Good so far, I have them operating at 6-8-6-20-24-1T and up to 1680 MHz at 1.6325 V I don't know what their temperature is, they really should build in a sensor, that widespread motherboards can read. I haven't experimented with the timings much at all, so I bet I could get far more out of them.I ought to get RAM coolers to be safer at individuals volts even though.

Low voltage and low latency. I have these in an EVGA P55 LE, and they're at the moment purring along with 6-6-6-15 @ 1333 Ƒ.35v). Quite snappy program, and I'm rather pleased with them. Also incredibly awesome running. The BIOS setting for the constructed in XMP and/or advanced memory profiles do not seem to perform with this certain motherboard (no post, and requires CMOS clear to proceed). No massive deal, as I don't seem to have any concerns with manual timings. I'm very impressed with them, wonderful speed at lowered voltage, excellent stuff.

wonderful memory for the most aspect. though clocking it is a bit wierd but it seems to function great.at present i have 12gb of this Ɠ kits) on an Asus Rampage III Extreme. clocked at DDR3 1834 @ 6-eight-6-24 and DRAM voltage at 1.6v, although i do look to have an situation. challenge - can't look to get cas delay lower than 8 no matter what clocking i attempt. even even though this IS a my only challenge it still doesn't allow me to Seriously get as tight as timings as i'd like but ohwell. i've increased my QPI upto a max of 1.6v (though i can go greater, i just haven't attempted). if you're searching to OC these, get greater heat sinks. no offense to G.ability what so ever result in these do rock BUT the heat spreaders they come with are kinda dinky for OC'ing and the thermal pads utilized barely have any make contact with to the mem chips. i replaced the stock heat spreaders with XIGMATEK N002's and that helped ALOT. if you're seeking to OC these, make confident to do this bring about they run pretty hot... even with the N002's i put on with the clock/timings i'm utilizing i'd say they're proper around 45-50*c (between warm and hot to the back of the hand).Method Specs:CPU- i7 930 OC'd to 4ghzMB- ASUS R3EGraphics- ASUS HD5970Mem- 12gb DDR 1600 CL7 G.Skill(OC'd to 1834 CL6 ʁ.6v DRAM and 1.5v QPI)HD- Vraptors in Raid0PSU- ABS 1,100watt 80plus GOLD Majestry Producer Response:.Dear CustomerThank you for your G.Skill buy and critique. Really great looking RAM.Installed with no troubles at all. Since it does not have a significant heatsink, it installed perfectly with an 890GX board and aftermarket heatsink and fan.The memory gives great performance at it's price point. It is 7-8-7-24 at only 1.35v.I ran 5 passes of Memtest on these two sticks and got errors every time. The RAM gets a five.9 on Windows Knowledge working with Default Timings of 9-9-9-24 and 1.5v.You can get 6. if you set the RAM to eight-eight-eight-24 and 1.4v. Do not be fooled by the packing, these RAM modules will perform on an AMD setup as nicely. Even though these work on an AMD setup, I had problems trying to get my 890GX board (see other thoughts) to accept the 7-8-7-24, 1.35v settings. I had to set to eight-eight-8-24, 1.4v. Apparently, this is a wide spread factor with AMD boards, or so I have read. High high quality specifications. 1600, cas of 7.8.7.24, only 1.35v though most other 1600 sets need 1.65v. Lots of other frequencies to run at if your MB can only reach 1600mhz on an overclock. Seeking through all the other brands you tend to see G.ability compete incredibly competitively with low latency low voltage modules . It makes me feel like i got a high top quality set for an OK value when i bought them about 7 months ago. These will be great for when i can push my over clock far more. The cost you pay now for these modules is just as considerably as two x4 gb modules cas 9 1333 rip jaw series. I will need more ram right here for video editing and photo perform but to fork out 90$ for 4gb of "high high quality memory" when you could purchase 8gb of mid rage or principal steam memory. Its challenging to justify continuing to obtain ECO series ram at 1600mhz. Next time i will most likely just stick with the less expensive mid range ram at 1333 1.5v 9.9.9 and get more for less. I tend to believe that gamer series ram or Eco ram is just advertising jazz mainly because in the end its just a memory stick cas 7 or 9 who cares. When Running the dual channel set in xmp mode on a Gigabyte X58-ud5a the mother board sets the QPI voltage to a thing like 1.44v(in the pink). With XMP off and manually changed to a QPI voltage of 1.28 anything works great but if i go lower then 1.28 blue screen or re start off loop. A thing to do with the 1600mhz frequency i suppose.Becoming kinda new to Computer constructing i discovered it strange that the DRAM voltage is often specified however there is no mention of QPI voltage specifications. The Gigabyte x5a ud5a actually light up like a x mas tree with its handy over voltage leds. a green one yellow one and a red one particular. Over all i believe that the motherboard cant read the XMP data correctly so it sets the qpi voltage way way to high, nevertheless simply because of the leds the board saved it self( and me). I suppose if i updated to a new bios that could be could remedy this im still running stock f1. Manufacturer Response:.Dear CustomerThank you for your G.Ability purchase and overview. By means of benchmarking, there is a significant difference in read/write/copy speeds. The deciding aspect is whether you require quick memory (gaming), or if you want slower memory that you can procedure more at once (editing, virtual machines). Nowadays, you can acquire each, as noticed with our high GB efficiency kits. Lastly, QPI Voltage differs from CPU to CPU. An i7 920 CPU will be different from one more i7 920 CPU. For DDR3-1600+, manually testing and finding the stable voltage for this value is needed (overclocking). This is exactly where most individuals may possibly have an situation with performance memory. I bought a second pair of these for my HTPC ƘG total). I have an AMD Athlon II X4 610e and mobo with an 890Fx chipset. My processor doesn't assistance 1600MHz so I had to back off to 1333 but got tighter timings 6-7-6-21-1. They run cool and don't consume a lot power. Had to manually enter the timings due to the fact the AMD motherboard didn't load the XMP table information. I wish the RAM would come with timing table data on paper. No manufacturer does this to my knowledge, but it sure would be great. I believe the only AMD chipsets capable of 1.35V RAM is the 890FX or later. So don't complain if you don't do your homework. Not confident if my math is suitable but these ought to save you 33% power compared to 1.65v RAM, Ƒ.35ήǗ.65ή) = .67. G Skill I know you watch the comments, is that right?

