Only complain is that there are only 2 front USB ports.

Jie_H@NCIX Rating: Review Date: 02/26/11	Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case Cons:- Can't hide cables behind back panel, nightmare for cable management (Haf 912 is so much better)- Have to use screws for both DVD-ROM and HDDs, not screwless design (Haf 912 is screwless for DVD-ROM and all HDDs)- Fan controllers are a joke. Don't have any holes to leave the controllers outside the case- No connectors to connect case fans to the motherboard, have to use molex (Haf 912 has)- Some motherboard screws can't be tightened up, signs of poor quality- Direction of HDD bay can't be changed (Haf 912 can)- No mounting bracket for SSD (Haf 912 has)- By default the 2 case fans are both outlet, making the system negative pressure and very easy to collect dust- Bottom PSU but no bottom outlet fan, have to blow air towards video card- No front inlet fan filter (Haf 912 has)- Ugly paint, extremely easy to leave fingerprints on- Who on earth would pay over $50 for this while the much much better Haf 912 can be PMed for under $50? Even for $30 I wouldn't go anywhere near this case. Pros:- Next to none comparing to my Haf 912 Comment: What a nightmare using this building a budget machine for a friend. I only got it because it's $30 after MIR. (NCIX wouldn't PM the 29.99 before MIR price at Memory Express.)My last two builds were Haf 912 and what a downgrade. I would never ever touch this case again. People give this case 4 or 5 stars because they have never seen Haf 912. Anyone paying more than $50 for this case is crazy. For less than $50, you can easily PM and get Haf 912 (too bad Haf 912 plus isn't available in Canada, which is an even better case). I can rationalize those paying $10 after MIR for this case, but not even for $30. It's that bad.

Will have to clean the dust from the vents from time to time, but that is regular maintenance work. The natural ventilation of this case is impeccable

I've used it for school and some customer builds. Its really cheap and I was able to PM it for only $10 (with MIR), which is in my opinion highway robbery. It works and is stable.

Pros:- Cheap- Nice looking- Get cooling system for a budget case.- 140mm fan- Lots of room- Easy to use Comment: You can't go wrong with this case if your on a budget. Cable management is above average except for the front panel connectors. It's just reaches if you have an ATX mobo with a front panel connection on the bottom left, but then you can't really hide the cable. You can only fit 4 HDDs if you have 1 long GPU. You can fit a reference HD 5870 in there, but just barely, keep that in mind when you're buying this case. However, it's not too bad.Other than that, the rest of the case is very good. You can a great cooling system, fits 4 120mm fans and has a 140mm on top. It's easy to take apart as well and the thumbscrews are an added bonus. Also, this case is a dream to work with since you actually have lots of space aside from the video card length.Overall, solid product, highly recommended for budget builds.

I hate how NCIX sales people don't tell you these things are coming!

Comment: I built myself a small NAS Server for storing my media files on and connecting it to my network. Well over the years I have accumulated a lot of media files and am constantly buying my drives to keep up with the data. I was using a small generic cheap case that didn't have a lot of room and had no openings for case fans. So I went on the hunt looking for an affordable case that offered a decent amount of room and good air flow capabilities. when all was said and done this is the case I went with and I have not been disappointed one bit, it is one HELL-OF-A CASE for the price. Luckily I got mine for 30$ after MIL, but it is still worth it at regular price. It is very sturdy and well constructed and with 2x decent 120mm fans for the front openings cooling is amazing. This case keeps my my 6 drives and system very cool, and for anyone looking for a value case for a gamer system look no further as well. Another great product from ANTEC!

It looks so professional and understated unlike a lot of other cases. It's easy to take off the side panel and put it back on. Tooless screw entry as well. The only downside is it only has two USB ports on the front which can be annoying. Otherwise, it's a great case at a great price.

Cooling is great, airflow is great. Bottom mounted works with this case because the Front Panel Connectors cable are very long. I bought the 6950, but i felt it was a little cramped and cables were a mess, but overall its a great case.

Pros:Good looking and strong. Comment: I must say it's a nice looking computer case with plently of space for mounting a big cpu cooler.On the wrong side, I want to say the included fans are goods but I would prefer a fan which can be also be plugged to the motherboard terminals. In this way the computer can controls the fan speed or it can be controlled by software.I must admit it is a little expensive as there is little hardware included with this case.

In fact all it needs is some cable management, more tool-less options, etc. and it could replace my PC-K58W as my main case, I think it looks that good.EDIT: Just looked behind the other side panel, Antec are sneaky beavers! They hid the extra screws box cleverly behind there! You know what else I found in the box other than just standoffs & screws... THUMBSCREWS! Lots and lots of thumbscrews! Comment: I've had it for a year, I've built 4 computers over the summer with the same case, and my friends have been very happy with it. It keeps things good and cool, and lots of space too!That's about it for this one.I think it might fit an EATX board, not really sure about that one.

Came with a ton of thumb screws. Very basic but very useful case on the cheap. Thumbs up. Comment: Purchased this as a cheap but well built case for some raid storage setup. Looking more for use and functionality than looks. With that said, the paint job is nice and the inside is well built. Good starter case, or a second case, or a fourth as in my instance.
