None I ordered two pair of the identical memories. When I install both pair of memories, I kept on finding BSOD on Window 7. I am employing Window 7 64 Bits. Soon after I took out the memories, I noticed that I received two various versions of same memories. A single pair is Version two.three and the other is Version 7.1. Memory work if I only use each stick of very same version. Manufacturer Response:Your issue is a limitation of the motherboard and/or the memory controller, not of the memory. We recommened obtaining our prematched 4 module kits to steer clear of concerns like this.

Low latency and high-speed for the price. No issues and continues to run stable even right after over-clock. Have 8 gigs of this installed and haven't run into a single situation. Runs rock solid at 1600MHz with 8-8-8-20-41 1T timings and 1.55 V with my ASUS M4A87TD EVO motherboard. The specified setting of 1.65 V would entirely lock up memtest. I eventually discovered that undervolting to 1.55 V was the only way to solve this problem. Since the overall performance was not impacted and given that I was even in a position to lower the latencies below spec, I didn't deem it worth knocking off an egg. If you're running an ASUS board similar to mine you may have to undervolt for the memory to be stable. At any rate, I'm really pleased with the performance and am thinking of purchasing a lot more of this or Corsair's 8 GB dual channel kit.

Cons:None.

Pros:Stable, solid RAM.

Bought this since it was listed as approved memory for the ASUS F1A75-I Deluxe motherboard. Haven't tested the board with other RAM, so I can't really say if this is specially suited for the board.

Memory Functions No rebate - I always document my rebates so I know specifically when I send them out. Corsair says it took 3 weeks to get there and based on that they denied my claim. No way did it take 3 weeks to get there. If a organization lies about something like this then they are most probably deceptive about other factors which includes their merchandise. I will not be buying Corsair merchandise in the future.

Worked wonderful on all recent builds No vanity stickers in the box Bought many pairs of these for individual and customer builds. I have no notion why they advertise these modules as "Intel Unlocked" as they function fine in AMD systems too. Due to the fact I do method builds as a side hobby it's my choice to create exclusively with AMD processors and Asus boards. I built 3 identical systems with AMD 955's and Asus M4A79 boards. All function wonderful. The initial develop was for my private workstation. It runs Adobe PS and LR just fine. With no latency that I can attribute to the hardware bogging down the renders. A different create was for a tough core gamer. He OC'd his system and nonetheless raves about the efficiency of it. Bottom line...for the most component, memory is memory. As long as it operates life is very good.

Affordable compared to a year ago. Reputable in my Asus ASUS M4A79T Deluxe. I have a ASUS M4A79T Deluxe which, prior to this obtain, had a pair of v9.1 that I could overclock to 1600mhz. The set Newegg sent me was ver two.1. When I initially installed it, the computer system wouldn't post. I removed the v9.1 memory, and it nonetheless wouldn't post. Soon after resetting the BIOS to AUTO pick the speed, v2.1 would finally POST at 667mhz 񡾵) the top rated non-overclocked rated speed of the motherboard. The performance difference on this machine was negligbable, but the not the posting concern for lessor techines would most likely be worrisome.

Functions like you expect RAM to operate. You plug it in and forget about it. This RAM is solid, runs cool and have not had any concerns. This is additional of a complaint about my MOBO than something but I had to play with my BIOS for this to function at 1600mhz. Defaulted to 1333. I have observed solid efficiency of this RAM on two systems. Personally, I run these on a ASUS P7P55D-E Pro motherboard with fantastic outcomes. Also, Corsair has delivered great consumer support. On the one occasion it was required, I went through the RMA method by way of the manufacturer. On the other hand, I can't list it as a con simply because it was completely painless and rather speedy. none Make positive to either allow XMP profile or set DRAM voltage to 1.65v by way of BIOS. These settings will absolutely contribute to stability.

ran good for a month and a day, died just following NewEggs return period long irrelevent form for rma from corsair challenging to diagnose as 1 stick was excellent the other one negative, so when they had been each installed it would do random shutdowns, no similarities in usage when it died, even often even though setting my bios it would die. Lastly tried each and every stick seperately and located that 1 would boot each time and run with no problems but with the other no boot at all Manufacturer Response:We have streamlined our RMA procedure as a lot as achievable whilst nevertheless collecting the required facts to correctly help you. Performs well once it's configured appropriately. But if you just the BIOS do its own thing it'll set it at 1.5V and 1333. Not the worst issue in the globe, but that's not what you paid for! Nevertheless, if you're slightly far better than n00b (a n00b with just enough understanding to be damaging like me :D), then you'll possibly adjust the memory frequency to 1600 and assume you're performed.and then freak out when your RAM begins corrupting almost everything and Prime65 keeps failing inside seconds of the initial test.***You have to modify the Voltage to 1.65*** as well if you alter the frequency to 1600. May well be far better for much less tech savvy users just to obtain the 1.5V version of the DDR3-1600 RAM. I know newegg has it for sale someplace right here.

Fast when operating. Nothing but problems on my M4A79XTD EVO AM3 mobo. I had to back the timings down to 1333 to stabilize but still have random reboots. I purchased 8GB but correct now I am operating on 1 stick ƒGB) simply because of frequent reboots.ASUS and Corsair brushed their hands clean saying that the pairing is unsupported. I'm positive this is a fantastic item if used with an i5 or i7 config.

Nothing that i can think of. Not even cost. For what i paid it was darn near no cost. I enjoy the Corsair name. Wonderful cost, Detected by M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 perfectly Causes Tough Freezing in technique. Did Memtest and 1 set bad of two sets, RMA'd. Got new set and system freezes all the time as an alternative of only when viewing Streaming media. Tested all other elements on other systems and they perform perfectly. I am miserable not getting in a position to use my program for additional than 30 minutes with out it Tough Freezing. (Yes this product is listed in my MB QVL)Utilizing XMP profile has created process a lot more unstable. New technique Construct, all solutions purchase by making use of QVL and can not get stable with or with no overclocking.Following testing each and every component in new technique the only a single I can not test in an additional process is the RAM and so I am stuck with RAM that I can not use. Will most likely never get RAM from Corsair once again. Manufacturer Response:It seems that you might be having some concerns tuning your BIOS. XMP is for Intel systems only and may well trigger issues if an user attempts to use Intel XMP validated settings on an AMD method.
