The CPU cooling Fan has been great a great product to me. I have a 2.93 duo core processor and it keeps it nice and cool at a 34 when idle but 39 when gaming.i like how it hold on tight to the motherboard

This is an okay fan, but one of the plastic plastic clips will not lock into place. When I first started the computer it was loose and made a loud rattling noise. So I did my best to adjust and lock it in solving the rattling. However, the second I installed the intel desktop utilities I got a warning that my cpu was over the recommended temperature threshold. I am not impressed with this fan at all. I am only giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because I recognize that I may have received a bad one. But the plastic parts definitely seem delicate and prone to falling apart.

A really good fan for the price. I used it with a 3.06 Celeron 775. It keeps my chip cool and runs pretty quiet. Make sure you have a good thermal grease or gel!!!!! Steelking

Any heatsink/fan on top of a CPU will do the job. This one actually cools the CPU, not just pulling away the heat but cooling it. I know for a fact my CPU will last for years to come on extensive use. P.S. Runs very quietly if installed correctly.

Bought this fan with some worries that it wouldn't do the job on my Pentium D 930 3.0 Ghz. Well I was wrong! This fan was a very, very easy install...clearly able to hear the clicks to know it is installed correctly. I also purchased Artic Silver 5 to put on the cpu to help cooling. I have a Pentium D 930 3.0 Ghz and at idle my cpu runs at 36-38C. Under load it has never exceeded 55C. Excellent fan for the price and would recommend. Does the job well.

its not really a very good fan, but it isnt bad either. keeps my 3.0GHz P4 at 45-48C idle and 54-57C full load. im probably going to replace this with something a bit better...

I replaced several Intel fans at work with these because the Intels were so loud it was disturbing! These run quiet and do the job!

Excellent fan!!! Doesn't require a lot of computer know-how to install. Keeps my 3.08 Ghz Celeron down to a lovely 51'C

Despite the instructions written in poor English, installation was easy. Came with a tube of thermal compound. Not too loud. This fan by itself wasn't enough to keep my P4 3GHz from overheating while playing games, but as far as I can tell, a CPU fan by itself isn't expected to do that. I added a 120mm case fan, and my games now run smooth as silk.

Excellent Fan! Gets the job done.. It is not totally quiet.. But its not totally loud either.. I reccomend it.. Cools my Intel Celeron 340 2.93Ghz 533FSB Socket 775 CPU just fine...

Very quiet and heavy! It does a nice job and keeps my Celeron D 346 3.06 roughly around 38c - 41c(min) and 44c - 48c(full). Would buy again. Arctic Silver helps alot as well
