If you want to buy this because it looks pretty, do it, if you want it to function as a fan controller, DONT! Only 2W per channel is extremly low for today's case fans! My 140MM fans require at least 3W to run at max, and with this fan controller, you cant even max out the power-eating fans. Dual 5.25" slot may also be a problem for smaller cases, overall, 3/5 product.

Not only does this fan controller look absolutely amazing it works just as good as it looks! I would not hesitate to buy this again, and I will be recommending it to some friends. It looks amazing in my Antec 1200 case.

Origin PC built ne a Liquid Colled Core i7 975 OC 4.2 ghz with 12GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 8TB HDD. Needless to say with 5 fans it was a bit loud. Was nervous about installing myself, but with a little time and patience the system is running with less noise and staying cool. Besides looking great this unit really performs. Great fit and finsh, looks great in my uber expensive tower.

I just got it and installed it for my 3 rad fan and intake/outlet 140mm fans. Doing a good job, nice LCD panel. Looks really great on my Corsair 800D.Even if peoples saying that the battery are dying too much, it come with 2 replacement one. You should be OK for a while.for now, I would recommend it :).

FROM DAY 1 NEVER HELD TIME WHEN YOU SHUT YOUR COMPUTER DOWN HAD TO RESET ON EVERY RESTART OR LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER ON CONTACTED NZXT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND WAS TOLD IT WAS DEFECTIVE IT WAS SENT BACK AND HAVE NOT SEEN A REPLACEMENT FOR 2.5 MONTHS NOW, AND 4 NON RETURNED E-MAILS FOR THE STATUS. The NZXT Sentry LX LCD Fan Controller is a great buy both for the user-control it provides your active cooling and its great looks. With 5 fan functionality and requiring two 5 12 slots for installation you'll likely want a full ATX case and a bunch more fans to stuff it with. Installation was quick and painless but I found it worth reading the short booklet on temp probe placement, alarm settings and such. Great buy.

This thing makes my Haf 932 look like a Government super comp, and is well worth the money, but I may have gotten a defective unit... the alarm beep will not turn off, and sometimes beeps every few min. To rectify, i just ripped the small speaker off! I dont need the alarm, since my mobo has built in sensors. It may also be a power issue since i have 2 fans per line since i am running a 9 fan set up. They need to put a few more lines to support the power draw for these new cases that have many more fans then the traditional 4-5. Great buy, will buy again!

This is a great fan controller as well as a temp displays. even come with extra temp probs for when they start getting inaccurate. i hooked up 2 rechargeable batteries for the memory so memory wont be lost, kinda pointless since it only take a few mins to setup but ya...the finish is very professional.

I bought this fan controller at the same time as the NZXT Whisper case. Since the case has SEVEN dvd bays, I figured I could sacrifice two of them on the the Sentry LX. The display looks very sharp and has functioned perfectly so far. The price seems a little high compared to other controllers but you get what you pay for. (If you're driving a 'vette you wouldn't put a front bumper from a VW on it). This product has VERY good reviews - if you buy right the first time, you only buy once. I have no regrets on this purchase and would recommend this product to anybody.

I recently added this controller to my system with 4 noctua Fans, and it works great. In auto mode it adjusts individual rpms as the system heats up, but in ''manual mode'', I can run the 6 fans basically ''stealth''! The display also adds a nice visual to the front of my case. Highly recommended to any enthusiast.

I put this controller oi the top bays on my coolermaster HAF case. Looks awsome, i get a lot of wows the first time people see it. Controls are simple enough to figure out. Only complaint is that i have to reset the clock about every month or so, but isnt a deal breaker. Id buy it again.

I have had no issues with this product, it performs just as it is supposed to. I would highly recommend this product to anyone needing to have control of the airflow in their case. Works great when overclocking.

The only problem with this item is that you'll need to change to battery every 4 months but it's still a great fan controller, the screen on this model really looks great.

Just installed in new HAF case. Another reviewer said it was to large for top two bays ,not true fit right in.Gave a 3 for quality because only just installed. Give it time and see what happens.

This was a good product. I wish it could run more than 5 fans. It doesn't run all your fans at full blast. It's easy to install.

Works wonderfully with 3-pin fan connectors. Love the digital display. Easy installation. Provides up to i think 5 max fans, even provides with thermal probes. Easy to read and sleek design. The negative comment I've heard from somewhere else was that it needs to switch the internal battery for the time clock and settings every 3-4 months(Wasn't proven yet). But otherwise, don't that stop you from buying this. NZXT truly comes out with fantastic products. The only problem i have with this product, perhaps mine is defective, is that the 2 or 3rd, or even ittermittenly both 2 & 3rd fans, don't have the rpm gauge meter light up(the one under the numeric RPM display). Ittermittenly works at random upon powering on my unit. The digital meters gauges and flow meters work fine for my first fan.

I was a bit skeptical at first. The circuit board looked like it was glued with a hot glue gun by a 4 year old. Installation was straight forward. It looks REALLY nice and is descriptive about the fans. It's worth the cash if you're really particular about your cases temperature.

works great, runs 3 pin fans only so if you got 4 pins it wont run em with out converters, but works very well and temp probes are cool as hell

First of all this is the nicest looking fan controller ever made. You can control up to 5 fans and 5 temperature using the included temperature probes. It also has a time and date on the lcd panel which is a plus. But now for the downside, this thing is big and will use up two drive bays. Also the fan channel power rating isn't that great for a $80 controller. But that's not the worst part, the battery seems like it needs to be changed every month and a half which sucks to be honest. But overall it's a good buy.

This controller is gorgeous! It does everything it says it does. The price is a little high but I believe it is worth the extra couple of dollars. Temp readings are very accurate. Overall a great product that looks damn sexy!

This is simply put, the SEXIEST fan controller on the market. I have it in my NZXT Tempest case for the best looks ive ever seen on a computer. Everybody that comes over to my house freaks out about how awesome it is. I have had a little trouble figuring out the manual mode but it does the job and the temperature readout is a huge help.
