Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:Big

Pros:Good Cooling, low noize
Comment:
This cooling product is pretty good. I reduced my gpu temps 4C on idle and 10C on burn. It makes little noize if it is on low put when you speed it up it does tend to get noizy.

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:Makes a lot of noise, does not cool your gpu what so ever

Pros:Nice blue light
Comment:
I bought this thing like a week ago, it does not cool your video card enough and it is completly pointless unless you want some nice blue lights. The fans on this card make a hell of alota noise, specially on high.Next time i buy it, it will be there to brighten up my case, not for cooling.

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:-can be noisy at high setting-a little expensive for $20-only cools graphic cards-render PCI slot between graphic card and fan card useless

Pros:-bright LED-good airflow-adjustable fan speed-2 fans rather than other similar product with only 1 fan
Comment:
Overall, this is a great product. It cools the graphic card really well. It drop my graphic card from 39*C to 30*C and it lowered my motherboard temperature from 22*C to 18*C. This comes with 2 fans rather than other similar products with only 1 fan. It produce a bright glow and it is even brighter if there are UV cold cathodes installed in the case. A little steep for $20 but there are no other products that seems to be better. It does require you to lose 1 to 2 PCI slots in between the graphic card and the fan card though, but for lowering the graphic card's temperature is well worth it.

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:- A little loud on high setting

Pros:- Great cooling solution- Nice LEDs- Doesn't take alot of power
Comment:
This is a nice little cooling solution that has lowered my temps by a good amount. For $20, it was definitely worth it, plus the blue LEDs don't hurt if you happen to have a case window. It is loud if you crank up the speed, but I keep it near medium and I don't really care about the sound that much anyway. Overall, a great bang for the buck.

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:Good air flowLights up well

Pros:Good air flowLights up well
Comment:
The cooler does its job. The molex connector is set up as a pass through so it takes up very little space. I find the fans are loud on high setting but relatively quiet when on low. I don’t really like having to go around the back of my system to adjust the fan speed but the only other option would be to route the wires through the case which would be less desirable.

Cons:can be a bit noisy

Pros:Looks cool, variable speed, PCI slot
Comment:
I like this fan card. It not only helps light up the case and cool down the video card, but it's a unique item that I can brag to my friends about.I would definitely buy another... but only if I had another video card to cool down.

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:can be loud on high if you have a very silent pc

Pros:pushs alot of air attractive blue lights
Comment:
I have had this for a little over a month now and I am impressed. It helps keep my video card cool and make the inside of my case a little brighter. I have read it can be loud on high setting but unless you have a very silent pc you wont notice it to much.

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:- price is a little bit high although u can PM for $15....- Get loud on high speed

Pros:- Lights up UV blue- Push ALOT of air- Controlable speed- looks great in window case- amzing force feed cooling
Comment:
I bought this with the Zalman VF700-CU. If your a hardcore overclocker. that is the setup you want if your on a buget.Basically use this to force feed the VF700. it acts to cool the memory sinks aswell. So basically cooling the fins of the HS, along with the sinks, leads to superior air cooling. Nothing can touch this.highly recommend.

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:not a case fan..

Pros:it really cools your video card
Comment:
this thing is not a case fan really, it doesn't cool down your system temp, rather it intends to act as a video card cooler. Before i install this, my radeon 9600XT was like 40*C, after installed it went down to 31*C...so not bad.. btw, i think people have exaggrated the noise level. When it is on high, it does make noise, but not loud. But i agreed to the fact that it is abit pricey, i recommand try this if u manage to cope one under the $20 price tag. IF not, better spend the $ on an extra case fan instead...

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:- Long power cord not necessary

Pros:- Solid construction.- Provides decent cooling.- Looks cool.
Comment:
I purchased this card on a whim, despite what I’d read regarding the ridiculous noise levels it produced. I needed an inexpensive solution to add to the cooling of my video card. While the highest setting certainly is a little loud, it is tolerable. Don’t expect too much real cooling power from this card, it does it’s job as a supplemental solution but not as a main solution to video card overheat.Construction wise the card is very solid and attractive to look at. The power cord is unnecessarily long and kind of detracts from the aesthetics I had established in my case. A little bit of coiling and heatshrink took care of it though. Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:I wish they would have figured out how to take power from the pci slot itself, and allow software fan speed control.