Theoretically, a great set of RAM. Fantastic speed with extremely tight timings at an incredibly low voltage. Really should overclock nicely Got a dud set. I bought for DDR3 1600 but my AMD maxes out at 1333. But was in a position to tighten timings considerably due to the fact of my error. Got stable memory tests at 6-7-6-21-1. I'm pleased with that. 1.35V RAM saves a very good deal of energy. Ought to include timing specs on paper. Its a pain to read and decode SPD and XMP tables. Total and advertised performance timing specs seem to only be in XMP table. Probably why they are advertised for Intel. might acquire one more pair Manufacturer Response:.Dear ConsumerThank you for your G.Ability purchase and assessment. Glad to hear you were in a position to maximum efficiency on your AMD program. This memory is listed for Intel since not all AMD systems are capable of the specifications. Currently, only the 890 chipset supports 1.35V. Also, only hex Ɩ) core CPUs are fully capable of DDR3-1600 CL7. Most quad cores are unable to, so they must set to CL8 for DDR3-1600. We can only state what the memory is rated for. All other timings, frequencies, and possibilties are absolutely up the user. Running with an E7500 OC to 3ghz. Running the memory at 1.3v with timings of 7-8-7-24 and 1130mhz. So underclocked memory really a bit. Nevertheless, I'll be running the memory on an i5-750 fairly soon exactly where I'll be pushing it up to about 1600mhz. It doesn't take out the trash or cook dinner. I haven't pushed the timings also challenging, the tRCD timing doesn't seem to like going below 8, at least not at 1.3 or 1.35v (fails to boot). I haven't tried higher voltages or tried pushing any of the other timing numbers lower. I suspect the other timings are a bit a lot more flexible than the the tRCD timing.Other thought is using a kill-a-watt running Everest memory benchmarks comparing 1.35v to 1.5v the program runs about 2watt much less ࿷w compared to 89w). At idle almost no distinction and the exact same 2w much less at 1.35v when undertaking futuremark demo. Not Earth shaking amounts of energy, but the technique is already low energy consumption 鲶w peak running furmark as the highest I have hit for continuous energy consumption). If the memory was running at 1600mhz rather of 1130mhz I'd almost certainly see a lot much more energy savings 1.35v vs 1.5v (higher the frequency the greater the power drain)

Fast and low voltage. I consider a lot of individuals see these and see "ECO" and ŕ.35v" and assume they are slow- but that is just irrational perception. If you do a search for reviews on these, you'll see how good they are. None I'm not sure why additional people aren't making use of these- they are Fast and low voltage. I am obtaining WEI rating of 7.6 (cpu non-OC'd) and 7.eight with cpu OC'd to 4.8Ghz! This is utilizing the XMP profile and all 'auto' voltage settings. They are also listed on every P67 manufacturer's QVL list- which signifies they have been tested to perform. Also, when will individuals discover that those huge ram heatsinks are just a gimmick and do totally Nothing for heat! There have been quite a few tests which have shown this- they are just a gimmick to get your attention- absolutely nothing far more. Plus, those big RAM heatsinks can block large coolers- leaving you with access to only 3 memory banks. These modules are best- low profile, low volt (so they already run cooler), and allow you to use significant coolers and along with all memory banks. Why get memory based merely upon what is common- instead of purchasing memory based on actual performance?

runs at 1.35V quicklysmall - doesn't have the giant heatsinks that most other RAMs have, meaning I can fit my cpu fan above it due to the fact they overlap ordered with totally free egg shipping, took a week operating at 8-8-8-24 due to the fact I'm too lazy to attempt to tweak to 7-8-7-24, though I'm fairly confident it would work.Had to manually lower it to 1.35V considering that BIOS defaulted to 1.50V. Also, manually upped it to DDR3-1600, from the default 1333
