Pretty good case, but not perfect
Comment:
I got this case to build a gaming PC for my brother. I like the fans and the ventilation it offers. Cable management is almost non-existent. I screwed everything down, so the tool-less option wasn't much of an issue. Beautiful to look at and it lights up red! The top fan cannot be swapped out unless you can get another fan that is as narrow as the stock 230MM fan. Overall I don't regret picking this. Antec 902 would be better.

Great case for a first build
Comment:
This case is an excellent value. its fantastic for anyone needing a case that keeps everything cold, but doesnt have a couple hundred dollars to spend. My only caveat is that the Tool-less system is a little flimsy, but its not at all difficult to just go screw happy and get everything in there nice and tight. Also this case looks beautiful inside and out, but it is a little flimsy. Although unless you plan to take your computer hiking i think itll be fine.

Very cool
Comment:
I did a lot of looking and searching before selecting this case. I was looking for something stylish, but mostly the ability to keep my gaming components cool. This does the trick. My CPU use to get up to 160 Degrees F during heavy play. Now it seldom breaks 100. I do think they could have provided better cable management, but for the price and for the cooling job I needed, this was a great buy. Only took about 20 min to swap from old case to new.

V9 ROCKS!
Comment:
This is probably the sexiest Tower I've ever seen. It is practical and has many options. I especially love the two 230mm Fans that help keep my system cool. Only one problem with the tower is the quick clip system. It tends to get a bit loose as you can only securly mount on one side... Other than that its the best tower I've ever purchased or seen on the market. Its a Must buy for any builder.

Great Case
Comment:
Great case! Easy to work on and everything fits great. One problem though. If you use the H50 Cooler, the large 240mm fan on the inside of the side of the case won't clear the cooler radiator. You will have to mount the fan on the outside of the case.

Thermaltake mid-tower V-9
Comment:
I am very happy with this case. It is roomy and has great cooling while being nicely quiet. I have a GTX 260 video card, 4 hard drives and an AMD 955 black edition CPU. So far have not done much heavy duty gaming but have not seen heat rise but 5 degrees, even with factory CPU cooler. Can't get over how quiet with 4 fans, I'm impressed. Perfect condition out of the box, nothing bent or broke and it is very solid. I am slightly disappointed that to remove a drive I have to remove both side panels. On a 10 point scale I'd give it 9.5. Terrific!

great buy
Comment:
got this case not to long ago (sadly not from tiger) great cooling and looks awesome. Tooless bays are great, however if you put them in the wrong way the locking mechanism will break very easily as I found out... stupid mistake. Only real complaint is that the case seems a bit flimsy but if youre looking for a case thats not to expensive but still gives great preformance and quality then this is the one for you.

Best value in price range!
Comment:
Received case yesterday, installed all components with no problem. Case has ample room inside to work, nice ability to route cables inside with wire ties for management. Fans are whisper quiet and move A LOT of air.Overall this case could easily be considered best in its class, with features like bottom mounted PS and great airflow, designs usually found in higher end cases. And all fans are included.I'm very pleased with the case and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another for any future builds. Also like the feature of hard drives that are turned sideways for a cleaner look and easier access. If you are looking for a great solid case without a lot of the cheap bells and whistles, take a look at this case, you wont be disappointed!

Great case great price!
Comment:
I had my doubts with 2-230mm, 2-120mm and a 70mm fan with a 700 watt power supply being quiet well it is very quiet and every thing fit with room to spare large internal space for a mid tower case.

nice buy
Comment:
i got this case as a replacement for my other case that did not quite work out and i have to say i really like it.. the 2 HUGE built in fans are very nice and quiet move alot of air as well but one thing i have to say about them is not good.. the upper fan had an issue from day one and that was the fan was knocking against the fan supports and i had to cut them out and shove screws into it to make it stop knocking and being quite annoying... other than that all the features on this case were what i was looking for... style features... all a plus but plastic supports for a fan that has to deal with alot of pressure? tsk tsk tsk thermaltake ;p

Stylish
Comment:
Just got the case for my first build. I love the styling. has alot of bays and plenty of space to work in. cable management isn't too bad, could be better. have a huge heatsink in, fit very nicely. only problem i had was the rear shield. you have to work the metal to get it off becareful you might bend the case, but its not that big of a deal. the tool less drives are nice, except the expansion slots are kinda flimsy u may want to screw whatever you have in it down.