Pros:Cools the card better than anything else without doing major mods.
Comment:
I bought this to cool a friends card that had just a passive heatsink for cooling. I talked him into this so he could at least use it on any other card he wanted to buy in the future. It lights up the case real nice, and it definately does a good job cooling, however unless they come up with a design that takes power from the PCI slot I wouldn't buy one for myself.

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:-sounds like hurricane on high settings and get annoying whine at low settings due to Pulse Width Modulation

Pros:+blue lights
Comment:
This product decreased my case temps about 2 degrees when on the lowest setting. I was quite disappointed in the noise this product produced though. On high, it's a freaking hurricane. On low, the fans aren't really making any noise, BUT this product uses Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and emits a bit of a whining sound. The noise levels in either low, medium, or high was enough for me to take it out of my computer. This also takes power from your PSU, not your PCI Slot. You just put it into your PCI Slot, but it receives no power from it. The blue lights also do not dim whether you are on high or low.So beware the noise of this product. If noise is of no concern to you, this can really push a lot of air out of the bottom of the case and give you modders some nice blue lights to look at.

this thing does a good job at cooling my x800 pro, dropped the temps a few degrees and teh lights are a nice addition to my other blue led case fans. i'll probably get another for my sisters pc.

I got this at a local store for $19 cnd + tax. It's for cooling my video card(plan to get 9800pro. now still running Ti4400)Many 3rd party reviews has proved this thing does cool down their pc parts and case temperature a bit.The noise level is from 25 ~ 36.64 dBA. At lowest speed, it won't bother most of you. At mid speed(30dBA approx), i feel some. At highest speed, it's a bit annoying. Depends on your motherboard, this not-so-big PCI slot fan may take up 2 of your PCI slots if your AGP/PCI slots are very close to each other. For ex, my Asus p4s8x-x has 6 PCI slots. If i put this fan to the toppest PCI slot, it will slightly touch the AGP slot card, leadtek Ti4400 which is a little big. So i gotta use the 2nd pci slot. Make sure it fits your case before you buy.For realistic buys who wanna know the temp experiment, go to vantecusa.comthey'll direct you to more reviews.4 star for $32. I know it has big 2 fans+light+fan control but $32 is a bit much for a fan. I wish i could tell you where to find the $19 deal :)

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:Very Loud on Highest SpeedContruction is Weak

Pros:Very Good Add-On to Increase the Airlfow for Vid Card and MoboSpeed Control
Comment:
Overall I dont know if I would buy this item again. Since I have a MSO FX5900XT I cant really tell if it is doing anything or just taking up space in my case my first one lasted 2 hours before the fans stopped working, I RMA'ed it got another one and since then its been running 4 months straight no problems. The only complaint is the noise when it is on high speed even with my Sonata case it was unbarable.

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card LED UV Blue 2400-4000RPM 17.7-29.5CFM 25-36.6DBA
Cons:loud at full speed.Construction quality.

Pros:Very good air flow to cool AGP card and Mobo.Vertical flow from the bottom.Speed control mid to very high flow.
Comment:
I installed this fan card under my Sapphire Radeon 9600 NP which does not have a fan on his heatsink. Cooling is supperior than any of the HSF which we can find on the current video card. At low speed the noise is low and the air flow is very sufficient. At high speed it is loud and the air flow is very high. The power connector and wires are not great but it works. A lot of blue leds and look great. I recommend this fan card although construction quality is not very good. I paid it 25$ plus taxes in a local store. I dropped my motherboard temp. by 8 C (now at 28 C) at low speed. This review was modfied by poster @ 04-10-04 08:51 AM

Cons:none noted!

Pros:Cools video cards without modding!, Looks awsome!, adjustable fan speed, Just what i was looking for!
Comment:
This thing is awsome! I wanted to overclock my videocard, but i was affraid to mod the stock heatsink (the ATI 9800pro) Then i cam across this! It fit perfectly into the slot below my video card (where nothing else could fit) and blows a powerfull strem of air directly onto it! It also dropped my MB temp by 4 degrees! This is a must have, no need for a Video card cooler anymore!
