It's nice when components work as advertised. Linksys works as advertised. For people who are unwilling to plug in the install cd at the appropriate time, they will be frustrated by this card. For those who can follow directions, this card will be a breeze.Wireless is not a perfect solution, but by using Linksys products, you will find that it's as close to perfect as you need. |

I use this adapter with a Linksys WRT54G router. I am very pleased with its reliable performance. Signal is quite strong, reading 4 out of 5 bars over 50 feet away on another floor in my house. I am pleased with Linksys' product and have already recommended it to others. |

Card works excellent on Windows XP. Wireless is available immediately upon power up so user can logon over the network. We had some old Dlink cards that would only come up after the user logged on. |

Very good stuff. Both this and the linksys modem are a great wireless combinations. Works will all my operating system (tested on windows 98 SE to XP SP2) and is very good and fast. Using the linksys (WRT54G) router and this togheter has reached over 50 feet with me. I highly recommend it for wireless. |

I read the bad reviews on cnet.com, but bought it anyways because it seems to work well with winXP. I didn't use the CD that came with the card, I downloaded the latest drivers and installation was a breeze.
