when BIOS update  goes wrong. On-board Intel NIC. On-board led provide helpful hints in case something is amiss. Asus also offers an "Advanced Replacement RMA" program for this board (and most other ROG board).
Comment:
Great board, and fairly easy to overclock, and feature-packed. If you do not overclock, or simply want a board for everyday use, this is overkill. Also, it would be nice if ASUS would provide a simple and elegant overclocking software like EVGA does instead of the atrocious Turbo V EVO.

ASUS Rampage III Formula ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons: Bent pin from factory

Pros: Lots of features, bet it runs well
Comment:
I was ecstatic to get this board home and set it up.Pulling off the LGA cover I see something I have NEVER seen before. There is a bent pin fresh from the factory in the LGA.I promptly return it to NCIX who tell me they don't accept anything with physical damage back.I called ASUS as they instructed me and after 3 days of no response I demanded to speak to a manager who then informed me that they basically don't care if I continue to be a customer or not and they will not repair the board unless I pay $150.I then notice that on top of NCIX not helping me, Memory Express has it cheaper, I will be doing my shopping there from now on, and never leaving a store without first making them check the motherboard.

ASUS Rampage III Formula ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons: Only 1 didn't come with the big Case Sticker the other models come with.

Pros: - Color Scheme- Versatile- USB 3- come with more stuff in the box them most boards.
Comment:
This board is Awesome! I got it on a price mach for $270. At that price it was a super deal. the color scheme is the nicest I have seen. I have opened a lot of motherboard boxes in my day (I'm a computer Tech) and when you open this it's like opening a super high end item that only rich people buy! lol

ASUS Rampage III Formula ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons: The I/O back plate took me a while to get on to my case, the fit was a bit off. Not sure if it was the board, or something I did wrong, but I managed to completely fry the power button and the LED lights on my case. Huge puff of smoke and it was gone. Now I have to turn on my computer using the on board power button. (This is probably my fifth time building a PC and I've never had that happen before.)

Pros: Beautiful packaging, plenty of SATA cables and all sorts of cables you'll need (and not need). Extreme Tweaker very easy to use, got a stable clock at 4Ghz in two tries. BIOS boot has a sexy animated Republic of Gamers logo. Board layout is great, nothing gets in the way of anything. On board START and Reset buttons in very convenient location. Tons of on board connections for fans.
Comment:
