I run three sticks at 950MHz reported by cpuz, powerful clock at 1900 cas 8-9-eight-24 vdimɣ.54V on a i7-980x ... I also have yet another three sticks run on a i7 930 at 895 or 1790 at identical cas setting vdimɣ.50V. They runs very cool, not consum also much energy. I could not wish for additional, worth every single dollar you commit. I suggest you to purchase all the way No Cons at all By the way, gskill is the only ram in the marketplace exactly where you can oc more than spec. Most other ram I bought usually operate exactly as spec, not even five% additional. I personal about 20 DDR3 ram sticks from ocz, corsair, gskill, kingston, and patriot

Trustworthy higher speed, low latency DDR3 at a affordable value that operates beneath JEDEC spec... that's a recipe for achievement. Cost seems to be trending decrease at the moment, as well.Scored 7.7 on my WEI, ahead of the 7.4 for my graphics and CPU. Huge step up from the five.9 provided to my earlier RAM, granted it was restricted to that score by getting below 3GB (determined this from reading WEI logs).Helps drive four monitors with Aero enabled and 3D gaming without having breaking a sweat. In spite of being whitelisted by G.Ability, my MSI P55-GD65 mobo would not post with RAM voltage under 1.four, and Win7x64 would not boot under 1.45v. Maybe it's a quirk of my method build as I'm not THAT substantially of a micro-manager. The RAM doesn't appear to have any imperfections, as I have had zero stability issues, just noting that at rated XMP timings, 1.35v is not necessarily applicable. Low Voltage RAM doesn't present appreciable power savings to a mainstream user running other mainstream components at stock speeds,On the other hand, the energy savings DO turn out to be more noticeable for a low-power build such as an HTPC or other low-anxiety machine, so I would hugely recommend this solution for such a program.Becoming rated for decrease voltage at stock does also leave important headroom for overclockers, though how considerably overall performance a single can eke out with the supplied heatsinks is a matter for far more critical testers than I. Manufacturer Response:.Dear BuyerThank you for your G.Skill buy and evaluation. Glad to hear the memory is working properly in your technique. Though, you ought to be able to operate the rated specifications. The low memory voltage isn't a considerable direct effect to the method as far as power conservation, but due to the fact the memory controller is embedded in the CPU, the reduced the memory voltage, the decrease the CPU and memory controller voltage. The all round impact of low voltage memory becomes useful in any system. If you have any further concerns or problems, please really feel totally free to speak to us straight.Thank youGSKILL HelpHigh quality and customer service are our top rated priorities.Tech Assistance E mail: ustech@gskillusa.comRMA Dept E-mail: rma@gskillusa.comG.Talent Forum: http://www.gskill.us/forum/

The 1.35V was detected correctly suitable off by the ASUS P7P55D-E Pro motherboard. I let it chose auto config overclocking prior to I was in a position to check the memory timing settings. The technique set the overclocking up to three.8GHz, for the I7-860 and made a lot of clock modifications. I did reset the speed back down and put the memory timing to the 7-eight-7-24. Even when overclocked the memory performed without having any issue. Very rapidly, solid running, it is what to be anticipated. No cons. Smaller sized sticks, smaller heat shields but the voltage is 1.35 and not 1.6 or higher. I like that about this memory, cool operating low power. The speed appears fine as really should be expected from DDR3-1600.Lifetime warranty, I hope I by no means have to use it. If I do I'll let you know. I normally go with Corsair or Kingston ram, with the occasional samsung. The lower voltage is what got me with this ram, I hope it begins a trend to decrease energy elements with no sacrificing overall performance.

