Fairly lights. This point beeps about every 2 hrs on manual mode and spins my fans at complete speeds for about 30 sec. Verify the Nzxt forums. -It's widespread and they have no clue how to repair it.Don't take the opportunity.

I'm quite satisfied with this item. I didn't want the touch screen verison mainly because I don't will need assist from curious small fingers.The screen is major and user-friendly, and bright. Good show-off!The temperature sensors perform and don't interfer with installed hardware.Buttons are responsive.So far, no bugs to report.This is my initial encounter with a fan controller, it has been pleasant. Very straightforward to set up. Manual is helpful.Get it if you want to control your case! Be advised, the screen will take two 3.five" bays. There's no way around that.I want it could handle far more fans! I have so several.Wires for the fans and temperature sensors could be short for some customers. I have a full tower atx case. I'll have to extend the wires.I was hoping to find a green color version of the screen interface. I wanted to develop a green/black themed gaming case. Rather, I went blue/black for matching purposes.For its restrictions and further operate I had to do, I minused one egg. If you don't have my intense circumstance, disregard my minus. For case modders: Behind the screen, it's all open. Perfect for putting at the leading-most bay. This has been a great decision in fan controllers. I have always utilized the Sythe Kaze Master 4 fan LED Controller which is a excellent product also but this one is a two bin and the show is just wonderful. I actually like the genuine time knobs on the Kaze but the overall looks and functionality of this one override that aspect. Wish I had bought 1 sooner as an alternative of sticking to what I am use to. Its always great to venture off and attempt new goods. Excellent color selection for Lan Boy Air Yellow

it looks cool when install in my thermaltake level 10 gt case. my board can control 4 system fan and 1 cpu fan, more than enough. I still get nzxt fan controller for manual fan control, but more for the great looking. The wires for sensor and fan connector are long enough to work with. Build quality is good. lcd can be better as the view angle is too limited. reset button is too easy to trigger by mistake. sometimes it gives false alarm. But really I can't tell it's my mainboard or sentry. Some people complain it takes 2 5' bay. I rather like it that way, coz my 4 bay are hosting only 1 blueray drive and it does everything. So another two bay for sentry, looks certainly better than the narrow small ones.I highly recommend this to people building machine with temp control in mind. But if you don't even know what you are doing, better stay away.

This unit has wonderful physical properties. It looks nice, it absolutely will add to any "blue themed" laptop, so long as you have the bays for it. Getting a dual bay unit is a pro in my case, and in my computer case (HAF922 w/ window, blue lights/fans). Has capability to handle 5 fans, display temperatures, time, RPM, and so forth. Comes with added temperature probes, and added adhesive strips for the probes. Actual physical good quality of the unit is fantastic, strong construction throughout. Bright lights, but not also bright.NOT touchscreen is a pro for me, I have a 3-year-old that "helps" me with the personal computer from time to time, and I'm glad this unit doesn't respond to his touch inputs lol. For me, there weren't also numerous cons but I could see if I really needed this to manage my fans it would be an unbelievable headache, and a deal breaker to say the least. This would manage my fans, but it would limit them to 1,000 RPM or much less, which is ludicrous for me. I may well as well not have them at that speed. I'm confident this is due to the unit not becoming capable to push more substantial fans, but even my 120MM fans were severely restricted. Temperature probes had been mostly accurate, but the tape applied to secure them was an awful orange color (Sharpie couldn't remedy well, btw) and didn't perform quite effectively. I know most tape is only meant for a single use, but this may not hold out for even that.This is far more nitpicking, like the color of the tape above, but I wish there was a much more effective technique of putting the wiring with this unit. Cable management is a complete new monster with one particular of these controllers. I would say a wholesome ฤ of this is branding. Everything that ISN'T aesthetics with this controller is mediocre. It is meant to look very good, which it does, with performance being a bit of an afterthought.I am general satisfied with this, but I bought this solely for looks. It makes a HAF922 appear like a absolutely various machine, and it definitely looks better than most boutique systems out there. If you have the dollars, possibly some spare budgeted funds leftover from a new build, I'd advocate this. Don't rely on it, though. Use the temperature probes, and let motherboard control fans.

