Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:Doesn't come with a 5.25 to floppy bay converter, so you can install a card reader of that size.

Pros:Good looksGreat coolingBottom mounted PSPlenty of room to work in6 internal HDD baysTop mounted I/O portsUnused PS cable stash spotPrice 49.99 on sale
Comment:
A really good solid case with great construction and looks, the 2 front 120mm will keep all of your HDD and system nice and cool and assembly was a breeze with all of the space it gives you. The PS cable stash spot is a real nice touch for cable management, this case is totally recommended.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:* Front Panel Connectors Are Too Short* No Filter On Side Vent* No Built-In Method To Put Tri-Cool Selectors Outside Case* Not Many Options For Cable Managment

Pros:* Excellent Airflow* Reasonably Roomy* Extremely Well Priced* Top Mounted Power/Inputs/Audio* Easy To Work With* Intuitively and Thoughtfully Designed
Comment:
Well, I have tons to say about this case but I'll try and keep it brief.Overall I really like it. It has some features that are way better implemented than in the cases older brother, the Antec 1200 (I've built systems with it as well). This case only requires the removal of the side panel and 3 easy tabs to remove the front plate. Then the filter piece just pops out to be washed. The 1200 requires the removal of ALL 8 thumbscrews per cage to get at the filters. This means BOTH panels + 16 screws (off and on again). THIS case is a VAST improvement in that regard. The ability to mount my own fans in front is nice, and the interior was surprisingly well thought out for cable flow. There still isn't a ton of space for a crammed system, but there are some great places to put cables as much out of the way as possible. There are little spacers for a 120mm ATX PSU to be mounted fan-downward and still get airflow to it. There isn't a bottom hole, but the space does allow air to get to the fan, that's a nice touch. The top fan does make a fair amount of noise when running full go. Still not enough to bother me, but I'd say it's the loudest part of my system. As for size, it is bigger than my last ATX case and it fits the form factor well. It has a bit more room where it is needed, but it is not a full tower by any stretch. In terms of parts, I was able to fit a 5870, though you lose the HDD's directly in front of it because it enters the bay a bit. It also fits a coolermaster 212+ with 2x 38mm Fans in a north south. There is about 1/2" clearance between the top fan and the upper 212 fan. It's basically a super wind tunnel with 120mm fan->212+120mm fan140mm vent fan. It vents a ton of air this way.I do have a beef that the side panel intake was not filtered, I think that is a poor oversight. Enough to cost the case a star in my book because even one unfiltered intake will allow enough dust to enter that it pretty much defeats the point of having filters in the first place. The Front Panel Connects are also waay to short to reach cleanly to their headers and instead I ended up with them in a diagonal across my mother board. That wouldn't have been my preference. Those gripes aside, I think is the best case for a moderate sized system and/or any casual/average user or for those on a budget. Well done Antec.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:- PSU had to be installed upside down- no side filters- no front fans- no eSata outlets...etc in the front

Pros:- solid case- designed airflow- sleek looking
Comment:
It's a really good case for the money, not many comparable ones in this price range!!Bsically it's simple and to the point. Meets all the basic requirements without hassle. The real problem is that I think it's only logical to have a good filter for the side fan slot, but there isn't one!

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:- lacks eSATA port on front- optional side fan would be unfiltered- must open case to access speed control for fans

Pros:- bottom mount PSU- air filter for front fans- sleek metal mesh front design- tri-cool fans- top mounted 140mm fan- adequate wire management- rounded metal edges inside case (no cuts)- good air flow- excellent value for the money!
Comment:
I also have a Antec Nine-Hundred R1 case. This case is nearly the same with the exception lack of blue LED bling and the smaller top fan. Sure the Nine-Hundred comes with the two front fans but this case is nearly twice as expensive. Really, for the money, this case is amazing. I added a Scythe S-FLEX for one of the front fan bays to add additional air flow for the motherboard and to cool the HDD.Wire management always seems to be a point of contention - for a mid-tower case, there is lots of room on the back side of the HDD bays to bundle up the PSU cables etc. I built my system with a non-modular PSU and I had no problems securing the extra cables on the side of the drive bay - there two cable ties already there for that purpose. The bottom mount PSU makes the most sense because if allows you to orient the CPU cooler to exhaust air straight up right into the 140mm top fan. Having the PSU at the bottom also adds some stability to the case because of the lower centre of gravity. The Antec Twelve Hundred & Nine Hundred R2 have the tri-cool fan speed controls mounted on the rear of the case and on the front. It would be nice if this case also had that but at this price point, its not expected. Also you really don't change your fans speeds that often so really not a big issue in the end.One area that may bother some is the lack of a filter for the optional side fan.A eSATA port would be good idea for the front panel. Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:Know that there's no external 3.5 in bay. Meaning you shouldn't buy a 3.5 in internal card reader as I did. Get the 5.25 one.

