CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:None.
Pros:High Performance to Cost Ratio, Great Build Quality Comment:
I bought these for a new system because from everything I'd read, they have excellent performance for this price category (< $200), and this is certainly true.If you're looking to kit out a very high end system, it's probably best to go with the Dominator series, but for someone looking for a medium/high end system, they perform very well, and I would highly recommend them. |

Runs Great with my 790i Ultra SLI
Comment:
I've had alot of trouble getting my 790i ultra mobo up and going. My other ram was one of the big problems I had. Memtest deemed my other ram... problematic, so I had hoped this would fix it. I had a hard time finding compatable ram from the evga list and hoped this would do. Memtest came up good and I haven't had a freeze or bsod yet... though this isn't on the compatable ram list for 790i series mobos. |

CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:None.
Pros:Good Quality, Cool. Comment:
Decent and affordable Ram. If you are not crazy over dominators or whatever 8gb ram. This is definitely a good choice in terms of quality and cost. Bought it and will probably buy another set later when prices drop. |

CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:- Cannot overclock immediately like the Dominator series
Pros:- Fantastic price for fantastic ram.- Very reliable, it has the Corsair name on it!- Must overclock very gradually unlike the Dominator series Comment:
If you're looking for great backup RAM for a system, or just to use on a workstation, pick this one up! If you're going to be overclocking, look at Corsair's Dominator series. This review was modfied by poster @ 11-17-09 06:22 AM |

Pros:Works fine at stock clocks Comment:
Works fine as long as long as you keep the clock speeds at stock when overclocking your system otherwise you crash. Did not try to increase voltage yet. |
