Works as advertised, the mounting pins do stink however. You really have to push down to get them to snap.

I have installed 3 of these fans. They are a great value. All processors run cool even under load. Don't know why anyone would want to pay more.

I've had this product 4mos. works perfectly. lowered temp 10degrees. extremly quite. tought me that for just $10 more all my problems could be solved. I now order & install this fan on all my 775 mobo/cpu setups. Fantastic!

Installed and working very well. The instructions were not the best, but it is just a fan not rocket science, four pins to push into you mother board is all. I did not use the heat sink compound that was included. I use Arctic Silver. It would recommend installing outside of the PC tower as you have to push on the pins fairly hard to seat them. Price was ok too.

Do not get me wrong i would recomend this fan to ANYONE! It keeps my Q6700 factory clocked 2.66 at a cool 103 F overclocked to 3.3 ghz. The only thing that was really upsetting about this fan was the lack of instructions yes you would think that it was common sense but I could not figure out how to tighten down those stupid little clips and they kept coming loose. But after I got them tight which i still don't know how i did it the fan is awesome for $20. But don't let that keep you from buying it well worth it for anyone!

For the price this is an alright cooler for a single core processor however when I tried to put it on my C2Quad or C2Duo the temperatures went up compared to Masscool 8W553 which is the same price. Running on my Pentium 4 though it gets the job done just fine.

So far so good. Installed tonight on my quad core. Came with paste stuff...apply lightly, not too much..thin coat..push pins are nice and easy. Mascool makes good stuff..and for the price you can't beat it..

This fan with the P5Q motherboard is great. The CPU holds at 20C in idle and 28C under load. CPU is a Core 2 Quad Q6700. Have two case fans keeping motherboard at 33C. No install problems with push pins.

The fan is quiet, and it keep the CPU relativley cool, but the plastic mounting clips just scare me. I put this big fan on my mobo and just hope that it doesn't fall off. I would recommend if you are doing any kind of gaming it just doesn't perform the way I want it. Good price but you get what you pay for!

This fan rocks it keeps my E2200 cool at 29c and, and fully loaded at 32c easy to set up just clip it on and you're good to go. OH YEAH i got it at a good price. Thanks tiger direct for the great price.

Not a bad fan, I'm sure, but the plastic pieces that mount the fan to the motherboard are really cheap. The thermal grease supplied also seems too runny. I bought some Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound, re-mounted the fan as firmly as the plastic pins would allow, and now I'm getting about 38 C idle and 61 C under medium load on my Q6600. Not satisfied. I suggest others to get a fan with more durable mounting screws/clips.

I like this fan because its easy to install (just push down on the four clips), it comes with a tube of thermal compound, and its not loud.

It works great, but I purchased thermal gel, as it did not say it was included, and the box had a tube in it. Other than that, I like the fan, it is so quiet, I had to check to be sure it was working.

I have been using this model fan for sometime now on my custom build machines and it is easy to install, does a fantastic job of keeping the cpu cool, and it's priced right. Suggestions: have the motherboard installed in the case prior to attaching this CPU fan, and insure that you have the push tabs positioned properly, you should have no problems.

this cpu fan is great it keeps my processor at'' 27c and fully loaded between 33c 30c. Now some people have had problems with this fan'' if you don't know what your doing learn how to' use the clips or switch to a mobo with a diffrent cpu socket but don't give it a bad review if you don't know what your doing. I've been building computers for almost 10yrs and this was new to me to but i figure it out on my own. OH also some thermal compound gose along way. THANKS TIGER DIRECT for the great price.

I was a bit skeptical when buying this cooler. Almost all reviews say how hard it is to install this heatsink..come on. You make sure the clips are turned to the right and push in. Every 775 stock fan is like this. Anyways, the performance is great keeps my q6600 (2.4) at 32degree C in the summer, which is great. Highly recommended.

haha, those clips are tricky, I didn't realize it especially since i have an earlier version of this cooling fan (the one where the piece goes on the underside of the board) so i was psyched when I saw that this one clipped and locked... BUT it was definately a bit tricky but once i got it locked on it was nice and snug. Keeping my q6600 nice and cool for the summer
