So far so very good and haven't had any challenges. Wish the 1tb wasn't out of stock when I bought it trigger I want it was bigger! I purchased two of these to run in raid . Following receiving my new motherboard replaced I had a single fail on me inside hours of use. I tried to RMA the drive but now it's as well late and I have to go by way of the company for a replacement. Have purchased quite a few of these in the previous with no problem, so I'll give WD benifit of the doubt. Dead on Arrival. New construct, BIOS did not see drive. Drive produced a constant clicking sound. Swapped for identified very good HD which worked fine. Had to obtain replacement locally to provide on time. I like Newegg, but restocking charge for defective items is incorrect! Also, UPS 3 day shipping is a joke!

Quickly when it works. I ordered 5 drives for five new method builds. One drive failed the 1st day and a second failed 2 days in. To many poor clusters. Given that I ordered 5 drives and only three were good I'm rating only three eggs. I had read other evaluations on these drives and some have been mixed on their good quality. To that affecti I attempted to order the Samsung F3 drives but they were out of stock. Want I would have waited. Cudos to Newegg for a clean RMA approach.
