Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:Included fans aren't speed controlled by the mb.

Pros:Inexpensive
Comment:
Simple sturdy case with lots of ventilation open, nothing fancy and cheap. It doesn't come with a PSU which is a plus when building system as you can pick the right PSU for the build without wasting money on a case and psu combo. I know lots of people who own 300 and no complains.I would buy it again.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:Cable management wasn't great

Pros:CheapInconspicuous DesignAdequately spacious for mATX buildGood airflow
Comment:
Bought this for a budget build, which included an mATX mobo. That said, with the smaller mobo the case actually felt quite spacious. Not sure if I would have felt the same way with a full sized board, but as is, I was quite happy with this case.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Comment:
Although I just received this today, I'm already noticing an amazing difference in airflow and temperatures. CPU was at ㅪ-60° idle with my previous case, is now sitting at 40° under load (stock heatsink). The fans aren't almost as loud as I expected, and I can most most likely leave it on even though sleeping. In addition, the blue lights aren't really visible unless you're basically looking for them (a good factor, in my case). The PSU positioning is a little bit weird, and I may well get a new PSU for a longer 4-pin cable (I have mine pretty much stretched taut). Other than that, none so far. For ์ this can't truly be beat. Looks fantastic, is quiet, and has excellent airflow.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:Front USB ad headphone ports feel cheaper then you'd expect

Pros:Excellent return for your money, excellent ventilation
Comment:
Overall this is an excellent case for the money you're putting forward. I have used this case in 3 different situations for computers for close family members. Haven't been dissapointed yet. I love the room in the front for 2x120mm fans (not included). also the large fan at the rear top is very nice. I personally use the Antec 900 but find this to be a very nice lower end product from Antec.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Comment:
Great case, easy to work with, lots of space, no sharp edges, nicely built. No annoying flashy lights, very good air flow, no annoying door covering up my optical drives. Nit picks are even much less essential than usual; no case speaker, and no open three.5" bays. Also no removable motherboard tray at this value point. Because my very first Antec 3 Hundred case, I've used them in all my builds instead of ordering a diverse case just about every time looking for a decent one.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Comment:
Spacious, durable, no sharp edges, best-mounted buttons and connections, front filters are awesome, ideal air-flow I have ever encountered. Bottom-mounted psu can be tricky depending on your psu/mobo. I have bought two of these circumstances and cannot foresee myself ever purchasing a different model unless it's for an htpc setup. These are waaaaaaaay a lot easier to function with than any "tool-less" case. The ventilation is superb and the removable front filters are seriously durable and uncomplicated to clean. The fans move a lot more than adequate air even at the lowest setting. You would have to fill this thing with like six ten,000rpm challenging drives and crossfired graphics cards to get the temps anywhere close to a level of concern. The concern with the psu mounting is actually minor, you just have to be careful about the parts you order.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:no usb 3.0 or esata frontside port

Pros:quiet fans, cool, plent of room,
Comment:
Excellent case for the price (even at list price). Fans are quiet. Easy to install components. No external 3.5in bays in case you wanted to install card reader, etc. However, Antec does sell a 5.25in to 3.5in converter.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:- Inside should come painted black (it's not that expensive to do)- Needs a USB3.0 port at least.

Pros:- Price- Solid- Looks- Easy access for USB front ports
Comment:
Can't complain on this case. I use it on regular basis when building PCs for customers. Solid and cheap and it's Antec. Looks better than the local pickups here for the same price.

Adore this case! Sleek and sexy in a very grown up and respectable way. 2 stock fans are fantastic. Removable filter, SSD mount, and cable management all rock. Absolutely nothing considerable. No three.5" bays so preserve that in mind for card readers, usb3 headers, etc

Cons:- newer video cards just barely fit in due to length

Pros:- price- nice black look, very simple

Had this case for just over a year, was great, easy to work with, room for a few extra fans. Just grew out of it after a year, you will have a hard time fitting new video cards and managing cables with the longer cards.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Comment:
This case is remarkable. I have built five computers now for household and friends. This is the first case somebody picked out that was not a rosewill case. I enjoy the good quality of this case. Everything is less difficult, a lot more thought out, and additional durable. Comes with plenty of screws and I enjoy all the lil added characteristics and accessories that made me an antec fan. I will advise Antec from now on. Case door was creased a small bit, I dunno from when but I bent it a small and now the screw holes line up and you can barely notice it. Not a thing you can see anymore so not worth sending back. The box the laptop or computer parts came in was opened and a person had gone by way of it. This keeps happening with mail i get from UPS and USPS. I am thinking about switching to fedex even although I will have to spend far more.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:-Space (lack of)-Would've been nicer if interior was painted black

Pros:-Cheap-Good Build-Great for budget build-Rubber "non-slip" feet
Comment:
The case in itself proves to be of great quality. The case provides ample room for cable management. It looks clean, simplistic and minimalistic, all qualities I search for in a case. The top fan comes as a plus. Would recommend for any budge build. Watch out for 11 inch + video cards; they don't fit.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Cons:One tiny issue, not functional, but cosmetic. The whole case is satin black, and there is a top mounted black colored fan. That fan has power wires running from the fan motor, down a channel in the fan housing to the fan plug. Those wires are red and white and are faced up. Looking at the case from the top those visible red and white wires detract from the beauty of the case. It's not a big deal, just a cosmetic thing. But it catches the eye. I am tempted to remove the fan and paint the wires.