I saw this on every other ad in computer magazines and had to have it... im not disappointed, it looks amazing in my Antec 1200 case. The fan controllers and temp guages look fantastic, but the Date/Time on the left looks kind of crappy to be honest. Its alarm clock style numbers and unless your looking right at it, it looks distorted and hard to read. Its nice and bright too... I wish there was a button to turn the display off, sometimes i dont want that blue glow, but thats a minor issue. The quality is top notch, it fit perfectly in the case, nice and snug... overall im very happy with it.

It looks great OK there are major points that make this item horrible.1. Does not adjust fan speed When I go to set the speed of the 5 fans I have connected to this factor, the speed does not change as quickly as I modify the speed settings and exited that menu the fan speed snapped back to the original settings, I waited the 1 min suggested in the manual but absolutely nothing, I did the very same thing but this time as an alternative of exiting the menu I let it sit, even so, nothing again.two. Angle of the Screen. It is incredibly difficult to see the screen then you are sitting above the case, I have to get out of my chair and crouch down to see the screen, I know this may well sound lazy even so, if im attempting to OC my computer and i am trying to monitor the temp of issues like my graphics card and so forth. it is kind of a discomfort. three.Consumer support of NZXT I email NZXT customer support to attempt to figure why the solution was not working (refer to con 1). I emailed them about 2 to 3 weeks ago and nothing at all, no e mail back, Nothing at all. Con Cont.four. The Wiring. The wiring on this thing sucks its so hard to get everything orderly, i wish their was a hub that you could location in your case to attach issues like temp sensors and fan connectors. I also wish that this could be attacked to the mobo so you can monitor the sensors and fan speeds can seen on the screen (see con 2).

Very useful to configure all my 10 fans in my computer and watching the temperature. Very recommended for people who want to change for performance vs quiet fans. My Corsair 300R Carbide looks very cool in front.

Appear's excellent when it work's!!!!!! This item did not last two month's and it quit working. I t just quit working and stoped all the fans and just about burnt up my pc.I run two gtx 295 and will need the air to flow I have emailed NZXT 3 occasions with no responce that inform me this corporation does not care for there product or the client that buys NZXT Products.

Looks great, absolutely eye candy for the front of your case, temp and fan controls perform good for the most aspect. doesn't control my 240mm fans that came in my case, not certain why that is but they are three pin connections and it picks up their fan speeds and adjusts them automatically just won't let me adjust them manually, so that kinda had me urked. general if you have 120 mm fans and less it functions like a charm and looks excellent doing it

Looks great, fairly colors with moving screen. Mode, Fan Choose all do what they are supposed to do You can only view the screen if you had been straight on or slightly above view height.If you set the fans to auto, they will run at one hundred percent if your temp probe for fan is over 50 Celcius which is really high.If you set your fans to Manual, when I did I could only raise the max RPM to 1100 on fans 1 and 2. Even so right after I set it, it would go up to 1300rpm for a min then back down. Fans 3 and four could go up to 1200 manually and Fans five only 1100rpm. Utilized the identical fan to test this. I really feel like I'm seeking at a device from the 1990s. VCR screen at finest, not an LCD.

I know that this model has battery issue but I guess NZXT resolve that problem with including Lithium ion battery(which is rechargerable!!!!!) instead of DR or CR2032. Mine came with LI battery and has no problem at all. another thing is that the fan connectors are all 3 pin, no 4 pin adoptor included, but I have fans from Bitfenix which are 3pins so it's all good!LED screen is very clear and no dead pixel was found on mine.Happy that I bought this product. Good job NZXT!

Worked for a small while. The display failed and Nzxt's RMA department is taking forever for a warranty replacement. I've been waiting nearly a month for my replacement. They say they are out of stock...they're the manufacturer... I'm going to give it an additional week, then just go get a controller from a organization that values their buyer more.

