Great Value- BUT that pesky rebate

I couldnt be more pleased with this memory, I received it quickly, it installed easily, and it made pages load much faster when browsing the net. But, that rebate is hard to follow, requires very specific information ie the bar code, etc. and must be sent in quickly lest you forget. Then there's the waiting, and of course you can't redeem more than one. I say just give me a discount code instead. |

Wintec memory good deal - however

I was very happy with the product, delivery and price until I received the prompt to share my opinion of this product. I realized then that I had forgotten to mail the rebate. The one thing that the manufacturer knows that happens 75% of the time is that people forget about the rebate. Without the rebate this purchase was of average value. I hate rebates. |

the value is in the rebate and the restrictions on the rebate ruins the value for example i purchased, 3 of these memories for 3 different people but i can only use 1 rebate and that is not fair and it ruins the value |

Blue Screen of Death

Correctly installed the TWO new memory cards. And now have a daily problem with 'DRIVER NOT LESS OR EQUAL' and computer locks out in a blue screen. All work is lost !! AND rebate site is horrible. Did not get one of the rebates !!! |

When my 8 year old computer's memory started forgetting, I shopped here. Chose this memory because of the rebate. Just wish they'd reduce the price as a SPECIAL, or an INSTANT REBATE rather than make US go through the rebate hassle.
