I used this power supply for about a year with my basic core i7 system msi x58 pro-e and 9800gt video card with no problemsbut when I then added a water cooling pump my video card died....I then tried a second video card and it died as well.I found out the hard way underpowering your video card will kill it. Now I got a cooler master quiet 1000w power supply and everything is running great.

I bought the 650W Earthwatts PSU to replace a 380W Earthwatts PSU in one of my AMD machines. This machine was getting significantly upgraded so the 380W PSU was started to run near its max power which made the fan noisy.The 650W Earthwatts is a fantastic PSU. According to Everest, the voltage lines are as stable as those on my Seasonic M12D! I've put this 650W to use to power a Phenom 940 n 3.4GHz, Gigabyte MA78GM-US2H mobo, 4GB DDR2-1066 RAM, 2 7200rpm drives, X-Fi Titanium sound card, D-Link 802.11n card and Radeon 4670. The PSU is dead silent regardless of load!

Installed this on Gigabyte P55A-UD3 mobo and Coolermaster CM 690 II Advanced ATX, . No problems with installation but I would have preferred that it were modular since I had a ton of cabling left over. However, in terms of performance and price, it is well worth it.

This is a cheap reliable power supply. If you are planning to run a crossfire setup for something like HD 5770's, this will easily be enough. It can run any single video card on the market (except the GTX 480)

I have no complaint for this. It was a great deal because its 80 plus energy efficient and its 650 w. for only $60.it would be very nice if there's a little less wire OR make it modular. The design is kinda plain but its ok. Just hope its reliable and last a long while.

Great psu, I got it about year and a bit ago, running fantastic, was cheap powers my AMD 965 rig no problems at all. Lots of power connectors. Solid clean power.

This is a reliable Power Supply Unit at a great price.I've bought at least 4 of these in the last year and they all work great.I've checked the rails with a PSU Tester and the rails are accurate.These PSU's are well priced,reliable alternative to questionable stock Power Supply's that come stock with PC cases.

I was recommended to buy this by a friend because of it's continuous power output, rather than having a PSU with a peaking output. Has done nothing but great things.

It is a good power source. Very silent and quite small for the cabilities.I was surpised bdeause it has only 2 PCI-E povwe adaptors. I have purcahed a RADEON 4890 which requires two power supplies (one for the board and one for the fan I guess). So if I want to go SLI no can do with this one. Besides that no complains.

got it for nearly 50% off on boxing day. what a steal! its 80plus so its pretty efficient. don't hear it over the other fans in the case and i only have a few fans in total (including fans on cpu and graphics card). Its nice. Very nice buy for the price

Excellent PSU, I bought one of those for a low activity PC and I couldnt of asked for better. Got it for a low price as well. Only problem i had with this is fitting it in my case.. but thats a case problem.Excellent buy.

I am a huge Antec fan, I have purchased dozens over the years for various builds of my own and for friends, they have never let me down. Very efficient units and they are quieter then my low speed system fans. Powers a mid-high range gaming platform without any trouble.

It does the job, no issues so far with this power supply. Mine is currently powering gtx260, e8400, 8gb of ram, 4 fans, ocz heatsink, dvd drive, fan controller, etc... temp on outer case of power supply is about 25C(ambient is 23).

Antec power supplies are rated on continuous power.Bought for 69.99$, but cheapest than corsair 650w. Not MIR. Good item, will purchase again , but heard it must RMA after a while XD

Currently using the ea650 powering my i7 920, 3x2gb, ex58-ud3r mobo, ati radeon hd 4890 just fine. If you need more power, get the ea750 NEW true power (make sure it is the NEW line). If I plan to run cross fire or SLI I will consider the higher psu but for now, it is powering my system just fine. I purchased this psu from jonnyguru's review recommendation.

I used this for an i7 build with a WD 1TB drive and GTX 260 video card. It is quiet and efficient and just does the job required of it. I have no hesitation in recommending this PS for a simple system such as mine, although I suspect that I am far from pushing it to its limits.

J'ai acheté ce power supply pour monter une machine de gamer moyenne gamme. Ce bloc alimente un Phenom II X3 BE 720 et une EVGA GTX 260 SC et il n'est même pas charger à 40% lorsque que le système est pleine charge. Une bonne réserve de puissance pour des upgrades futures.

I purchased this PS to replace my old PS which very loud.this one not only very quiet( quiet i mean even i put my ear on it, i have barely heard the sound), but also lots of connector. I have 3 HD, 1 DVD, 1 BD driver. I7920+9800gt, totally no problem at all.not mention only $79 when i bought it.

I used the Earthwatts 500W for a few years and decided to grab a 650W when I upgraded my video card from a 8800GT to a 275 GTX. Works like a charm, voltages are steady and I'm sure like the 500W model, this will last me as long as I need.

The brand is trusted and well respected. Im running a i7-920 and a GTX260, 5 drives and no problems. The wiring inside is a giant mess and i believe it does have a significant impact on cooling. If you are one of those people whos ADD about their cabling and internals you may not love this supply.