Pros:Great product, great price.
Comment:
Great product, great price, perfect for budget or office computer. Has great fans preinstalled. As I said in the weaknesses, don't buy any 3.5 in material since there's no bay adapter (which I thought there was since I normally buy higher end computer cases that always come with them).

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:A tight squeeze for my current graphics cardsWith only two fans coming with it, one should be front mountedCould use a few extra hooks for cable management

Pros:Enough room to fit just about anything inSurprisingly great airflow
Comment:
I got this for my friend's modest budget P55/i7 build and found that the praise is well deserved: this is a durable little case that can hold just about anything you need to fit in, even if just barely. Today's current graphics cards basically cut the case into two halves, so you really do need to fill both of the front fan spots in order to keep good airflow in the case. Since the case only comes with two fans, one at the rear and one on top, you will have to buy a couple intake fans for the front.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case

Pros:Quality build
Comment:
Cheap as hell. Solid steel, not too flashy. Could use more air filtering. Could use better fans. But for less than 60$, more than you'd expect.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:Lack of a full air filter system.

Pros:Solid case, not very fancy, and a so so air fliter system.
Comment:
Purchased a few of these for system builds for areas that have high dust and air particle levels. Was disappointed to find that the air filter is just on the front of the case on the hard drive fans only. A little bit of a pain for traditioanl computer user to remove. Found description a little misleading and was expecting a better fan filter system than I was expecting. Best to buy on sale, or buy the next case up.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:hard time with multi-gpu setups, could use some modular drive bays

Pros:Best bang for your buck!
Comment:
This has to be one of the best cases I've come across in a while for not only its price, but how good it actually is. I've in the past, spent a pretty penny on cases that have been twice the cost, but none the better than this. I've since bought two of these for me and my GF's computer and I haven't been happier.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:No 3.5 bay adapter (option)

Pros:Low price, high quality
Comment:
I bought this case a year ago and I'm entirely satisfy. I put add't fan with blue LED and the look is very nice. The air flow is correct at medium speed setting and noise is low. My son broke a USB port in the front and Antec replace it on warranty without issue. For the price, it's a very good product.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:-cant put the best gpus in here w/o it being a tight fit it goes in at all-would have liked a better option to change the fan speeds then opening the side door-no 3.5" external drive-no filter for the side vent(the front does why not the side?)

Pros:-very cheap for what you get-easy to work with-good airflow even without optional fans instaled-looks like its the best case budget build and even some mid end builds
Comment:
i got this for a build for my dad, and i was impressed with it, i thought $50? this is gonna be a little crappy, but man this case is so worth it. depending on what gpu i plan on getting for my next build i might just get this, but odds are i wont since if it fits al all, it would barely fit a big gpu. also, keep in mind most of the weakenesses are not really an issue since this is a budget case and you shouldn't all the bells and whistles as a $200+ case, but no side filter really seems dumb to me. but hey its $50.

Comment:
Great Case for the price. Looks good, bottom mounted PSU area and included cooling is great. The included fans have built in speed control ( low, med, high ) and do the job of keeping the case temp down. Highly reccomended

Cons:-Not fancy looking

Pros:-Cable Management-HDA or AC97 cable for front audio-2 Front USB-Bottom mount PSU design
Comment:
Great basic case if you don't want to spend money on the Antec NINE HUNDRED case. It offers almost everything the nine hundred offers except for the aethestic looks. I was specifically looking for this case and it was such a coincidence that I was able to bundle and save even more on NCIX!

Compared to the Two Hundred this is a beauty.Have bought a couple of them so far. They make for great low budget cases. Can fit plenty hard drives and large video cards. A plus for gamers. You might want to replace the fans or add a couple extra though so take that in to consideration.

Pros:On sale for just under $60.00! this is a great Buy
Comment:
Antec Three Hundred is an inexpensive mini-tower case for users demanding a small yet powerful case – according to the manufacturer there is enough room for you to install video cards from GeForce 8800 family in it –, featuring three 5 ¼” bays, six internal 3 ½” bays, one 120-mm rear fan, one top 140-mm fan (both with individual speed control), plus space for installing three extra 120-mm fans (two on the front and one at the side). Let’s take an in-depth look on this latest release from Antec.

I bought this case for a customer who needed a good air flow. This case is great but my only concern is that there is adaptor to add a 3.5in devices to the case (like a floppy or card reader). In the manual, it says to buy one online at the Antec Store, but they no longer have it available...
