MSI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) N460GTX Hawk Video Card
Cons: none

Pros: Small sizelow tempslow noisedecent OC ability
Comment:
Great card for the price. I owned this card for maybe a month before the Talon Attack version came out, and ended up selling it and purchasing two Talon Attack models. During my time with the card, I can't say it was very different than the talon attack... only the talon could OC to slightly higher stable clock speed (920Mhz vs 960Mhz on the talon for me). But I can't say I used the OC very much, since it could play every game on high settings at its default values, with decent fps. One of these cards is great, but I would recommend buying two for SLI since they scale really well.

MSI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) N460GTX Hawk Video Card
Cons: -heatsink gets hot-didn't get the advertised 1000mhz

Pros: -great overclocker-can get stock 470 performance
Comment:
its a great card. I was slightly bottlenecked by my q6600 at 3ghz though so i really couldn't comment on the the overclocking performance. At stock speeds the q6600 3ghz was fine however i didn't notice any performance increase when i tried bringing the hawk to the 900mhz mark until i upgraded my system all together. With an i5 2500k i can use this thing at its full potential lol starcraft II at max performance 4v4 is a breeze easily maintaining above 30 fps. Great buy.

MSI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) N460GTX Hawk Video Card
Cons: Not a fault, just a concern... Its a big card so it may not fit in smaller cases. Fit's with an inch or two to spare in my CM Storm Scout.

Pros: Great looking card.Amazing two fan (surprisingly quiet) cooling that keeps it around 22-27c idle and 35-45c at load. Good stock speeds and massive room for overclocking.MSI Afterburner is an amazing tool for this card.
Comment:
High recommend this graphics card to people who want an easy to overclock card that is capable of maxing practically all games out there today. Its very quiet, and cools very well as well.

MSI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) N460GTX Hawk Video Card
Cons: none that i can think of, besides it being a mid-range card.

Pros: well reviewed card with 'aftermarket' cooler. i cannot hear it at all.
Comment:
i bought this for mid-range gaming and its doing more than i expected thats for sure. although prices for higher end cards are dropping, you can expect this card to last you quite a while.

MSI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) N460GTX Hawk Video Card
Cons: -lets some heat out into my case

Pros: -fast-best OC I've ever seen
Comment:
I got this card to replace my old HIS 5670. It is GREAT! The stock 460 core clock is 675MHz, but this came at 780MHz, and I got it to OC to 920MHz STABLE! This is the best OC card ever made! The only thing I don't like about it is how the cooler lets some heat into my case. I'm going to get another one soon for Sli.

MSI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) N460GTX Hawk Video Card
Cons: While playing, the fan is slightly loud.

Pros: I bought this card from their store and i gotta say, its excellent. I am slightly bottlenecked(20%) due to my cpu. I have Q8200 b2.33 Ghz. I mostly play starcraft 2 (all high with some ultra) and get 70+ fps but never below 30. Also, Mass effect 2 (Max Settings) at a solid 60 fps. I couldnt be happier with the purchase.
Comment:
All in all, this is a great card for the money. Installation was a breeze as it requires little space. System SpecsQ8200 l 2.338 gb ramWin 7 64 bitGtx 460 hawk (stock)

Pros: Quiet, runs very cool, comes with a free games
Comment:
When PMed, this is a great deal. Right now a 6850 is a better deal but I wasn't willing to wait when I bought it. But you get PhysX support and some free games so all in all, I have no regrets. Its very quiet even under load which was a pleasant surprise.

Pros: - best cooler that comes with any card atm- idles at ~40c and never goes above 65c on full load- very good overclocker- $185 after mail in rebate so a great value

Bought this to replace an aging 8800gt and am very happy with it.I have it overclocked to 870mhz and 2000mhz memory without increasing voltages. Going to play with the voltages the next couple of days.

Cons: advertised 1ghz on air< false>PCB isn't cleaned to well, you'll see some residue once card heats up

Pros: Price + gamestriple over voltageoverclock abilityappearancegreat cooler
Comment:
It's a great card, I bought it to replace my 9800gt and this is definitely a great addition to my computer vs 9800gt I had sitting inside.I've had couple of problems, First one i received was dead on arrival, second one I got had issues with screen, it was throwing checkered mark blue and white screen at windows, third one was fine.it plays all the latest games at high settings, physx is great and best of all, it's a great folding card if you fold a lot.Overclocking wise, it's all luck of the draw, I've heard and read about some people able to only get to below 900mhz core with all voltages maxed out. while some are more successful. I was able to reach 950mhz core with 4.4ghz memory. Plays mafia 2, metro 2033, bad company 2, etc etc just fine, great card.

MSI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) N460GTX Hawk Video Card
Cons: Not directly a con, but buyers should consider : the card is big, therefore, if you have a MID-ATX tower like I do, you wanna make sure you have enough place. I did, and I consider my tower being small. Just make sure yours isn't too small.