Looks cool. The finish. Kills batteries rapid. I went thru three of them in a year. Died precisely 10 days immediately after the warranty ended. Doesn't control fans incredibly properly - no automated control over speed or on/off, based on temp. Won't enable any manual control over two-wire fans; only automated - incredibly weird. Conrols on this unit are just bizarre. I have a combination of two, 3, and 4-wire fans. Thinking about the price of this controller, it must be capable to deal with it, but this unit just goes haywire, and basically only functions in automated mode - and not extremely nicely at that. I have 2 of the NZXT Sentry 2 models, which are a million times better at less than half the cost. This Sentry unit was constantly a bit iffy from day 1, and is pretty substantially dead officially 10 days following the warranty expired. Don't waste your money on this. NZXT improved more than this fairly a bit on the Sentry two unit, and there are far better other two-space possibilities out there.

long labeled fan cables. lengthy labeled sensor cables. effortless to install. simple to configure. uncomplicated to read display. battery is easy to replace right after putting in unit. unable to peak around the corner of my chassis, squinting with my right eye, and see the display with crystal clarity. first unit was doa from non-newegg site. exchanged at regional xxx's and unit functions fine. doable shipped battery problem depending on newness of item/battery from anywhere you get it. subtracted 1 egg due to having to get a second unit. 1st a single was sealed but could have been abused. unknown. very first unit was doa but i bought it from xxx as it was โ. i exchanged the undesirable unit for a very good unit at xxx's. (ymmv depending on how you do this) once the unit is installed, it leaves a tiny/slight space at the major of my zalman gs1000. i had to saw off the divider to open up 'dual bay'. one thing to believe about if you have plastic dividers for your 3.five bays. i read bad points about the battery so i bought a new cr2032 to install in the unit. effortless to read at an angle as long as your not trying to view it at some ridiculous angle. not positive what the previous evaluation troubles were. i can see the date/rpms/temp/time just fine from my chair with the chassis on the floor. supports 5 of my xigmatek crystal series fans at 1500 rpm. auto also functions great as i like the fans to slow down when it gets cooler at night. much less noise. all in all worth it. i think the battery offers out in 4 months but it's very easily replaced by sliding out the unit and reaching in to pop out the battery.

Looks nice, operates nicely as a fan monitor/controller. Screen can't be read unless you're straight in front of it. I was underwhelmed by the craftsmanship. Back is bare and exposed. Temp probes come with no way to be attached, and a incredibly really limited explanation of exactly where they should go. A nice aesthetic piece. Other than that I'm not confident I would trust any fans other that basic case fans to it.My current method monitors all the temps and fan speeds and adjusts them even though my motherboard and software. I still use the controller for its looks even so, it does look great.

i discover it to be a nice producte it is eye candy and it controls my fans effectively.. the price seems ok and it performs fantastic some of the wires come out of socket when pluging in the fan.. the LCD could be briter i will dod yet another review in a couple of months i have had this for a few days lol i have the NZXT bata situation and the NZXT controller fits very good and looks superior EZ to put in just need to have to repair the way fans are to get the ideal air flow.... i like this producte and would tell close friends about it

A single of the handful of fan controllers that supports numerous higher voltage fans. Tempature probes are as well short for great cable management in a medium sized desktop. I got about this by cutting and extending the cables but you shouldn't have to do this for such an epensive product. Provided tape does a poor job at keeping tempature probes in location so placement is limited to places exactly where you can wedge the probe into spot.

Looks great, gives a selection of manage. Quit right after 8 months, practically destroying my computer. Will not get another NZXT. Can't keep up for far more than 8 months is not a respectable product, particularly for this value. Would have liked to have this item retain operating.

it perform for the most aspectsee beneath fans will not go to full speed i have 4 cooler master r4 120 and 1 140 silent led and they are effectively below the spec 6W it says will never obtain nzxt once again will be hunting for new controller