Very Acceptable Case
Comment:
have had it around 2 weeks, case fans are still next to silent. took the tool-less stuff out but that was no issue. It's a pretty roomy case. cable management isn't so great in my build but I did not spend a whole lot of time on it. Had a slight issue getting the stock backplate it comes with to pop out during motherboard installation but other than that setup was fast and as issue free as could be expected. Definitely recommended.

Great Case
Comment:
Just added this case to my new build, even after a few bad reviews concerning the fans, i snagged it.. It was very easy to set up, plenty of anchors for cable management, and plenty of space to fit most of your components.. My only suggestion is to check the fans prior to start up, make sure everything spins freely..

Very good but slightly loud rear exaus fan
Comment:
The case itself is very sturdy and comes with plenty of screws and tie wraps. The 2x230mm fans on the side and top are very quiet yet push a lot of air. The only problem i have is that the rear exaust fan which pushes too much air.

Fantastic case!
Comment:
I just put together a new pc build using this case (with Biostar T41 MB and Celeron 2.4ghz Dual Core). I am extremely happy with this case. Great construction, lots of space to work inside, great features & value (especially considering it comes WITH the top, front and back fans). It is keeping the system running nice and cool (between 25 and 30 degrees C on average). Nice and quiet considering the big fans in it. This is a fantastic case at an unbeatable price. Highly recommended!

Reasonably priced case with fantastic ventiliation
Comment:
The ventilation on this case is amazing. Haven't had any problems at all with overheating, even after hours of gaming. Gigabyte MoBo, 8GB RAM, 2WD 1TB Caviar Green HDDs in RAID-0, Phenom II 965 Blk, HIS Radeon 5770 all running fast, cool, and fairly quiet. Two complaints, the side fan (and size of the case) limit the size of CPU cooling fan you can mount, but the Thermaltake website listed the MAX height of CPU fan it could accommodate so I didn't have to do any trial and error, but I did have to dramatically limit my selection. Second, after about 3 days of use the top fan started making a horrible sound that sounded like the whole case was about to explode. I couldn't see anything that had come loose and could be tightened, but the fan was rubbing on something on one side so I had to RMA it. Hoping the second case doesn't have this problem. Looks great, is very quiet, and cools like a champ.

Purely Amazing design and productivity. The case should be rated GOLD. I have an MSI platinum mobo with 2 BFG GeForce 1g 250's SLI'd and an ChillTec Cooler installed. 750w power supply, 2 hdd's (one 500g, other terabite). IT KEEPS EVERYTHING AMAZINGLY COOL and PLENTY OF HEAT is conjured. EVERYTHING is dispersed, not even kidding. Those 2 HUGE fans suck air in and the ones in the back (added one ontop of the red one in the back...just because idk, it feels like a turbo) and everything is so nice and cool and the amazing part is it's so QUIET. The sick lookin black design with red light shows that it's no ordinary case, it's Thermaltake. Again, Thermaltake did it again. LOVE IT.

ThriceDarkness - A PERFECT case for an AWESOME PC
Comment:
MSI + Phenom II + Triple SATA II RAID Array in a silent, black case. It couldn't have come out better even if I had designed it; wait, I did !!! The recessed, red fan in the front gives a sinister look to this powerful PC, of which all else is jet black, 'cept for the blue power light. Case is very quiet and my parts stay cool. It was very easy to install all my components. I have a feeling I will be building more of these . . . awesome job Thermaltake !!!

SOLID CASE GOOD VALUE
Comment:
Ok overall the case is great, solid feel and plenty of fans. I had a small problem with the top 23cm fan rubbing on the case. Defect? Don't know. Fixed problem by removing the top grill, wrapping two zip-ties around the fan spokes and pulling it up through the grill, raising the fan about 1/4 inch. Not rubbing now. You can't control the fan speeds because they are straight MOLEX powered unless you bought fan control unit. Removed the tooless thing because PCIE cards were coming loose and prefer the screw anyway. Plenty of space in the case. You can stagger three hard drives behind the front intake fan. Hard drives stay well below 33C even when under heavy load. Gigabyte MOBO AMD 955 blk edition, 8Gb RAM, Radeon HD 4870 two WD blk edition hard drives and Maxtor. NO COOLING PROBLEMS AFTER THREE WEEKS
