Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Comment:
Great and very clean style. I like the filter effort on the front and the potential to location two 120mmm fans in front of the six supported hdd cage. Couple low CFM fans are excellent for keeping NAS array cool. Lots of area - could hold up to 11 hdd if installed a three-five hdd cage in the five.25 cage. Wonderful for a bigger NAS array box. The included fans - each top and and top rated-rear have their personal separate switch for speed control. It would be nice to enable the motherboard to control these speeds and not have it manual control.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Comment:
Reasonably roomy inside, decent cable management, quality construction, no sharp edges, bottom-mounted PSU, excellent pre-installed fans, and straightforward, classy looks. No 3.5" bays...practically no 1 makes use of floppies any more, but there are nevertheless some useful peripherals that mount in a three.5" bay. I can\'t say sufficient about how considerably I enjoy this model. I've been making use of them for about a year and a half at this point for workstations at my job, and I can't go back to any lower-top quality situations. They're uncomplicated to work inside of, the high quality is outstanding, and a lot of believed went into the style. The 3 Hundred brings in a lot of the wonderful ideas of Antec's pricier gaming case offerings, even though nevertheless staying in the realm of a "budget" case.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Comment:
This case is incredibly easy but sturdy, and is really uncomplicated to function in. Though it's somewhat compact and lightweight, the interior isn't at all cramped and has a lot of room for expansion. Assembly was painless with this case, producing it a solid selection for new builders. Its largest selling point by far is its straightforward, clean design. Its classy black-steel exterior is a breath of fresh air when compared to quite a few of the low cost or flashy-looking spending budget instances on the market. The photos don't do it justice in my opinion: in individual, it looks like a significantly a lot more high-priced case than it actually is. As other individuals have mentioned, this case is loud. There's not significantly in the way of sound insulation, and the fans it comes with aren't the quietest. It's certainly noticeable, even if it is just white noise. The dust filter on the front of the case is also slightly annoying to remove and replace for cleaning. The filter clips into the front panel, and although taking it out is a breeze, snapping it back into spot can be frustrating. The flipside of this case's basic style is that it's lacking in several characteristics of much more high-priced cases (ex. soundproofing, as mentioned above). Maintain a close eye on its price; when it's on sale, it's a great value, but at its list price, I feel it's a small overpriced.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:No USB 3.0

Pros:Good build quality (not great)CheapComes with a 120mm and 140mm fanVery airy and cool caseLots of places to put fans
Comment:
I got this on sale for less than 50. A day after I saw the Antec One for even cheaper and it has USB 3.0 ports. I dunno which is better overall, but I would've preferred the front USB 3.0 ports.Anyway, I can't really complain. This is a pretty solid budget gaming case for the price. Better build quality than the sub 40 cases out there.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Comment:
Antec did a wonderful job with this, and it appears that they seriously thought about the consumer when designing this. The steel casing is sturdy and quite appropriate. Mesh and air filter in front is incredibly attractive and great for cooling. Quite simple installation for all of my elements except for the power supply, which is okay due to the fact as soon as you get it in, it is Quite snug. Nevertheless wants screws though, just in case. Don't have a modular power supply like my brother has with the same case, but I managed to hide all of the cables in there (lots of cables also, so excellent amount of room in there.) I want to be seriously crucial, but I just can't consider of anything negative. I hooked up the front USB, power switch, etc. in the correct way (positive to positve, unfavorable to negative, which means no fire. I am essentially glad they didn't paint the inside black, since I like them and they would be wasting good money in the lengthy run. Doesn't do what a case doesn't do... make me a sandwich Good case. Worth the cost. Fantastic style. Two fans is very good adequate I guess. Place the a single in the back in the front. No overclocking = no needed added fans.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Comment:
Sturdy with two huge, quiet, manual setting 3 speed fans. Abundant possibilities for air cooling of performance components. I like bottom mounted PSU's, and this case has a channel with zip ties to rout up the significant wires that operates well with that configuration. Toolless screws fit my HDD's with ease but not my ASUS DVD burner. While I routed power provide wires with ease, and keeping them tidily out of airflow, the secondary, four-pin motherboard line from my Antec EarthWatts PSU had no easy portal. I could route it underneath the board, but I don't want it to make contact, so it hangs. When I locate a case I like I use it for successive builds. This one particular will possibly finish up with three or four processor stickers on it.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:-Flimsy side panel-USB's came crooked