I did a lot of analysis before I decided on G.Ability, truthfully I had never ever used their products before and now I am sold. This ram is Solid in a lot of methods not just in it's value, 4 gigs for only a buck twenty. How can you go incorrect? Stock timings create impressive outcomes and there is a lot of room for overclocking. I bought four and it was quite rapidly, then I purchased 4 even more and it just flat out blew me away at how a lot additional speed it developed without the need of obtaining to tweak it at all. Low voltage ram (if your board will let you). Nice heat spreaders but superior are offered to cheeper. I have a Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3 GA 870A UD3 mobo motherboard, and it was listed on the memory support list so I figured it would be capable to run at the advertised low 1.three Volts... Nope. This MOBO will only let you go as low as 1.five Volts. If I had know this I would have gotten quicker ram 񢉐, with reduce timings) with much better heat spreaders for more affordable. This ram is absolutely worth the cost and has decent timings, but will probably disappoint a lot of people today when they get it and discover they can't use it for what it was intended for, i.e., operating at low voltages. Manufacturer Response:.Dear ConsumerThank you for your G.Ability purchase and overview. Only certain chipsets such as the Intel P55, P67, and AMD 890 are capable of low voltage memory. But if you already have this kit, it is capable of really good final results. With 1.50V (overclocking), many are capable of DDR3-1800+, so though it is a affordable kit, it is capable of significant final results. If you search for this model online, you will discover several excellent results. None so far I orginally ordered some OCZ Black Edtion RAM (supposedly optimized to run with my CPU, what a joke that was), which was much more high priced than this set, and it gave me absolutely nothing but issues. 1. Quicktwo. Low heat spreadersthree. Low voltageThis is an update to a prior post. Initially, let me say this is excellent, rapidly ram. I bought this ram in July. I spent hours attempting to get it to run stable at the stated speed and voltage. Just when I thought every little thing was stable my program would crash. The ram is on the QVL for the motherboard, so I couldn’t consider what the challenge could have been. I worked with the techs more than at G. Skill (see other thoughts) and that is when I found the problem. This ram is Especially Created FOR THE i5 AND i7 LYNNFIELD CPU’s. Yup, it said it clear as day on the box (which I finally got around to truly reading). Yeah, I misread my QVL and ended up having to get yet another set of ram to go with the i3 cpu. All in all it wasn’t also negative of a dumb dumb fee to spend. Ok, if i have to be picky, then we could use a little bit of a price break. If you have an i5 or i7 chip, then I would surely advocate this ram – it’s very quick. The fastest and most stable I could it to run was at 1333mhz, and that was still blazing rapidly. I like this ram so considerably I even debated upgrading my i3 to an i5. Yeah, I like it that a lot. I’d also acquire this ram once more mainly because of the techs at G. Skill. I emailed them numerous instances and every single time I got a response back the exact same day. Their consumer service alone is worth shopping for this ram. I can’t say enough excellent factors about the top quality of this solution and the corporation. I've applied G. Ability ram in the past and have had no troubles.

Stable with quick timings and low voltage, as advertised. As with all DDR3 RAM, settings quicker than CL9 have to be set manually in the BIOS. Not rather as low timings as advertised, at least on my CPU/motherboard combo (see "Other thoughts"). At present running at 1.4v with eight-eight-8-24-2T timings on a Gigabyte GA-890XA-UD3/Phenom II X3 720. 7-8-7-24 gave a couple BSODs; with the slower timings restored it's been rock strong ever given that. It's gorgeous and it works, low voltage. I just ordered an additional set. I just finished my initial construct and have absolutely no issues as a result far (but have only had her up an' operating a single day so far.) Due to the way that any RAM sits in your standard motherboard, if you hope to peer in your side window and see the lovely silver tribal graphics on the sides peering back, nicely that is not going to take place. You'll see the best edges of course. I have the identical gripe about the pretty vid card I want. Would it be a bad idea to carefully and strategically mount mirrors inside my case? 'Cause this RAM tends to make me want to attempt... I utilized this with a Gigabyte GA-H55-USB3 1156 and an i5. I think mobo makers normally have a list of compatible RAM on their web sites, I consulted mine and this was on it...so yeah, it worked.
