Thermaltake CL-P0401 110mm Full-Range Fan CPU Cooler
Cons:short cable to the fan speed control

Pros:Excellent design, very efficient, all copper, extremely easy to install
Comment:
I had the Zalman CNPS 9500AM2 Cooler, the temps on idle kept creeping up..first from 33c..to 36C and then to 39C all on idle..just unacceptable..the load temps could go as high as 56C.The V1 stays at 29C Idle and 49C load and with Crysis the load temps go to 50 to 52C.I almost forgot to mention, my CPU is the AMD 64 X2 6400+ Black Edition, its a very hot processor, you could bake cookies with it. I have it overclocked at 3.5GhzOn the AM2 boards the fan is vertical to the front of the case, so there are no issues with clearance for my Corsair Dominator Ram and Ram cooler...The V1 is also about 15mm shorter than the Thermalright Ultra Extreme 120, so even with my side case fan on the Thermaltake Armour..there is still lots of clearance. The installation too 5 minutes , includes the time I took to clean the CPU and put some new ArcticSilver on it....truly very well conceived. The all copper construction makes it very efficient at getting the heat out.All in all, I am very pleased with this product..highly recommended. Thermaltake CL-P0401 110mm Full-Range Fan CPU Cooler
Cons:control knob wire is very short

Pros:very good cooling, nice looking and a wise investment
Comment:
I am very happy with this fanresently I upgraded my CPU from a 4600 X2 to a FX62 2.8 with my zalman CNPS9500 I was getting 42c idle and I broke it trying to get better temps so I used my stock 4600 X2 heatsink and that gave me 48c idle with the FX62, With this fan now I get 27c idleI Highly Recommend this fan.

Thermaltake CL-P0401 110mm Full-Range Fan CPU Cooler
Cons:Can not effectively cool for even a mild OC of Q6600.

Pros:Installs very easily(push pin like stock hs), looks really cool, fan speed is easily adjusted and base is flat and almost mirror finish.
Comment:
Nice cooler that was very easy to install. It looks good and it performs decent but I do not think I could recommend using for a Quad core OC. For the price it does not appear to cool as efficiently compared to other heatsinks.

Thermaltake CL-P0401 110mm Full-Range Fan CPU Cooler
Cons:Slightly hard to install on a M-ATX 939 motherboard.

Pros:Great Cooling performance, Unique design with the air exhausting fan.
Comment:
I'm pretty satisfied with this cooler, after I've got it clipped into my M-ATX 939 motherboard. Maybe the size of this cooler isn't nessaccery to be fit on a smaller form motherboard. Nevertheless, the unique design of this cooler, and the performance of this cooler is good enough to cover its minor flaw. My system's AMD x2 4200+ core 1 temperature drops from 38-40 with the stock cooler, to about 31-34 D. Celcious on Idle. This review was modfied by poster @ 08-12-07 10:54 PM

Thermaltake CL-P0401 110mm Full-Range Fan CPU Cooler
Cons:akwardly sized

Pros:Very low wieght! ease of install, wicks quad core cpu heat away easily ! keeps my g0 Q6600 b 3.33Ghz cool, with HIGH ambient temps, very impressive!!!
Comment:
I have this sitting on a g0 Q6600 b 3.33Ghz on a P5K-Deluxe with ambients in the 25 to 29c range (my apt is HOT) it keep the chip at 55c to 59c under full Orthos load,or TATor OCCT.While running FEAR or Farcry b 19x12 with my eVGA GTS640 it loads around 51c to 52c with hgih ambients...The base finish is the best I have seen, next to a Enzotech Ultra X.Temp wise,Its as good as a Tuniq 120,with a lot less wieght(900+ grams for the Tuniq versus 637 grams for the V1,that wieght is with mounting hardware AND fan included on the V1 !!!),and TONS less stress on your mobo. You can move your case around now, without having to worry about your motherboard cracking in half along the way !! LOL.Pricy ? Yes,but, you get what you pay for,as in anything these days.I was going to buy a Tuniq 120 for 50 bucks, but after having to mount a few of them over the last few weeks for clients, and seeing the hassle,I decided I wanted the performance without the HUGE bulk (the tuniq 120 is a monster),and wieght.

Thermaltake CL-P0401 110mm Full-Range Fan CPU Cooler
Cons:Blue led only , other led color could be great...

Pros:Very silent and sweet in my case:)You can adjust the speed...The copper shine as hell!
Comment:
Pretty good hs, my Q6600 stock pass too 32 celcius too an amazing 19 celcius idle (the room temp)...(38-40 celcius with 4 prime95 about 1 hours!) Now im ready to overclock this babe!!!Very simple too mount on the cpu, same as the original intel.I change the thermal paste for artic silver 5.Think this is the best HS from Thermatake , look good, silent a low fan speed (a jet at fast mode...) and make a good job!Even the motherboard as drop 4 celcius!I have command at first the new ultra 120 extreme from thermalright but it was back order, and im in love with this one now!!! ;)Tidoy This review was modfied by poster @ 05-28-07 11:25 AM
