Have been using it for 3 weeks now. It is a much better card than I thought it would be. Performance is good, better than some more expensive cards and the price is right. Can't beat it for the money. I'd recommend this one.

This is my second time buying this product and for 20 Bucks, you can't beat it. Performs just as good, if not better, as those other high brands.

Comment:
Had this card for almost a year now. It was extremely easy to install and connected right away.I had my Desktop in the Living room and my Router was on the other side of my apartment in the bed room. The signal was often low to very low and disconnected quite a bit. Sometimes the signal was gone for a split second and sometimes for 2-5 minutes, which was kind of annoying. I ended up moving the Desktop in the Bedroom and my Laptop (built in wireless) in the Living room and now I always have Excellent connection. It still disconnects occasionally if no one is using the PC and very seldom it will disconnect while I am reading something on a webpage. But it reconnects right away. I guess I can't complain for the price.

I had no problems with the item, it works fine with Windows XP & IE 7! The only problem I had was getting the REBATE. I ordered the adapter > 8-17-06 < and received the rebate > 3-23-07

Works fine with Linux and Ndiswrapper Set it up in Mepis 6.5rc1,(99 % based on Ubuntu) the only hitch was that I had to uninstall another ndiswrapper driver that recognized, but dit not work with this hardware how to do it: http://www.mepis.org/docs/en/index.php/Using_Ndiswrapper

Simply install the configuration utility that comes in the CD before installing the card in your PC and it will work perfectly. No complicated configurations, no issues with windows XP, very nice TrendNet!

This just not work. I have tried it in two computers and iot does not work. It did not connect when it was moved four feet away from the base. I have a D link that performed well in both machines.

Installed this in an old Windows ME machine and it works just fine. Signal is always at 94% or better being about 25' away from my wireless router a couple rooms away. Installation was easy and pain free. I've copied some rather large files and have never experienced a drop.

Terrible product. It gave a low to very low signal from about fifteen feet away, which often dropped entirely. I switched to a cp brand card and have excellent reception.

It installed and configured easily on XP Home at a great price. I use it mostly for web surfing and email and haven't had any problems. The tracking number from UPS only said ''In Transit'' the whole time, but it arrived in Colorado in 5 days, so no worries.

I have this card in a file server six feet away from the wireless router. It constantly drops the signal. Not a big deal except for large file copies, which I do a lot of. You get what you pay for.

I haven't had any problems with it. It has been about 3 months now. Good signal, little/ infrequent drops. I actually can't really recall any drops; I'm sure it has dropped a signal a few times, but nothing a restart couldn't fix. Super easy to install; I just screwed the antenna on & popped it in the PCI slot.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE NOT USING WINDOWS! IT WILL NOT WORK! - Trendnet has yet to release a Linux, or Unix (and all of its derivatives) driver. Now, I am running windows (only because I have to because of this card)... but I have had no problems with it. I maintain an almost perfect connection constanly (although the computer is almost literally directly above the router). The only time it has had trouble connecting is when power went out and the router and computer reset strangely and wouldn't find each other, and also, one time the actual antenna messed up, but, it got itself back to working. But other than that, it has worked flawlessly, and uses very little computer resources. So... it is a good card. but, I have to give two ratings for it. If on windows - 5 Stars If not on windows - 0-1 star

Trendnet installation was a breeze. Put the card in, start up, and let the CD do the rest. For the money, one of the best values for wireless networking

Installed easily with Windows XP. Set up on a WPA key and worked great. Signal does fluctuate but never have a problem accessing the network or internet. Speed is very good with this card and a very good price. Owned for several months with no issues.

Great buy. Easy installation, although the documentation was slightly different than what needed to be done during installation. Worked correct from the time of installation. Highly recommended.
