I upgraded the card & after both SEagates failed within a month, bought 2 of these. Their quick, quiet, no firmware requiresd & holding an extremly stable X64 Vista Ultimate system. I've got to thank the head tech man at my local store for this recomendation. Great Price, dependable & highly recomended!

To say I was ticked won't get it. I was HOT! Finally I went to this site, then to the store which has reopend Their head tech guy says try these, I use them in my own PC. I did & it turned out great. My X64 Vista is quiet. quick & stable. At this price I'd recommend this drive to anybody. No issues at all for me.

Apex SK-503 Black Mid-T CaseThe metal is a little thin, but the excellent ventilation makes it for it. Had plenty of room and was easy to build a good PC with. If you are gonna be running a hot CPU and are using air cooling this is the case to get. The open venting on the rear near the CPU lets in plenty of cool air to allow you to get the most bang for your CPU buck. For the price it is a good case.

Apex SK-503 Black Mid-T CaseGreat value, but the case is definitely flimsy with the sides off. Put them back on, though, and it's solid. Seems to have good ventilation, and the power supply powers all my components. All the screws lined up with my board (mATX), but it kinda blows that it doesn't come with at least one cooling fan.... Oh, well. For $40, I'm happy that it works as well as it does. Only gripe is that the HDD light doesn't seem to work and the PCI card retainer assembly is strange and the screw holes need a little tweaking to line up.

Also a case fan would have been nice - but all in all I am pleased with the size and functionality of the case.

Western Digital WD5000AAKS Caviar Blue Hard DriveI have a pair of these hooked up to a 3ware 9650 2 port raid card, mirrored. Drives kept failing, only one at a time thankfully. I went through the process of RMA'ing the drives and it is a peice of cake. I probably went through 5 drives, until I swapped the cables out. Now, no problems. Drives are fast, quiet and even though the problem was my bad cables, working with the RMA process was really easy.

Ultra 2048MB PC5400 DDR2 667MHz MemoryTHIS IS NOT DUAL-CHANNEL RAM. I recieved it with an AMD barebones kit, and if you didn't already know, the memory controller for AMD's are built into the processor,as opposed to the northbridge like intel systems. This means that AMD systems don't like single-channel RAM. It worked, it fit the specs, but to recieve single-channel RAM with an AMD kit is kinda silly, as I had to order more RAM to replace it. I did manage to sell this very easily to someone with an AMD build, and he seems very pleased.
