Fantastic card for the dollars. Giving it a five on that. ISN'T COMPATIBLE WITH PCI-E 16X. Some PCI-E 2. cards are, this 1 is not 1 of them.

Replaced an on-board GeForce 8300.Runs all modes of Google Earth and videos smoothly, and speeds Photoshop immensely more than the GeForce. I don't do any gaming so can't comment. Doesn't support portrait mode as the gForce on-board did.Passive heat sink runs very hot, but is so large that even a tiny fan will cool it.

The card works. This was a replacement for an identical chipset card exactly where the stupid little fan quit (not going to occur on this card). Seriously, it's an typical product. I am completely swearing off any item with a rebate. It is so apparent that the approach is all about creating you screw up so they can deny your rebate on a "technicality". QuietDecent performance if you know what you are getting None I love these little cards, they are not gaming cards, and if you acquire it understanding that you need to be fine. AMD has been enhancing the Linux drivers for some time, and these are now viable for use in an XBMC based HTPC.

Drivers install simply with Windows 7. Audio and video works perfectly. Lost 1 egg due to the fact it didnt fill up my Plasma 50inch 100%, there was about a black 1 inch border about the whole screen.

Runs quick.. could run quicker.... particularly inexpansive and substantially boosts on board video performance. LP bracket was also a benefit Runs hot as is and heats up the case. not quick enough for some of the video editing I set it up in a low profile case with a 78x mobo. video performance is drastically improved but this boards heats up a lot. I added a ū small fan I ordered from China The fan fits perfectly and the board runs cool. I upgraded because to an HD4550 (with a similar fan upgrade) and moved this board to a multimedia setup. Works just fine (and comparatively quickly)!

Cheap, installed easily, quiet (no fan). Low cost. Didn't get as a lot improvement as I expected more than my onboard graphics card. Heat sink covers up 1 of my pci slots. I may well have been expecting too a lot, because my onboard card is decent. It's quiet and stable, which isn't bad for the cost I paid.

Comes with low profile bracket, decent value for funds. Only a 1 year warranty. I bought this when there was a rebate that made it much more worth it. Rebate procedure took a lengthy time but it all went by means of ok.

Double the performance of the onboard HD 3200 I was using. None Check the CrossFireX compatibility chart if you strategy to use it for that. Not all cards are compatible with each and every other. I expected it to CrossFire with my mobo, but it didn't. My fault for not checking very first. Nonetheless, much quicker even with out that.

Passive heatsink = quiet, low-profile brackets, decent efficiency, superior individual history with MSI items None, if the rebate comes I picked this up as portion of an MSI combo deal with the further enticement of the rebate and then quickly found a require for a low-profile card in a build. Bought this for a low voltage HTPC / file server, can do a bit of gaming at low detail settings if you need it for a LAN party when buddies are over! Overclocks a bit too, 650 / 900, fully silent, 30$ CAN, what's not to really like? Could perform far better in games but it's a prior generation entry-level card so it's all superior!

Easy install on driver and card No screw to secure to rear slot REBATE- The rebate takes you to the US rebate centre (pre-confirmation print off necessary to mail in) MSI doesn't allow an Canadian address entry- Contacting MSI they say to go to the Canadian Link on Newegg- There is no link! Rebate is in limbo!!

I have utilised it now three distinct times, given that I installed it a week ago. It resides in a little Antec cube shaped case, that has a 350 watt PSU. I was impressed by the richness in color and quality of this low end ATI card, getting been an Nvidia man because the 90's. When played on this machine with the on board 6100 graphics chip, I ought to play on the lower settings, but now with this card I have almost everything set to the highest settings and, WOW, was I missing out on a lot of eye candy, cause those settings make everything lovely and considerably far more realistic. Card worked just fine out of the box. Didn't install off of the CD, went proper to the manuf internet site and pulled the newest drivers. Everything was recognized right away. Plugged HDMI to my 0nkyo receiver and displayed video right away full 1080p. Could also explain why I couldn't send the HDMI signal 88ft over my HDMI to Cat5e setup. Still a good card and I would acquire it for this purpose again.

Cost is Wonderful. The video card is really good for performing everything but playing some games. The card is fanless and still with some decent air flow it remains cool. Comes with a Low-Profile card insertion strip but the card is fairly tall so it will assist some but not significantly. Excellent Card 4 The Funds Get 1 Just the high end gaming - which is no con definitely cause you pay for a very good card not a Good Card. I would have a side fan to pull some air acrood the heat sink just to keep that puppy cooler - this is not a requirement if your case had air flow that is very good - otherwise the card does everything but answer my e-mail.

Outstanding and low wattage. Passive cooling is cool. There may well be newer ones out but I like how I downgraded from an high priced video card but was still able to enjoy nice graphics for "light" gaming. Purchased it last August and had it for nearly a year now and it still works nicely. Not that I know of. Would acquire again and in fact did recently acquire an onboard ATI 4200 video card (that's integrated for a custom motherboard). Not the very same of course, as a 4200 is lower than a 4350, but seeing what it can do.