Pros: Hmmm, where to start? Overall an excellent graphics card for a decent price. Will process ANY game I have to maximum quality details very smoothly. The most demanding game I tried it with is Metro2033 and BOOM BABY, excellent display! Runs very cool and very quiet. The fact that I bought the card from MSI is because : - Most overclockable GTX 460(when I bought it);- Known brand, very serious manufacturers;- Nice design, even though I only got to see it once before I installed it!- Comes overclocked out of the box with a decent OverClock/Price ratio compared to other overclocked gtx 460;- Is a GTX 460, an excellent Ban for Buck card by NVIDIA.
Comment:
Rebate was a little more difficult than I would have liked, but happy with overall product. Considering on using an MSI mainboard in my next build and definitely going the route of SLI

I am extremely pleased with this card as for the pricepoint you really cant beat it. I am running a stable OC of 910mhz Core and 2000mhz Memory with no problems at all. I would recommend this card to anyone and I plan on picking up a second for SLI

Cons: Make some noise (scratchy) when playing some games

Pros: Very good graphic performance (got 400 FPS in rFactor all graphic options maxed with a recent F1 mod, can finally got run GTA IV and BFBC2 with ful graphic in 1920x1200)Very good cooling performance (It's cooling itself faster than my CPU)Great oercloaking options with Afterburner
Comment:
This is a really cool graphic card that I would recommend for everyone. Performance are really good for a card I've got at 200$. Really worth it.Only had trouble the first time I installed drivers, my screen was not coming back from sleep mode. Reinstalled Forceware with "reset to factory" option during install and it fixed everything.

MSI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) N460GTX Hawk Video Card
Cons: - Get the newly released Talon Attack edition of this OR a 470 on sale. Better yet, just wait for the 5xx series of cards to come out soon.

Pros: - Blows my old 4850 out of the water in performance.- Fast card and reaches 920MHz without a hitch.- Only a few bucks more than the 460 reference cards when on sale.- Fancy design and amazing cooler (never gone beyond 55C with overclock)
Comment:
I needed a new card fast and I am more than happy with this upgrade. I'm sure the Talon Attack edition has an even better chance of reaching the fabled 1GHz, so good luck and happy overclocking!

MSI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) N460GTX Hawk Video Card
Cons: Likely won't hit the 1GHz advertised overclockAfterburner has several quirks to pay attention to(listed in summary)

Pros: Low tempsReasonably quietGood overclocking software once you get it working
Comment:
Excellent card, great performance, cool temps. There are things you should know about afterburner(the OC utility) before you run into issues though:1)The current version (2.0.0) has a glitch where it can not actually overvolt the Hawk cards. There is a version 2.1 beta that solves this issue, and 2.1 will soon be released.2) The chip that Afterburner uses to overvolt is only on hawk cards and unreadable by software. Therefore, Hardware monitoring utilities such as GPUz will not be able to detect the overvoltage applied with Afterburner. This is normal, and there is no workaround. This is why the card has Voltage test points on it, there is no other accurate way to detect voltage.

MSI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) N460GTX Hawk Video Card
Cons: No heatsink on memory regulation units or memory, runs very hot, flexes, bad build quality. Short and ugly, much shorter than it appears

Pros: Good performance, decent core cooler,860mhz core 2000mhz memory on stock voltages.
Comment:
14kppd for folding with 860/1720. No heatsinks on memory or vrm's, runs VERY hot and burns hand. The pcb flexes horribly, there is no heatsink or anything to reinforce the pcb at all so it's very possible to snap it, a uniblock for the memory/vrm would have fixed two birds with one stone but MSI was too cheap. Don't expect to run a overvolted OC 24/7, a tiny overvoltage will exponentially increase heat (vrm's). It's very ugly, way too short and looks misplaced in any rig. It would have been much better looking if it were longer. At least the pcie plugs are on the back where they belong.

First vid card purchase for me in awhile and it was a worthy upgrade. Idle it sits around 30C in my box with a max of 54C under load. 1680x1050 with 4xAA and all items maxed out in most games has about 60+ FPS on the stock card without oc.

Pros: Runs cool, quiet, great value
Comment:
Can easily be clocked to speeds as advertised. This card also requires 2 PCI-E power plugs, and there are 2 molex connectors included in the box. There are also newer drivers and software available on MSI's website then what is included on the CD. Even under full load and fans maxed out, this card still runs quiet. Would definitely recommend that card and will probable buy again for SLI.

Pros: Quiet fan, cool temps, voltage controls.
Comment:
I am really happy with purchase of this card. Almost pulled a trigger on 1024mb Cyclone version and then I saw this card came out. Runs really fast even in stock frequency, but I was able to overclock it to 975mhz with additional 100mv voltage on GPU core. Very stable so far and runs many of my games in native 1920x1200 format with all the eye-candies turned up to high setting. Windows 7 performance index went from 7.5 to 7.7. highly recommended.
