Product seems good so far. Be sure to read the fine print on ANY rebate. I bought 2 RAM sticks that were advertised as each having a $20 rebate. But the fine print says only one per household. Since one stick was for my father I thought maybe I could give him one of the rebates. Wrong. More fine print. The rebate address must match invoice address. Seems they thought of every possible sleezy way to screw over the customer. I probably will not deal with these folks again because of this unethical business practice.

The 2 one GB sticks really kicked my 2.8 GHZ P4 into gear. I haven't seen the rebate yet but; it's only been three weeks since I submitted the paperwork and have already gotten acknowledgement from wintec. So far, I'm impressed

An actually still slighty overpriced(after rebate) for 1 x 1gb 333 mhz ram compared to 400mhz, which you can get 2 x 1gb 400mhz ram pieces for around $45 sometimes, on other websites. When I bought this, I was not paying attention to the mhz, and buying to get free shipping from tigerdirect.

Had son-in-law install new RAM and computer works so much faster. Happy with that, but have not seen the $20.00 rebate from Wintec, how long does that take?

The 2 DIMMs installed quickly and have had no trouble with them to this point. Reading about others and Wintec's rebates is scary, however, they seem to be moving along with mine, so we'll see.

This RAM is working well. It helped speed up my old machine and cured random errors I was getting, caused by flaky memory, I'm sure. However, I bought this product late in December, and by the time I got the device and had a chance to apply for the rebate, the offer code had changed, along with the valid dates. There was no way to get a code for the date of purchase. You MUST get a code and process it before the expiry date or you are out of luck.

I purchased a Wintec AMPO 1 gig PC3200 DDRR 400MHz memory stick in October which worked fine for the app used, however don't trust them to provide you the rebate they promissed, as I have had to jump through all the hoops and have still not received the lousy $5. I wouldn't chance a larger one rebate.

I used this to upgrade my wifes old p4 machine, it double the speed and now runs applications and programs quickly.

No problems whatsoever with installation of memory. Works great after about one month. Have received email indicating rebate is being processed, but have not received it yet, so 4 star on value until and if I actually receive it, then 5 star value.

I'm not a technician, but installed the memory, fired up my computer and it is working purposely. This was an upgrade and I can tell a tremendous difference in speed. I purchased the memory promising a $20.00 rebate. The rebate seemed a little complicated so I have up.

After reading the reviews on how the rebate was functioning, I also decided to take the chance. I was happy to find additional UPC code stickers located on the back of the packaging. Product arrived quickly, was easy to install, and works perfectly.

I happened on an article re: MEMORY upgrades. I decided to give it a try. Well all I can say is it was the best thing I did. NOT ONLY is my Computer operating BETTER than New, now I have the money to spend on someting else offered.

I purchased this memory for a customer. After reading the reviews on how the rebate was functioning, I decided to take the chance. Upon receiving the memory I inspected it and found an additional UPC code that is the exact same that is on the sticks themselves. It's located on the back of the memory cases towards the bottom. I don't know if this is something Wintec started recently doing but they should suffice for acquiring the rebate.

Installed into my all-in-one and it worked great, no problems. I even added the old 512MB card and that worked as well, even though it shouldn't have. The max of this particular model is supposed to be 1GB. No overclocking needed and it hasn't overheated.

Purchased three memory sticks for my Dell Optiplex GX270 with no issues and once installed the speed of the computer has dramtically improved. I am very satisfied with this product. Pricing was great with the current rebate program and delivery of the items was within three business days. I have no problem recommending this Wintec product.