Pros:-Cheap price-Sturdy build quality-Awesome availability for cooling compared to price
Comment:
This case is awesome if you're planning on building a budget gaming machine, or a budget machine in general. the price is comparable to those near the $75-90 dollar range in terms of expandability and how many things you can fit in this case. Also, the bottom mounted PSU is a plus. The length of the graphics cards that you can fit are numerous.

Fantastic case, fits a lot of big components. Fit in a 4870x2 and a CM Hyper 212+ heatsink with no problems. Nice seperate mounting region towards the bottom for 1 SSD drive. Comes with a seemingly unnecessary amount of screws. Terrific construct quality for such a low price point. No external 3.five" bay, but won't effect most men and women. Excellent service from Newegg as usually.

-This case a very good quantity of space with decent cable management.-Easy to add in drives-I like the solution to add in additional fans.-I like the PSU layout. The PSU sits on the bottom of the case. -No mobo speaker-Would appear better if the back and inside of the case was black too It may well be challenging to fit some PSUs securely in the case

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:no 3.5 inch drive slot in front

Pros:price to quality ratio
Comment:
If you're a minimalist like me, than this is a great case. Yes, it will fit a Radeon 6970 in it. I have no complaints that it just BARELY fits, to me this is a positive as it helps reinforce the fact that it is a true minimalists case. Adding a video card of that size will render one of your hard drive slots unusable though. I added three Coolermaster R4-L2R-20 120MM Red LED Case Fan's to the case and they work like a charm. I did have a slight issue trying to screw a fan into the side of the case with the screws that were provided, the screws refuse to screw all the way in, so it doesn't look quite as nice and it's a bit flimsy. This can be fixed by buying better/rubber screws though I'm pretty sure. There seems to be a lack of quality 5.25" card reader drives on the market, and there's no 3.5" slot in the front of the case to install a 3.5" card reader, so it's worth noting if you plan on installing a card reader or similar drive. After two months of usage, the front air filter was a complete mess to the point that I could barely notice the red LED fans shining through. This is good though as it means it's working. All in all a great case.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:back fan should be moved because i feel it could be used more optimally on the bottom front of the PC to increase air flow

Pros:well aerated, good powerful fans for cooling
Comment:
good mid-tower, light but too bad it's made with thin metal, not like the old ANTECs where they used to make the casing a bit thicker and heavier.

Comment:
Plain. Simple. Functions. Its not SUPER sturdy like I had noticed mentioned, but its not extremely flimsy either. I would say the finest component about it is its simplicity. Effortless to eliminate, put together; easy operate space. The wires had been not at all a hassle to connect for my rig. 50$ appears like a more reasonable price tag. But ten$ to me isn't a enormous deal so that's about it. Advertised as "Mini-Tower." Size is just at 18x18x8 Inches. Not that small but I like the size personally - its a genuinely good medium size as my perception. Also the two fans provides plenty of airflow.

I've built a 1000+ clone systems in the final 15 years and I've never seen a greater searching, superior built case. Unless you are making use of some freaky long cards or need a massive raid 5 array, you can't go incorrect with the 300. I have no complaints that would maintain me from acquiring once more. It's just a nice case. Looks good, has area, nicely engineered. Very good for property use unless you are into teenage gadget norp seeking plastic embellishments and lights.

Looks wonderful. Bigger than I thought based on reviews, a lot of space for expansion. Came with a ton 'o major "thumb" screws. Make quality is fantastic for the value, even the five.25 slot covers are metal mesh. Only two fans included. All I want is a straightforward black case that doesn't appear tacky or dated. The two fans included do a fine sufficient job keeping all my internals cool.
