I bought 1 of these on sale for my parents, and I think its a great product when the price is right. It works quickly considering its on USB2 and is very quiet. Only downside I can think of is that their is no ESATA option. WD does sell other externals that do support it but they are quite a bit more than what I paid for this device. |
Its a pretty solid, simple external HDD but lacks some stuff such as on/off button and esata. Some people might like their ext HDD off when not in use.