Pros:Simple, reserved lines & matte black finish. Easy to clean dust from the intake fan grills. Excellent cooling with two front 120mm fans, one rear 120mm fan, and one top 140mm fan. Mostly tool-less installation. Bottom mounted PSU.PSU: Though it is not advertised as such, the BP430 is an 80+ PSU.
Comment:
This is a nice case. It's stylish and has plenty of room inside as well as space to route cables. This had a 430 watt P/S in it and I had no problem with power cable length nor could I imagine a problem with the longest requirement. Antec supplied all the necessary hardware except the reduction bay so I could mount a floppy. I bought two of these cases and I was able to purchased the reduction bay's on the Antec website. Reasonable price and they came with everthing necessary, hardware, panel mount, etc. The case is solidly constructed. Nothing weak about these cases. It's a "larger" size ATX case. Would work well for a water cooler/radiator build or large size heatsink.

Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
Comment:
This case is amazing. I use an Antec 1200 for my individual computer, and the build high quality of it is outstanding. I have seen Antec 900's just before, and they are just as high good quality. I figured I would give the Antec 300 a shot at becoming my case of selection for customer builds and I believed appropriate. This case comes with the huge cieling exhaust fan which is 3-speed through a cabled switch (L/M/H). On high settings the fan is really really quiet and moves a lot of air. The rear fan is 120mm, with the similar cabled fan speed switch, which is also quiet. This case moves a lot of air and has wonderful ventilation, with optional 2x 120mm fan slots up front for HDD/Intake cooling, and one 1x 120mm fan slot on the left case side panel. With only two exhaust fans going, it draws air from the side and the front incredibly well, even without having additional fans. With three more 120mm fans, this case will move about the same quantity of air as the Antec 1200. This is the perfect all-purpose fantastic-looking case. Extremely recommende This case is oriented as such that the energy provide need to be mounted on the bottom. This isn't seriously a con per-se, however with the MicroATX motherboard and energy supply combo I utilized in this case, the power provide cables were barely long sufficient to reach their appropriate plugs on the motherboards. I'd advocate obtaining a higher-end modular energy provide for use in this case, as I am sure that low-end budget PSU's will have brief cabling difficulties as well. This case can be fitted with 3 additional 120mm fans, which are not included. This case only comes with the top exhaust, and rear exhaust fans. They are high high quality, but be advised that THIS case doesn't incorporate the fans up front - nor are they blue LED illuminated. The Illusion model Antec 300 includes the fans, this does not.I opted for the non-lighted version because this create is in a business environment and blue LED's are NOT expert IMHO.Unlike it's major brother Antec 1200, this case does not feature air filters. This case immediately earned my praise the moment I took it out of the box. It is really elegantly styled, and is low-important. It looks extremely excellent, the black finish Antec uses looks incredibly specialist. The grille styling on the front looks really sharp, so it will fit into any surroundings quite well. Out of the box, it's quiet and moves air nicely. I will be working with this case in the future for any client-builds I do and I very advocate this case to anybody seeking a well built, high quality mid-tower with no forking over loads of money for a high finish gamer-oriented case.I would be comfortable building a gamer rig employing this case, as nicely as a business class case, or even a generic desktop. Lots of readily available space for further difficult drives, or addon devices. The front USB ports point straight forward rather of at an angle, but they are quite sturdy and are not loose. You want not believe twice about this case, buy it - and you will be pleased with what you get.Enjoy. =D

Bought this case to create a document and image server for my property based photography company. Case houses 6 - 2TB hard drives and a CD/DVD burner. Added added fans in the 2 front mounts and technique runs quiet and stays cool in the closet of my residence workplace. None as far as my house server build is concerned. Didn't need any fancy possibilities - just a simple case to hold a bunch of difficult drives Like this case so a lot, I purchased a second and transfered my workstation machine parts into it.

Comment:
This is a Fantastic case for the money. Absolutely nothing flashy here (if you are searching for an "Aggressive" searching case, this isn't it), but has wonderful features. Significant top and rear exhaust fans (both have speed control), two spots on the front for intake fans, and dust filters make a fantastic case for air cooling. It's got a great quantity of room subsequent to the drive bays for cable management, and a couple of places to tie down to (including two re-usable tie downs to get you began). It has a sleek and sturdy design, great construction qualities, no genuine sharp edges or anything like that, no flex to it... feels and looks like a high high quality case. The overall value of this case is exceptional. I don't see any cons for myself, personally, but I believe some men and women could uncover items to nitpick. I'm confident this isn't as aggressive looking as some folks would like (not genuinely a Con for me, although, I don't like the looks of "Gamer" cases... too flashy and too much plastic! The looks of this case are actually a Pro for me). I know a lot of people today had been unhappy with the lack of a drive retention mechanism, but I could personally care less. I've been putting computers together for lengthy sufficient to don\'t forget when just about every case required screws to secure its drives... I definitely don't see this as a con, but I know some people today do. Overall, this is a wonderful case, and very indicative of Antec's overall case excellent. Believe of it as a "little brother" to the Nine Hundred. It's not as juiced up fan wise as the Nine Hundred, but it appears to cool quite nicely on its own.To the folks who want a "gamer" case, this in all probability isn't for you. To the men and women who want a great functional case with a skilled look, and great air cooling properties, this is the 1, hands down.As far as the people today that knock it, mainly because "*gasp* you have to screw the drives in with thumb screws!", get over it! Is it truly that tough to stick 4 thumb screws in each drive you want? Is that genuinely reason sufficient to take eggs off this factor? Get over it! You're receiving a case for about 60 bucks that has capabilities way up into a greater cost range... you ought to be able to deal with a couple of thumb screws per drive!
