They appear so excellent in the packaging i was practically afraid to touch them with my large clumsy fingers . Purchased two sets to put in old P35 machine, worked like a champ, was recognized correctly by the BIOS. Cas five, but Cas 4 would have been additional dollars Now that DDR2 is far more high priced than DD3, getting old 775 Mobo/CPUs not much worth though.

Who knows. The package arrived with some damage to the box, but the RAM was okay - little miracle. functions wonderful. no errors, no crashes, no incompatibilities. none. have an Asus P5B deluxe. Necessary to go into BIOS and enable "PCI address remapping" to enable windows xp-64 to use all of it. Also, i have an further 2GB (for 6GB total) of some other G. Ability RAM that it functions fantastic with this new stuff. Memtest86+ ran overnight for 8 hrs Ɣ full passes) with no errors on any of it.

Easy to install & setup, no difficulties in the two years I've had 'em because. Plus, I bought them (without realizing it) just just before memory costs skyrocketed, so I ended up paying only ุ for this. Had Windows XP MCE at the time; now running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. The most intense game (in terms of memory usage) I've played is possibly FIFA 09, so it's not like I've been wearing them out. Not necessarily a con, though. If you want a bit more of ram with out possessing to fork a ridiculous quantity of cash these are pretty great for the cost (I paid around 85 bucks at the time though). Efficiency is good too, just install them and that's about it. I suddenly had my computer crash immediately after seven months of buying something, so I didn't believe there was something wrong with any of the computer parts (including the memory sticks), but I identified out that a single of the sticks didn't operate soon after some testing.The excellent factor is that they are covered below a lasting warranty so that's fairly cool.
